Caffè Nero

Lovely cafe with great atmosphere. Enjoying a sip of coffee, getting a book to read from the wall, and enjoying soft jazz music from the piano. What a life!

Sunshine was so delightful to work with for a last minute catering order, when my catering order at another bakery fell through. She offered to bake pastries on the spot and within 30 minutes, I had a beautiful arrangement of treats to take to work. I so much appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond to help out a customer. It is rare to find such wonderful customer service. Thank you!!

I started coming here a few years ago, when I moved to Boston, and usually come here every day when I am in town. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and reminds me of a typical European cafe (Caffe Nero can be found everywhere in London and in many other European cities). I also find the coffee much more to my taste than most other American coffee shops. I particularly like the service I get in this shop. Over time, I've come to know many of the staff by name, and they are always friendly, helpful in many occasions (not least when I forget something in the shop), and remember my usual order. I recommend this shop without reservations.

Nothing special but it’s a good place to work or study. Cappuccino was excessively foamy. The chicken pesto ciabatta sandwich was flavorful and the bread was soft.

Large selection of coffee and tea drinks. Quality is very good and service is quick and friendly. It was pretty loud and busy however; most seats were taken and it felt a little cramped. Despite that, it is still a fairly nice place to study, work, or even go on a coffee date.

Good coffee, great atmosphere, lots of pastries. Got great coffee here. People were nice and friendly . Good place to spend some time with family and friends.

Food was good, but the guy who made my smoothie definitely did not know how to make it properly. Instead of asking another employee, he just took a guess at how to make it and made me pay for a cup full of passion fruit syrup.

This is very nice place, come and see it! They do charge 5$ for old Almond Croissant bit Ice Coffee the best in Town! I do come here if I is convenient! Heat that Croissant 😂
