Terrible customer service! No help! We were deceived by the fact that this store was full of colorful products and went in and shopped for ourselves and my daughter. Although the mobile phone case I bought had the model of my own phone, iPhone XS, written on it, when we opened the package and tried to put it on the phone, we saw that the case was too big for the phone. In other words, the case did not fit the phone. Of course, we wanted to change the product. They said they could not replace the product because its packaging was opened. I insisted that the cashier ask someone in charge. Even Philip, whom we talked to while selling, could not help this time. They said that they could not sell the product like this. However, I would not be able to use the product that I paid money for and bought. They did not care about this at all. This is very annoying. I was not satisfied as a customer at all. I would not recommend it to other tourists either. Do not be fooled, do not buy anything from here. They never aim for customer satisfaction. If I was an İtalian citizen I would ask for my customer rights and sue this shopping managers. But I’m only tourist here and they know this. So that they don’t care.
