Best Kerala food near Orlando! Appam / Egg Curry, Paper Dosa, Kappa & Fish Curry, Biriyani & Kerala Fish Fry We had a feel of home cooked meal as back in Kerala ❤️

First time and thinking I’m using them as a catering service. Samosa, little dry rice, a vegetable biryani. To go great service and mango lassi good, nothing is too heavy. Neither is anything spicy. It’s mostly just mild and good.

My husband and I tried this food for the first time at Apna Bazaar. We got their chicken samosa, onion bhaji, chicken tikka masala and cheese with potato dosa. And I have to say that all of them are delicious! They pair it with tamarind sauce which compliments the dishes. They do not dissapoint us. We highly recommend it and will come back again!

I visited without any expectations. I just want to try samosa. Later by suggestion of front desk boy. I ordered fish fry & puttu which reminded me my home which feels like home style.

This isn’t a fancy restaurant, but it has the best South Indian food in this area. Just look around and you’ll see the scores of Indian people who come here to eat. The most notable item is the masala dosa a crispy crepe stuffed with potatoes and served with lentil soup. Honestly I haven’t had anything at this place that was not good. Highly recommend, been going here for years.

Food was delicious, sai is an awesome person who knows his customers needs. He always helps me to try their new dishes. I suggest this restaurant to everyone who wants to eat great south indian food.

Amazing food and staff! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The chicken samosas and the vegetable korma were absolutely delicious! 10/10, would highly recommend.

Over the past year, I've tried Kerala cuisine at various Indian and Kerala restaurants in the US, but my experience at this particular restaurant was outstanding. Despite its modest size, its name 'Five Star' is a testament to the consistently excellent food. The owner, hailing from Chalakudy in Kerala, was extremely cordial and even offered a complimentary plate of Parippuvada due to a slight wait for freshly prepared dishes. The Fish Curry, Beef Roast, Appam, and Kappa were all delightful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic South Indian cuisine.
