"Nikki Tibbles' flower emporium is over twenty years strong, making her a household name and her shops—a concession at the entrance of Liberty, a landmarked turqoise street island in Notting Hill, and a formal Chelsea boutique—an institution. You can count on Wild at Heart for their signature graphic bouquets which make perfect gifts no matter what the occasion. Their seasonal jam jar bouquets make a particularly thoughtful gift for the host as they're so easy to throw on the table or mantle for quick dinnertime decor."

In 2024 I won a competition for a year's worth (1 bouquet every month) of flowers from Wild at Heart. The flowers arrived every month on time, were absolutely beautiful for around 2 days. Then they died. This happened every single month for a year. I buy flowers frequently and know how to look after them well, I followed all instructions from Wild at Heart to the letter, but, every month after 2 days they would die. I was so very disappointed. Reading others reviews on here I now know that this seems to be a common problem with this florist. I do not recommend. I suggest buying flowers from M&S, they not extortionatly expensive, they are beautiful and last around a week. I really do hope that this florist listens to their customers & makes the changes needed to provide a much better service. These flowers are very expensive, with low quality. This is not okay.

decided to treat myself to a 3 month subscription, i opted for the abundant bouquet which is priced at £357.00 for 3 months - it’s pricey but i figured it would be worth it. my first month arrived on time, the second month bouquet was due 7th October - it did not arrive on time and i had no communication from wild at heart - i eventually sent an email to chase the order on the 25th October to which i didn’t get a reply but then the bouquet appeared. I was due the final bouquet on 7th November, once again no communication or bouquet ever arrived - so i decided to cancel my subscription online on 29th November. I sent an email to confirm the cancellation and the reason being the constant missed orders and no communication as to why the orders were delayed. I am away for all of December so even if the bouquet turned up no it would go to waste! I have emailed again today 2nd December to chase up a reply and to once again ask wild at heart to refund me for the final bouquet that was never received in November. a HUGE shame for a purchase that was supposed to be a nice treat for a few months - and for a product that is a premium price. I have to add when the flowers did arrive they did not look abundant and healthy - they were oftain discoloured with dead petals and only lasted a week at best! I’ve had better bouquets from Aldi!

I ordered an "abundant' size bouquet of flowers as seen on the website. The picture on the website is overflowing with flowers and beautiful white roses. It retails for £180. What came was so disappointing: it had four white roses in it, no flower food, no care card. It was about the size of a small hand tied posy. I contacted the shop and said I must have received the wrong size. They said no, that was correct and they were sorry "if the online image was misleading." If you want decent flowers go to FlowerBX or if you want a wild posy go to Jam Jar. Don't use this company. The flowers were as disappointing as the customer service.

Beautiful wild flowers, roses and small plants with a knowledgeable florist who sells prearranged bouquets or creates one (pictured) based upon your budget. Their last bouquet lasted three weeks!

I got some lilies earlier today. The guy was very unfriendly and not creative or helpful at all. If I would’ve had time I would e gone to a different flower shop. But with a bad attitude and no knowledge about a nice bucket I will not go back and do not recommend.

Google
Very unhappy with quality of medium bouquet for £95 which did not look at all like the one on website and was very mediocre and not worth more than half the price (see difference in photos below ). Disappointing! Also paid £12 for next day delivery and was neither notified of dispatch or delivery, having to chase the next day myself. Emailed next day to say I was unhappy with bouquet but received no response which I think is bad customer service for a florist of this calibre and reputation. Will definitely not use again.

Very very very disappointed… I have ordered a deluxe version for funeral… 250€ and an amazing photo on the website, but when I receive the picture of the bouquet, what a disillusion. My wife is florist in Paris so I can tell you that this is a trap !

Google
Rude and unhelpful service by the man that works there and overpriced flowers, small bouquet costing £40 (photo enclosed). Wouldn’t recommend far better florists in the area.

Yelp
What a way to dress up a loo! This lovely stand-alone flower shop was Wild at Heart's first - occupying one side of traffic island that also housed some public toilets - but don't that let deter you; its mossy green facade and atrium-like appearance give it a very appealing and inviting feel... not to mention the name! Wild at Heart - shouldn't we all be able to claim as much. This little florist has a fantastic variety of flora and fauna - from hydrangeas to eucalyptus, and you can watch the florist compose their lovely bouquets. This florist furnishes some of the nearby shops with on-going supply of flower arrangements that are designed to compliment the shops' look and needs. Some of these are arrangements are absolutely massive and remarkably impressive - we're talking dense and very rich and colourful displays of blooms - so I have no doubt they could do the same for an individual with a similar need for a truly grand bouquet.

Yelp
Wild at Heart is a special florist. This is because they make absolutely stunning flower compositions, but also because its location is unique. In 1993 the local residents on Westbourne Grove were in uproar at the thought of a 'portaloo' residing on the traffic Island on Westbourne Grove, and commissioned the celebrated architect Piers Gough to design some 'posh loos', the result was the Turquoise Island, at one end are the toilets, a famous landmark to cabbies and tourists alike, at the other a hive of colourful activity- Wild at Heart's first flower shop. They make fabulous arrangements and have very skilled people working there but this does come at a very very high price (£45 entry price, going up very quickly). But if you want to please someone or need to decorate your home with a special bouquet, while money no object, this is the place to go. I recently bought an orchid but it is slowly losing life as the pretty pot in which they sold it is not suited to water it properly. A pity but it does look stunning.

Yelp
FLOWERS DIED WITHIN 12 HOURS! I bought some flowers for Mothers Day on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning they were dead. I contacted the store and the unhelpful girl told me it was my fault because I'd not trimmed the stems enough (the bouquet was wrapped up and no stems even visible to trim). I send an email with pictures, but I didn't even receive a reply. Clearly this store doesn't care for customer service. What a shame - it will cost them business. Worst florist ever! Yelp
For those special occasions, this flower shop is perfect as it has some of the most beautiful and exotic flowers that are easily available in London. But the extremely high prices do not often make you feel so good when you know they will probably die in a couple of weeks (if not less.) Sometime the local garage is just enough but if you have cash to splash on your loved ones, then it's worth it.

Yelp
The flowers are beautiful but only if they arrive on time! Twice I have paid $$$$$ for flowers which have failed to deliver. The service out of London is abmismal and they should not offer as misleading and they charge you an extra 10 pounds for the benefit. Go elsewhere.

Yelp
£95 bouquet, died within 24 hours. Went back to the shop to complain, and was told the manager was not around but would call me back. No one called. Premium price, standard flowers, sub-standard service. I suggest you go elsewhere...

Yelp
Poor. Very Poor. You would have thought that a high-end florist that offers nation wide delivery would know how to securely pack a box of flowers to protect against couriers. The recipient of the flowers I sent told me "Your flowers arrived - sadly not safely. It looks as though the box had been turned upside down - if not thrown and all the water soaked the box. The flowers had obviously been taken out and put back in upside down. They are definitely not as they should be which is a shame as I'm sure you paid a lot of money for them." What a waste of my money ! Not happy, at all !
