"This place is incredible for parents. The idea is that of a members' club, but for families. The kids take over the ground floor (with supervised activities, soft play, and a plant-based café to feed them), while the grown-ups have their own spa-restaurant-tearoom oasis upstairs. The top floor is the treatment sanctuary with acupuncture, colonics, a nutritionist, and cryotherapy chambers at the ready. Refreshingly, membership is completely nonexclusive. Anyone can join (for a yearly fee), and having children is not a prerequisite."

I recently had the high-impact facial, and the whole experience at Cloud Twelve was amazing from the second I walked through the door. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and made my time there feel very special. The spa facilities are all top notch and so relaxing; a great place to relax and seek out peace and quiet in a bustling part of London either on your own, or with friends. The facial itself was really wonderful, and the results have been pretty immediate with friends noting my completion and skin tone showing signs of improvement shortly after the one treatment. I am going to be rebooking that facial, and trying some of the other treatments that they offer too. The entire experience felt extremely special!

I recently visited Cloud Twelve in Notting Hill for a much-needed recharge, and I left feeling rejuvenated, centered, and incredibly pampered. This hidden gem exceeded all my expectations today. We had a 60 min full body massage which was 10/10 followed by a facial also a 10/10. I even tried the cold plunge, the salt room, the steam room and the sauna. I can’t wait to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my Head Spa. I had a scalp analysis (turned out to be very dry) and based on that had a custom treatment tailored specifically to my needs. The spa also included facial, head massage, herbal mist and much more. Came out relaxed with healthy, moisturised scalp skin and shiny silky hair! Thank you!

On a visit to London to visit my friend, I came across the Cloud Twelve Spa near Nottinghill online. When I phoned for some advice on which package to book, the lady at reception was super helpful which gave me confidence in booking without a personal recommendation. When we arrived, we were greeted by the same lovely woman who made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want. Facilities were excellent, and they made sure it wasn’t too crowded so you could fully enjoy the facilities. Would highly recommend, treatments were excellent too and staff were all lovely and very welcoming.

The best spa I’ve been to! I felt so welcomed the moment I arrived and was pampered the whole time. Kim was especially wonderful, the massage was perfect. They pay attention to every small detail to make you comfortable and relaxed. I could have stayed there all day! The location is stunning too. Highly recommend x

I LOVED my treatment. My spa therapist was great. She gave me a good overview of what to expect and made the experience so relaxing. I feel like a queen after the facial and definitely will come back to when I'm in town. Was in London for work and Cloud Twelve definitely made my London experience so amazing. If you're in London, you have to make a trip to the wellness center. The sauna, salt experience, cold plunge and the staff all around made this one of my best spa experiences ever! Run don't walk there!

The massage therapist was excellent though I didn't catch her name. I booked the CBD oil massage and frankly didn't notice any difference from the massages I get regularly and it was pricey. The salt room and sauna were closed and there was no explanation as to why and someone was in the salt room. The spa is luxurious.

Cloud Twelve is a spa and a salon and much more but make sure you spend some time at their brassiere! Their menu is plant-based and this is coming from someone who is not a vegetarian! I absolutely loved the mushroom risotto, the smoked eggplant, and the spinach filo shell. Nice selection of teas, and oh yes they have a wine list!
