I had a 7 am appointment got here at 6:20 waited half the day for broker to send a certificate of analysis. Leaving at noon. Check your bills when you pick up to deliver here. Ask the broker if they sent it if it’s not in your paperwork. They will not receive without it even if it might be with the trailer pack list. They will not open it. If it is with TQL they definitely are not on top of their job, they will have you waiting while they scramble. Disorganized.

One (1) of the best places to come, not sure if overnight parking is permitted but there is a lot of space to park. Staff is great. Unloading less than five (5) minutes. Plenty of space to get on dock.

It’s ok. Not the best. Not the worst. For unloading. Once you get a dock. They unload pretty quickly. Small shipping/receiving area so beware of there are a lot of trucks before pulling in. You could get jammed up in here easily.

I had a good experience checked in at 6am appt at 7am in and out,unloading took an hr,guys at the receiving were friendly, it’s a 24 hr shipper if you show up at night before guys told me to feel free to check in next time,if there is an older guy in an older truck that says not to he’s been working here 16 yrs ignore him and check in,shipping and receiving is in between doors five and six ring the bell.i parked on the street over night didn’t see any restrooms

My appointment was 11 they seems they open early only 6-7 dock all dropped trailers they might send u across street Maddy big potholes over all unloading is on 1 at a time .

I showed up at This facility at 7 AM at an appointment, was told by the forklift driver they did not have any room and did not want to receive my load. After that I was inform the company never received the email about this load, from the receiver in the wheelchair and that was a lie, next he says soon as you can get me the COA I’ll get you in and out it’s 10:am and I am still waiting, this place is a joke! And for the guy that unload the trailers on the dry side, you are too old to be throwing temper tantrum, my five-year-old can handle stress better than you!

Hey!! I tried your Chicken Flavored Crackers, and just wanted to let you know that I was Quite Disappointed with The Flavor, not sure if it was just a bad Box, or What,? If that is the Case, then OK that's fine! But if Not, then Either don't Market them as Such, or Add more Flavoring, I mean a little extra Chicken Flavoring wouldn't help, Especially since your Product is Already Genetically Modified, so rethink the Recipe, or stop saying that it's Chicken Flavored! Because Yeah, They're Not.
