Dilish Farm

My husband and I were blessed to find this local gem at the Vancouver Farmers Market. Every week we try something different and are consistently amazed by the quality of their fresh produce, sourdough bread and lovely herbal tea blends. I drink herbal teas daily and these are so uplifting, each one has been fabulous. The mixed bag of greens are amazing- stunning, the variety & color are unlike any I’ve tasted. We taste and feel the love and care which clearly goes into each of their offerings. Their products are elevating to our bodies and hearts. We look forward to our weekly trips to see them and are always greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Thank you for your elevated energy and contributing to our heath and wellness.

Dillon and Trish have been a gift for me and wife, the fact that there are such selfless people living so altruistically is what makes this life so beautiful. You can feel their well intentions and good vibes by just being around them, and we are grateful to have crossed paths with this incredible family that has taken the purpose of spreading health and prosperity to friends and strangers alike. The knowledge and absolute heart poured into the food from these family farmers is incredible. Dillion and Trish are fountains of wisdom when it comes to crops and herbs and holistic remedies and unusual factoids about all things farm related. Since buying into their CSA, we’ve learned to “eat with the season” and have been incorporating more fresh veggies into our everyday dishes. So thankful to be able to be a part of their dream.

Dilish Farm is a true local gem. Trish and Dillan are the kindest people and put so much love into their craft. I source herbs from them for my own small business and am always very satisfied with the quality and experience of working with them.

Patricia and Dillon are doing amazing things at their farm. We are participating in a CSA they started this year which is more than just vegetables! Includes coffee, mushrooms, microgreens, and baked goods. They have pulled this together and to date, the produce and goods have been fantastic! It is going to make our eating so much more fun and healthy this winter!

I would recommend getting a seasonal share from Dillish Farm to everyone I know. Over the course of the summer I picked up a wonderful collection of fresh and delicious produce, herbs, flowers and eggs every week. On top of the produce being incredibly fresh and wonderfully flavorful, I also received a weekly email with recipes, ideas to use and store all the produce, and a look into the lives of the farmers who grew and harvested everything in my bag. I loved this part. It was incredibly helpful, especially when I came across something new to me (tatsoi being my favorite). Did I mention you can add on farm fresh eggs, or mushrooms?!??!! Do yourself a favor, and grab a share for the next season. You won’t be disappointed.
