Izzy's Pizza

We live in East Texas, but are in Omaha a few times a year to visit family. We love trying small local places. Izzy’s has been on my list of places I have wanted to try for over a year. I am thrilled we finally got to try it and it did NOT disappoint! We ordered 4 pizzas. My pickle-loving daughter got the Picklopalaus. I got the Red Harvest 86 the bacon. My husband and son got a sausage and pepperoni, and my in laws shared a Miss Mona. 10/10 every single pizza! Perfectly cheesy and the combinations of flavors were exquisite! Will definitely be back next time we are in Omaha! This may very well be the best pizza I have ever tried and I have tried a lot of pizza! -Haley

The is the best pizza we have had! We ordered the Red Harvest, BBQ CHicken, and Figgy Stardust (seasonal) and they all came out hot and tasted amazing. No complaints about the food or the service. We order three pizza and came back to order a fourth because they were so good. While I didn't try the garlic knots, my toddler had three!

Best Pizza in Omaha. Great food, Great people. Always greeted by name and with a smile. They legitimately care about all people and are genuinely thankful when you choose them to spend your dollars on when there are so many other options around. Can’t beat shopping local and supporting those in the community. My favorites are Red Harvest, Honeypeno, and Millions of Peaches.

Izzy’s is a staple in our house. We go months where we are getting it weekly because it’s that good! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you doing? Order a side of ranch next time. Your life will be changed!!!

After snagging the 2nd to last take and bake at Bottles and Barrels I can give the 5 star review that Izzy's earned. All that was left was cheese and I don't know why I was bummed to not get my choice of flavor. I baked it in my basic oven on a basic day and felt like I was a master chef with years of pizza slangin under my belt. I can boil water with the best of them but I was scared to be entrusted with a take and bake that wasn't from the frozen section. The deep dish crust came out perfectly crisp. I was able to sauce & cheese it to my liking. Nothing about this treasure was basic.

I have eaten both at the bus when it was open and at their new brick and mortar , location. Service is excellent and served with a smile! The pizza is absolutely delicious!! Until I had Izzy's, I didn't realize how delicious detroit style pizzas were! The thick just right crunchy , crust and the flavors just explode!! My absolute favorite is the honeypeno, but I haven't had a bad one yet!! Their inside space is small and cozy, but if you cant find a seat, they now offer taken bake!! They have delivery and they have a great outdoor space for when the weather is nice! They serve up some local brews too!

Oh my gosh Izzy’s was so good! It’s probably the best pizza we’ve had in Omaha, and maybe ever! The staff were friendly and fun to be around. We went on a Thursday night and we had our pizza in about 20 min. We got the Big Popper because we love a good jalapeño popper pizza and this did NOT disappoint. The seating area is small, but the vibe from the workers more than makes up for it. 10/10 recommend! We’ll be back for sure.

Some of the best pizza I've had in town. They're a bit far from where I live and on the pricier side or I'd go more often (to be fair it is completely worth the price in my opinion). I've only had their Detroit style pepperoni pizza and garlic knots but both were delicious and I look forward to trying their new tavern style and take n bake options when I can. Wish they had a bigger location that allowed for more indoor eating but there are some tables inside and out back when it's nice. If you just want a carry out (or doordash if you live close enough) option they are an excellent choice and the staff and owner are always friendly.
