I genuinely can’t sing the praises of Rivet & Hide enough. I picked up a pair of Iron Heart jeans and placed an order on Friday morning, and within an hour I received a long, thoughtful email from their team. They were actively checking in to confirm the model, size, and overall fit to make sure everything was right. Since I was ordering from the UK to the Netherlands, they clearly explained how they cover customs and duties, and were upfront about the return policy (including the 20% charge). The goal was obvious: no surprises, and a happy customer. When I replied with a few questions about measurements just to be extra sure, another team member jumped in almost immediately and was just as helpful. By midday Friday, everything was confirmed. The jeans shipped that same afternoon and arrived via DHL Express in Amsterdam on Monday. Beautiful jeans, perfect fit and that’s coming from a woman ordering men’s jeans, which can feel like a gamble. Yes, you might pay a bit more to have customs and fees fully covered, but the peace of mind, transparency, and service make it completely worth it. What could have been a risky international order turned into a genuinely great experience. Incredible product, incredible team, and a level of care you just don’t see often anymore. Highly recommended.

I never used to get excited about shopping for clothes until I found this absolute gem of a store! This has to be one of the all time best places to find quality men's clothes. A place where you can have faith that anything you buy will be stylish and last you a long time. There aren't many shops I can think of that can compete with the excellence of Rivet & Hide. The staff there are really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for you if you need something. Well done boys! Well done indeed!

I recently purchased a flat head jacket from the good folks here. All the staff were wonderful. Shipping was prompt and the jacket was packaged securely. I would not hesitate to purchase from this store again.

Both the Manchester and London branches are excellent. The team are very patient, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Their collection is so very well curated and offers plenty of more contemporary fits in Japanese denim brands which can be tricky to find. Also it’s the only place in London I know to stock Iron Heart. The first place I’d suggest to anyone looking for a proper pair of selvedge denim.

I recently discovered Rivet & Hide online after looking for a pair of Iron Heart jeans. Despite not being able to make it into the store, the help and advice I received over the phone from James and Paul was second to none. Needless to say, I made an order that evening and I am very happy with the jeans. Most importantly it made such a welcome change to actually be in receipt of some decent customer service in the UK for a change. I think it goes without saying that customer service here is lacking at the best of times, but that was not the case here. I had a follow up query once I’d received them, called again and spoke to Paul, and yet again I got exactly what I needed with no hassle. Keep it up guys, I will certainly be coming back to you for more gear!

I've been going backwards and forwards trying to buy some jeans online from Rivet & Hide over about 6 weeks, but unable to get the fit I was looking for, basically because I didn't know what I was doing! So I finally decided to take the trip into London and go to Rivet & Hide in person, and I'm so glad I did. I was returning the 3rd pair I'd exchanged through their website and Adam in the London shop was amazing. He put me at ease and helped by chatting with me about what I was looking for and getting several different pairs of jeans for me to try. I can't fault the service these guys have given me from the first pair I purchased online to the in person service Adam gave in the London shop. I've now got exactly what I was hoping for and will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys.

Stopped at this store a couple years ago and I’ve been looking forward to ordering from them. I Couldn’t be happier with a Pure Blue Japan jeans that I went with. Fantastic product looking forward to wearing them for years to come. Importantly, the websites sizing chart was bang on for the product that was delivered. This gives you confidence in ordering an item at this price point. Shipping was extremely fast. The order was sent out within days even during the holiday season, that was much appreciate.
