Our fun travel group of 40 had a fabulous tour of Ace! We all learned so much - whether it was historical or the new techniques, it was informational as well as fun to remember the “old days” through the signs and memorabilia. Go and enjoy!

We recently took my mother-in-law to Ace for a tour of their beautiful neon museum, which just keeps getting better. For me, as a longtime Route 66 enthusiast who grew up in Illinois, a tour of the museum is like visiting old friends: the Tropics sign, the Art’s Motel sign, the Bel-Air Sputnik, and others. We misread the museum schedule and were ready to leave, making a mental note to plan better next time, when the owner overheard us talking and gave us an impromptu, private tour. Highly, highly recommended to anyone who has an interest in Route 66, Springfield history, or commercial art.

Ryan led a very informative and engaging tour of the factory and we are both glad we stopped by. Highly recommended to anyone in the area. Good to see a thriving business enthusiastic about their trade and keen to share with the general public. Definitely 5 stars

My husband and I are taking Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica. We have discovered that we are not going to make it all the way in one trip because we are doing side adventures along the way. We found this place and discovered they offer tours at 10 & 2 Monday-Friday. I highly recommend this tour that is given by a 4th generation owner. Dennis was so informative and gave us so much history regarding the sign business. If you have seen the Route 66 experience at the Illinois fairgrounds in Springfield they are responsible for this. It is amazing.

We stopped in for one of the tours of their shop. The owner, Dennis, was available to give the tour. If you’re on the fence about hiring Ace, I highly recommend you take the full tour. You will feel their pride in their work, the diversity of services and solutions, their focus on quality and their personal pride in this fifth generation family business. From RV wraps to neon signs. Holy cow. You can see their live solutions at the fairgrounds. There is a Route 66 Experience entirely built by Ace. I’ll share a photo of that. Definitely a quality company.

Ace just finished a large sign project for our corporate office, and everything looks beautiful. Claire and the team worked with me over the span of a few months to help make sure everything was just how we wanted. The museum tour is interesting and informative. We enjoyed learning about the history of the company, and seeing all of the amazing signs.
