This is the best Indian spot hands down! From the moment you walk in the doors you are immersed in a truly incredible cultural experience full of flavor! This is my favorite spot to go on dates and go out to dinner with friends. Every dish is cooked to perfection and the portions are very generous as I ALWAYS have leftovers. The owner is very very kind and made sure all of our needs were well taken care of. Do not pass up on this chance to experience some of the best Indian food you will have!!

The food and service is always excellent. It is a bit pricey, however we never regret eating there for any special occasion. My favorite dish is the Hot Chicken Tikka Masala, with Gobi Manchurian as an appetizer.

Had a wonderful time with my family here a few days ago, we go every year for my birthday. Every single time they are extremely kind, patient, and just wonderful people. I absolutely adore the atmosphere and workers. The lamb chops and lamb curry are especially delicious. 🤤

I have been coming to Tandoor for years, the food never disappoints! The Chef cooks the best and most authentic and fresh Indian food I’ve ever had, and his staff is amazing!

Always impressed with this restaurant. Have come here several times over the past couple years and the service and food quality is always top tier. Highly recommend the Cheese Naan and the Mango Lassi. The wait staff are very quick about bussing tables, seating, and tending to tables all at the same time. The restaraunt owner is very friendly and passionate about his food. He gave us some free sample to try during our meal. Overall a wonderful experience every time we've gone and highly recommended everyone to give it a go. All the entrees are wonderful and the staff are helpful if you don't know what you may like in helping you decide.

I originally intended to give them 5 stars because the food was good, but that changed when I noticed a hidden charge on the receipt. They added over $40 just because our group had more than six people. In what restaurant do you get charged extra for bringing more customers? Normally, larger groups should mean more business for the restaurant — not an excuse to charge more. This felt unfair and misleading.

I have been to this spot a few times and it is always incredible! The past few times I’ve gone I’ve have asked for an item that is not on the menu and the Chef delivers it to perfection. I had the chance to meet and speak with the owner for a bit. While he was sitting with us my son was not a fan of the bread that I had ordered the owner saw this and without saying a word cooked up some bread just for him and my daughters. Words cannot express the kindness this place has to offer. It is a local family owned business that takes the upmost pride in what they do. Every time I go here I feel as if I am apart of the family. This is 100% a go to spot while here in Clarksville.

Amazing food! From the quality of every ingredient to the value of meals. No one in Clarksville is packing this much flavor into their menu. You have to try to the Fish 65 and any of the tika masala’s are delicious and a go-to. Pakoras are perfect always! I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like here. The food is very fairly priced both for the portions and the quality. This just isn’t your run of the mill chain restaurant, this is a family that cares about food and service and taking care of customers like family.

Update: Nic is back to buffet only on weekends, but that only makes me savor the experience more. He is trying new and creative endeavors. Fusion! He did a great chicken penne and a cheese ravioli, both made with Indian spices. The perfect combination of heat and flavor. While full-fledged Indian cuisine is my favorite, I love that he's exploring new and exciting concepts that will reach a larger audience. He and his delightful wife are also working on a new dessert menu--savory naan with sweet, hot, melting Nutella or Biscoff. Photos included with both. Can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

Cons: -Buffet is only on Sundays from 11-2. Used to be daily, but covid. Would be nice to have both weekend days. -Clarksville is full of annoying people so some people come in loud. Not the restaurants fault. -Not a lot of seating, so if it is busy, you'll have to wait, but it's worth it. -Indian food does take time to prepare, so the wait time is a bit longer. Not a con so much as a fact. Totally worth the wait. -

We moved to Clarksville in January. On a lark, we stopped by this restaurant while shopping around. It happened to be Sunday and they had their lunch buffet. What a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is neat and clean, which is always a first impression to me. The buffet was also well stocked and clean. There's a variety of offerings on the buffet for every type of palette. I can't say that I had just one favorite item. The whole experience was just so lovely. Both my husband and my daughter-in-law agreed that this restaurant had good food. From Tikki masala to curry, they make the food with a variety of meat selections like goat and chicken. There's also vegetarian items. You're sure to find something for your tastes at this location. I'm sure we will be back and the price is very reasonable. What a sweet little find!

This restaurant is in a shopping mall complex. Lots of free parking available! Loved the doors and the beaded curtains! It made the place feel authentic. We were promptly greeted by a female server. We were the only ones in the place. We had the buffet. The food was lukewarm. Lots of options - vegetarian, chicken, goat, and fish 65. My husband loved the goat and the fish 65. Some other patrons came in and a male patron dropped the serving spoon for the chicken dish into the sauce. The server came and retrieved it but didn't take the dish off the buffet. All I could think about was every person that had been in there touching that spoon and their germs now residing in the vat of food. I didn't get any more of the chicken because of this, but I wanted some. The butter naan wasn't great. It didn't taste buttered to me at all. I really liked the cauliflower and green beans. I loved the dessert pudding. The tandoori chicken legs and thighs were good as well. We drove here from 100 miles away in another state because we were craving Indian and we don't have an Indian restaurant where we live. We came here because there were stellar reviews with people saying the food is the best Indian they've had. Honestly, I've had much better. The buffet is $18/person. After tip, our bill was almost $50 for lunch!

Always amazing food and good service. The chicken tikka masala always has flavorful sauce and moist chicken. The garlic herb cheese stuffed non bread is the best of the best. We've tried a good variety of stuff here and really like the Sunday lunch buffet because you can sample a few different things without feeling like you have to order everything on the menu the first time. The pekoras are good and the chicken 65 is delicious. The side salad is fairly large and has a very good poppy seed dressing. You really can't go wrong here unless it's with a family of loud children playing on tablets. That has happened occasionally but that's not too blame the restaurant for. That is for the bad parenting. You can sit in the traditional seats, booths, or tables. Overall you really can't go wrong here.

Hands down, best food in Clarksville. Excellent service too. We've never had a bad experience here.

Excellent restaurant!! Don't be fooled by the location or exterior. Normally not impressed with strip mall restaurants, but once you walk through the front door, you and in a new place, an Indian Bistro! The decor and atmosphere are perfect. Good menu with a fair variety of options. On this night they were out of Indian beer, only had Bud light and Guinness. I chose water. For dinner I had the Garlic and Her Naan with the Shrimp Curry (medium). For an appetizer I had the Hot Chili cilantro chicken and it was amazing!! It was very clean & good sized portions I highly recommend this place.

Their baba ganoush is my favorite!! And their garlic naan is my go to!! They don't take phone orders you'd have to place an order online if you want to go. And if you schedule a time to pick up make sure you arrive at that time and not earlier. I arrived a little earlier than what I said and I could hear the chef chewing out the hostess about me being there early. Idk. It was awkward. I wasn't rushing them or anything. I just like to arrive early to places but their food was delicious. Service was great with the hostess. Chef needed a little chill pill but maybe he was just overwhelmed. cute little restaurant. Definitely recommend.

Big Portions and very tasty Very fast service, food came out very hot and fresh Dining in was very nice, you have the choice between tables and traditional, I sat traditional and enjoyed the comfort.

Delicious Indian food. I often wish they would offer 'Specials' once in a while. Price point is a little high but ingredients are expensive. I feel like they are heavy on the fenugreek in their recipes but love the food regardless. Portions are good. They have that lovely low table, on pillows, crossed leg seating behind beads if you want a chill vibe or romantic date night. LOVE this as not too many places offer it! We enjoy this little jewel in Clarksville!

I stumbled across Tandoor while returning an Amazon order at Kohl's. I smelled the aroma of spices in the air so I looked it up on Yelp and was pleased with the pics and reviews. Take Out Order: ***** I walked in to place a ToGo order. Staff was welcoming and explained the menu items and spice level. Tandoor is an authentic Indian restaurant in Clarksville that caters to vegans, vegetarians, and of course those meat lovers. Also, has a kids menu. I ordered the Bhindi Masala (Okra, tomatoes, and onions) medium spice and Garlic Naan with no butter. The food was well package- no spills and warm when I arrived home. Delicious. COVID Dine-In Experience: ***** The food was so good I went back the following week with my family. Staff adhered to the CDC COVID-19 safety and social distancing guidelines. They have booths, tables, and traditional style floor seating for a more intimate dining experience. We ordered the Bhindi Masala, Aloo Gobi Mutter (Potatoes with cauliflower and peas), Vegetable Jalfrezi (Mix veg with onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes) and Garlic Naan. All dishes were nice portions for a party of four to share and cooked to perfection. Online order: * The following week I was craving more Masala and decided to order online with pay. The estimated time for pick up was 30 mins. My husband arrived and staff stated that they just received my order so it will be 15-20 mins. He left and came back to find out that they were out of okra, potatoes, and basically all vegetables. My husband called me and put the manager on speaker. She offered to do "something else" with eggplant and onions. Uh no thank you just cancel my order. I despise when people are inconsiderate of my time. An hour later I had no dinner and ended up cooking on a Saturday night. Poor customer service that no one called, emailed me, or told my husband when he arrived the first time that they were unable to fulfill my order. The food is good, cool ambiance, and friendly staff but could definitely improve on customer service and communication skills. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. I will consider to eat here again but will strictly order by phone or in person.

I had heard mixed reviews about this place and decided to try and see if it was as good as other Indian restaurants I had frequented before in other states. Sadly it was not. The first thing that you need to make sure you are aware of is that everything is overpriced and/or more expensive than listed on the menu. My gf and I were extremely surprised that a mango lassi cost $8 let alone a sprite being 4.29! The prices for quite a few items are NOT listed so prepare for that. There is an extremely small sign outside that says prices have slightly raised due to this and that but holy crap. The price hikes are ridiculous and its clearly evident that the owner is taking a the chance to monopolize on being the only Indian spot. The portion sizes are also extremely small. $18 ($1 upcharge to 19)for a chicken tikka masala with barely enough to build a small chicken breast is unacceptable. I chose the "dare you" heat level (which was a joke and not spicy) was charged an extra dollar for the spices! Gf got the $20 lamb curry and it was mediocre tasting as well, almost as if it was heated then reheated for a new customer. Naan was decent although all of the prices have increased nearly 20% which isn't a small increase as noted on their sign. The rice itself isnt bad...if dry rice sitting in a warmer is your thing. Honestly, everything was a joke at this establishment...which would explain why it was so empty on a Sunday afternoon. If you want good Indian food go to Nashville or somewhere else to avoid being ripped off this badly. I took the hit for you guys! Peace!

Wonderful chicken tikka masala, curry and naan with garlic and cheese. The bill is higher than you would expect, but it was a pleasant dining experience and our meal was delicious!

I've been here a handful of times for dinner and though the curry taste good, the wait time and the service is very slow. The restuarant is located in the large shopping center with the Kohls and Michaels. There is plenty of parking. There always seems to only be one waitress hosting and taking your order and one other employee either bussing the tables or dropping off your food. For a full restaurant, its not very practical. The service is very slow. I mean they will seat you and give you waters and you won't hear from them for about 15 minutes. The wait time for the food is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. So if you're hungry, id suggest you grab a drink. I enjoy the decor inside the restuarant, it has statutes, paintings and booths were you can sit traditionally style on the floor. Their AC is always off and it gets stuffy inside especially when you're eating curry. I've had alot of things off their menu, however my favorite is the Pasanda with the creamy cashew curry. Their garlic Na an is also delicious. Overall, the food is tasty, the service is very slow, the wait for the food is long and the AC being off is uncomfortable.

We were staying overnight night in Clarksville while on a road trip. We found this restaurant less than a mile from our hotel. It is part of a Strip Mall so can be easy to miss the entry. I noticed it as we drove by and my husband swore there were only department stores there so we drove by again to see "who was right". There are glass Windows/door street entry with a set of decorative wooden doors inside that entry into the restaurant. We stood for a bit before getting seated. This was around 7:30 pm and the Restaurant was about 3/4 full. We were seated and it was a little longer than normal wait before the server came to take our order. (There was a sign outside advertising for servers.). My husband commented that this was going to be a while but our appetizers and drinks came out shortly after ordering with our main dish not far behind. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable We were out of the restaurant an hour after arriving. FOOD REVIEW We haven't been to an Indian Restaurant back home for a few years and the idea that there was one located close to our hotel along with the Yelp reviews made it an easy decision to chose a place to eat for dinner. We started with a mango yogurt drink and Naan. bread. I asked our server what we would suggest and she said the butter/garlic or cheese stuffed, or we could get both. So, we ordered the cheese stuffed Naan with butter/garlic and it was to die for. It came with two dipping sauces, mint and a spicy red sauce. I knew between the Naan and filling yogurt drink I wasn't going to be able to eat Much more. We both decided we would go back for just the Naan and yogurt drinks. My husband loves curry and he has never eaten goat so he chose the goat curry. He ordered it Indian spicy and it was hot but he had his yogurt drink to help cool his taste buds down. He liked his dish very much except this comes with some of the goat meat on the bone. His first impression with the first piece of meat on the bone was that he was knawing on a hoof. There were some slices of goat meat not on a bone and I tried a piece. The sauce was tasty spicy and the meat had a beef texture with a chicken taste. That was our impression of eating goat for the first time. I would not hesitate to order goat again. I ordered a chicken Marsala tiki that described it as juicy chunks of chicken legs. My perception was 2 inch cubes of chicken but what I got was flat chicken looking more like breast. Getting beyond the visual the flavors were there. The chicken was sitting on a bed of rice with a red sauce drizzled over. I also ordered Indian hot for a spice level and the sauce was the heat. I had a cucumber salad and diced cooked zucchini on either side of my meat. Because of already being full from the Naan and drink I only had two bites of my main course and get to enjoy the dinner again tomorrow. We also each took out 1/2 of our mango yogurt drinks. If I lived around here I would frequent this restaurant. I will keep it in mind in our travels to stop off here if it works out.

Excellent. The goat curry was a little tough and fatty, but I've never eaten goat before so I'm not qualified to judge it. The sauce, the potato appetizer, the chicken, the atmosphere, the service--everything else was excellent. Went there for dinner. Would love to try the lunch buffet

Their food is pretty good, but it's expensive here. I walked in and placed a to go order and received a "call in" order fee of .95 and then a 15% automatic gratuity is on top of that surcharge. Also, everything is more expensive than it's listed on the menu for. Pricier than I thought. I'd say eat in the restaurant, do the buffet, or door dash. Takes a while for the order too so just plan ahead for that. $43 for 2 pieces of samosa, 1 piece of naan bread, and chicken w rice to go. Phewf. Small portions.

Tandoor is absolutely delicious and overpriced but worth it, as I haven't had any other good Indian food in Clarksville. I thoroughly enjoy the traditional seating. It brings a great calming atmosphere with slow jazz playing quietly in the background. It's such a good place to come with friends or family. Highly recommend the cheese naan and the chicken tikka masala

Food was very tasty! The mango lassi was amazing - it was sweet and basically yogurt mango purée deliciousness. The sweet creamy drink is perfect with spicy food. The potato paneer cakes were perfect and crispy - with a little kick. The chicken curry was very flavorful and not too spicy at medium level. The Makhani curry was nice mild & creamy. I will say you have to make sure to ask to remove cilantro on most everything! We sat at a very cool carpeted pillow booth where you sit cross legged - it was actually very comfy and felt intimate (good date spot) and there was a beads hanging to feel close. It's a little pricey and the other reviews about the prices not matching the menu is correct (1-2 more than on the menu). I really definitely would go again for the food and atmosphere.

This was not bad for the only Indian restaurant in Clarksville (as of now.) the tikka masala was smooth and flavorful. The paneer however was a bit dry and there weren't many chunks of the Indian cheese inside the curry. The mango lassis were very good as well as the vegetable samosas. Naan was good too but the garlic naan I noticed they just threw the butter and garlic onto the naan after baking it. They didn't actually bake the garlic into the naan. A little bit of lazy cooking here. Still pretty good in flavor. I was shocked at the prices of the dishes however, why the three star rating. Naan should be a side dish and for regular basket if naan, it cost $5. Garlic naan was an extra buck so $6. We ordered 3 baskets of naan and that's already a whopping $15-$17 dollars for sides dishes. In NJ where there is more competition for Indian restaurants, naan is $2-$3 a basket. It's ridiculous here. Same with the mango lassi being $6 a pop. The food isn't bad, the seating on the floor with pillows is a nice touch, but this restaurant is able to charge an arm and a leg for their food because they're the only Indian restaurant around. The lunch buffet comes at $11-12 per person and seems better for the price however it only offers one curry for the whole lunch buffet. Only come here if you want to take someone somewhere nice and unique and ready to burn your wallet. Visit Indian restaurants closer to the east coast at least where it's cheaper, get more bang for your buck and just as authentic.

I redownloaded this app just to write this review. I don't live in the area but now I'm thinking I'll have to make more trips to Clarksville just to eat here. My friends and I started off with the potato and pea samosas and the hot chili cilantro chicken. The flavor with the hot chili cilantro chicken was ridiculously good. It came with some kind of slightly sweet sauce on it and came with slivered onions and green peppers. Everything was super fresh and it was so good. Nothing was left on the plate. The samosas were also great, hot and crispy on the outside. There was curry inside for seasoning, which was expected, but it was a lighter that I'm used to and found that I preferred it. If I remember correctly both were served with a sweet tamarind sauce and a spicy mint sauce. Either way both sauces appeared on our table and I would put them on anything. Literally anything. I asked for extra sauces to go, they were that good. The tamarind sauce had a mellow sweetness and a slightly smoky flavor. And the mint was just as delicious but was more of an interesting experience. To have the crisp, freshness of mint accompanied by a slight burn from spice was somewhat confusing but addicting. Again, I would put that sh*t on anything and happily eat it. They had a multitude of different flavors of naan to choose from so we were not shy. We ordered the butter, garlic, and the garlic and cheese. The butter naan was a bit crispier than the other two, but still phenomenal. The garlic naan had visible and plentiful amounts of minced garlic. The potency and even it's appearance indicated that it was freshly minced garlic, and it was so good. I didn't get around to trying the garlic and cheese naan simply because I got full on everything else, but there wasn't any of it left to take home and my friend could not stop raving about it. I ordered the chicken Tikka masala and I was able to choose my level of spice. I chose medium, which I would say sits right about a "5". You could choose mild, medium, hot, and "dare you." I do not test the intensity of Indian food because I know what it's capable of, and the medium was perfect for me. It had noticeable but mild heat at the beginning of the meal, and built the more you ate it. I ate quite a bit and found my nose running near the end of my meal, but the burn itself remained steady. I didn't find it that it became too spicy to continue to eat. (I do however like spicy food.) My friend ordered the Malai Kofta, which I hadn't noticed on an Indian menu before, and he loved it. I only tried a bite or two but reminded me of a spiced Alfredo, of sorts. There was barely enough to take home. Portions are what I would say is enough for one person with just enough to take home and have a decent meal of leftovers. The food was phenomenal, the waitress was exceptionally kind and super attentive. She was the only server for probably the first thirty to forty minutes of our dining experience and she had at least five to six tables, and she was still attentive the entire time. We never had to ask for refills, she simply brought them when she noticed they were needed. That may not seem like a big deal but I drink a lot of water and she had come by and refilled my glass three times before the food arrived without having to be asked. Overall a wonderful experience and I am going out of my way to find excuses to go back to Clarksville just to eat there.

I came for the buffet again. I like the buffet because of the variety and quality of the food presented. Other places serving the genre of food have come and gone in this city and Tandoor is still here. That tells you a bit about what you can expect. I love the fact that on the buffet the selections may not be the same day to day and that makes you want to come back and try another dish. I have not had anything that was not authentic and delicious from the buffet or the menu in the many years I have been coming here. The lamb balls were seasoned perfectly with an addicting flavor. The rice was also cooked perfectly and tasty with the fresh veggies in it. The 2 types of Naan was delicious and a nice touch for variety. One of my favorites was the fried spinach. The fried spinach was so very tasty. The eggplant was cooked perfectly with a nice not too firm outside and a not too mushy middle. Very good. I have eaten Indian food all over the country and Tandoor ranks in my top 5. The dining area is well decorated, clean, and has a casual relaxed feeling along with the music. I do however wish the Naan bread on the buffet was not cut into pieces but rather served whole to provide a fresher taste. I would also like to see mango juice served with the buffet as most places do. I am still not disappointed with the taste and quality of food here and will continue to frequently visit.

Since when does an a Indian meal not come with Naan. The owners well, I haven't been back and won't. The food could be good but by the time you take your second bit your food is practically gone. The portions are super small and the prices are not. They do have "vegetarian" options not vegan.

Ordered online, came in to pickup food and got told 15 more minutes, then came in and got told another 15 minutes, terrible customer service

We love the food and the ambience. Our favorite is the fresh made naan bread and the butter chicken. I always say I wanna try something else but then stick with good ole faithfyl

just now Great food and a reasonable price. No issues other than I personally like my Naan a little crispier, however just a preference and not retractable from the review. Food options are plentiful and different proteins and vegetarian selections. We got the Gobi Manchurian Califlower appetizer and chicken tikka masala. Both were excellent. We got then"indian spicy" which is 7-8 out of 10 spicy level. It was on point, but we are spicy eaters, you might want to do medium or less if you don't do spicy. FYI, people who say this place is expensive are nuts. The prep for Indian food is labor intensive and 16$ for a proper chicken tikka masala is actually on the low side. It includes rice, which many places don't. The decor is great!! Little beade door booths where you sit on pillows on a platform for an authentic indian meal, and they have tables an regular booths too. I have traveled india extensively and around the world, and although it's not the best place I have ever eaten at, it is excellent Indian food and worth your visit.

What a breath of fresh air...A few weeks ago we enjoyed excellent food via grubhub. Tonight my wife and I went and dined in. Have eaten at top Indian restaurants in Toronto, San Diego, New York, Austin and quite frankly this establishment easily compares. The hummus was creamy/garlic, well presented and wonderfully toasted pita. Fresh Naan, Chicken Masala, Lamb Kebabs all very authentic delicious. All the foods served with awesome flavored basmati rice, fluffy, rich in flavors Service was attentive but not intrusive, very clean surrounding and most definitely we hope they around a long while so we can be repeat patrons. This place is a local gem! Was just driving through and wasn't expecting to find anything but a chain restaurant, but luckily we found this place! The decor is awesome and the food was amazing! So flavorful. We got the hummus plate, fried cauliflower, garlic nann and lamb tikamasala! Everything was on point! Good vegan and vegetarian options too

This is the only Indian restaurant in town and thankfully the food is good. My only complaint is that I can tell that they use different chefs because the quality of the food varies depending on the chef. I enjoy getting the baba ganoush, the chili cauliflower, the dal tadka, the dal sag, and the bhagan bharta. You really can't go wrong with any of the vegan dishes. I also enjoy the samosas and naan. The Dare You spicy level is really hot, so be careful. It's super flavorful though and if you like spicy food, it's worth a shot!

Well, I have found a local Indian spot!! SCORE!! I saw it on one of my Michael's craft runs and have been dying to try it; Tandoor did not disappoint! My favorite Indian meal is veggie samosas followed by chicken tikka masala and my tummy is thoroughly pleased! I will be back without question :) I got takeout because, well, COVID, but their set up inside was very cute! They had Indian-inspired booths with soft cushions around a low table, with beads hanging from the ceiling, as well as regular tables in the middle of the room; so whatever floats your boat, they got you!! They seemed to have a buffet towards the back, but is closed for time being (again, because COVID). The only reason there wasn't a 5-star rating is because I've had better chicken tikka masala - and if that's my "Indian restaurant barometer," I have to be fair ;) Also, I haven't tried anything else on their extensive menu. Please, give them a go - the small, cozy restaurants are the hidden gems!!! I'll have to update once I try more of their dishes.

Delicious food. Just the perfect spice. And just an FYI The Actor Morgan Freeman has eaten here quite a few times.

So so delicious! We had the CTM with garlic naan. It's even just as good heated up the next day. We will be back for more.

As far as the food goes it's probably some of the best Indian food I've had and beats what I ate in Nashville a while back. The space is huge with a big buffet table in the back which seems to be the best value-more on that later, and booths where you can sit on the floor which, as an Asian makes me want to sit cross-legged for joy, unfortunately, my friend is somewhat mystified about that so we sat regularly. I hadn't had a samosas in a while and it was the potato variety so when I saw lamb as a started to split with my buddy with the mint chutney was delicious. My buddy and I scooped up as much of it as we could with the fairly small fried dumplings and then just drank it down. I got the Chicken tikka masala which was tasty, spiced just right, mild enough that I ate everything up without having too much trouble. The garlic naan also called to me and it was big, fluffy and with big pieces of chopped garlic. Unfortunately, despite all the praise that I've heaped on the food the two words that, in my mind best describe this place is pitty-pat. I avoided this place for so long because one of my Afghan friends went there and he said the food was pretty good but so expensive. "You want bread, it's more money, extra rice more money." When our food arrived they only brought out one bowl of rice for the two of us so basically, we only got about a half serving of rice for both our dishes. When I did ask for more our waitress did say that it would be a separate order. Dinner for me alone, appetizer, beer, entree was over 40 bucks for me. I really can't see myself coming back for that kind of hit on my pocket no matter how good it might be.

So I went here June 28 2023. I made a order within the restaurant for take out. On the menu it states 20% gratuity will be added for 6 or more. I only ordered for 2 and it was a take out order! However I was still charged and extra $8.25 for gratuity. Pressing on I got my food which added up to $70.25. I kid you not looked like they gave me 2 kid meal size dinners! I will never again patron this restaurant! 1 more thing the manager never came to explain to me why I was charged the gratuity!

Had the raisin Naan the lamb samosas and the chicken curry. It was all delicious. I am a huge Indian food lover and was fortunate enough to be married a woman from India so got spoiled with the food. First off it's not that expensive, it's on point with how labor and time consuming the food is to make. The restraunt was cute but my food was to go. I definitely would go back and dine in.

Upon entering through the first set of glass doors, you will encounter a sensation upon seeing the next set of doors, one that you're about to enter somewhere different, or experience something different, a feeling of eagerness or being excited might come over you as you stand before the foreign doors that lead inside. Once you're through them you'll enter a room that is darkened, but let me tell you they have absolutely nothing to hide. I can say with all honesty that it's some of the best Indian food I've eaten in the U.S. The interior is well done in a modern meets traditional Indian art style, where a mix of old world opaque beads are replaced with clear and amber crystals. where an entire walls seating is the type where you can lean back, relax, and eat like a modern day maharaja. As for the food, I had a very delicious meal called Lamb Malai which was probably the tastiest lamb I've ever ate. The sauce it's in I can best describe as tasting like a farmers cheese soup. I also had the spinach paneer dip with falafel, which while it was indeed flavorful, I didn't care for the amount of turmeric I noticed. Originally, I intended to order it without falafel, but thankfully my server recommended it as a nice crunchy addition. Finally I had the Kheer, and let me tell you that made for an amazing end. The taste I can only equate to regular rice pudding only with less smushed rice and a distinct almost a fruit loops like taste, as well as bites that hinted of mango, ginger, and black licorice or perhaps fennel. Amazing. I'm pretty sure it's a mom and pop's place, where their kids help waiting and bussing tables, but it was well run and there's obvious attention to detail. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong if you're searching for a great bite to eat.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but you have to come inside, the decor and peaceful feel plus a delicious menu and outstanding service every time my wife and myself come. Excellent choice for a date night in town or a change up in your diet for something different. Literally the entire menu is superb, I try something new every-time and have yet to be disappointed. Service is fast,. Friendly, and professional. The entire vibe inside is fantastic whether you want to eat at a regular table or siting down behind beads which is pretty awesome. Recommend everyone to give it a try, I'm sorry ahead of time becAuse you'll be coming back again and again.

This place takes you to India and gives you the rich culture and taste of food. It is absolutely divine and completely worth the price. The service was exceptional, fast, with an element of kindness. The ambiance makes one feel as if they walked into another country to visit. Wonderful place!

Beautiful atmosphere, great food, generous portions, but expensive price tag. A main dish with naan and a lassi came out to over $30, and that's without ordering extra rice, which you'll need.

This was my first time trying Tandoor, and it did not disappoint! Upon entering, we were greeted and sat right away which was really nice. They had great customer service, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. They also have some of the best Indian food I have ever had (and given that this is my favorite cuisine, I've had a lot!) I seriously can't recommend this place enough!
