Paris Dining Club

We hosted an intimate wedding at PDC and it was perfect. The staff went above and beyond, and our friends and family haven’t stopped talking about the evening (and the food!). We truly got to be guests at our own wedding, which made it all feel so relaxed and fun. It’s such a special space.

I just got my first box (black and stylish) from Paris Dining Club. The food was excellent and the portions generous. I loved some of the appetizers more than others (yes there were several appetizers) but I’ll chalk that up to personal taste. The main course and dessert were superb. You pick the box up on Friday from their downtown Mpls location and they even bring it out to your car. There is also a delivery service with a reasonable charge. It was fun opening and unwrapping everything and the reheating instructions were easy to follow. I would rarely cook such interesting and varied gourmet food for myself (or even for a dinner party) and I know my way around a kitchen. I just ordered a box for 3 of us to enjoy together next month. I think Paris Dining Club is reasonably priced for the high quality of the food and the upscale presentation in the sleek box.

We won a dinner for 4 at a local charity auction. Everything was amazing! Such a fun evening for our family.

An incredibly talented team of individuals who collaborate, create and execute the most gorgeous events with the most delicious food! Beyond grateful to have been able to celebrate my wedding at their venue. This place is chic in terms of aesthetic, as well as integrity and kindness. Thank you, thank you.

My partner surprised me with the Paris Dining Club at home meal kit for Christmas and it was absolutely fantastic. We've been following this Chef since we learned about her through Travails Basement Bar and she's extremely talented. The Pike Quenelle was decadent! The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. Carrot gravy? Yes please! Love, love, loved all of it!! What a great idea to surprise your loved one with.

I heard from a lot of people that Grand Cafe is in their top five so I figured I'd see for myself. I've only been there once but everything was so good. We sampled around 8 things from the menu and each was better than the last. In my opinion the entrees were the best part. Our server Evie was super friendly along with the rest of the wait staff. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Brunch. Grand Cafe is such a pleasant space to eat great food. The French omelet and eggs Benedict were perfect and so delicious. The chicken liver doughnuts were a nice blend of savory and sweet. Professional service. Tasty mimosas. I can’t wait to go back.

Went to a dinner at the studio this past summer Wow what a beautiful space, the communal table with strangers was amazing The dinner itself was very good and the never ending pours of wine was fabulous That said the service was so so, we were never given an explanation of what the menu was just a menu card on the table and there was no staff interaction whatsoever - very weird, half the time we didn’t see any staff so maybe it was supposed to be that way once you were eating and mingling? That was a little strange but we all had a great time regardless

I decided to order just 1 meal/ serving, which my boyfriend and I shared. With the optional add-on oysters (3pcs), and Cheese & Crackers..... we were satisfied. We barely had room for the desserts I purchased elsewhere. I selected to pick up my meal, which was an easy process with curbside provided. The meal was packaged beautifully, which instantly elevated my excitement for the dining experience. Everything was delicious. A few stars of the show ... the Wellington, the carrot butter, the cocktail sauce, which was the best I've ever had, the cheese, the light and fluffy Pike Quenelle, the list goes on. If they offer this kit again, I'd definitely re-order. Preparing/heating the dishes was relatively easy, given the ingredients were all labeled, and they included an instruction card. However, I do wish they would have recommended an efficient order to tackle it. We started with the Wellington, then with 7 mins left turned down the temp, added the pike, then the bread but took it out early due to the pikes higher temp... blah blah blah. My point is a bit of advice on how to start would have been nice.

Paris Dining Club was created by James Beard nominated Chef Jamie Malone. You can pick up or have meals delivered. A full meal or just ala carte. Sign up for the dining club and a wonderful, easy to reheat meal will arrive on your doorstep on the first Friday of the month (you can switch Fridays). February Menu: Foie Gras in a Jar with Baguette and Bitter Orange Chutney Clay Baked Salmon with Beurre Rouge, Braised Endive, and Pommes Purée Opera Cake by John Kraus of Patisserie 46 Add On Petite Plateau King Crab, Shrimp, and Scallop with Baguette, Beurre de Baratte, & Garlicky Aioli Everything arrived in perfect order with instructions. The meals are fantastic (last month was Beef Wellington) and you can add on extras too. Always add the Langres triple crème cheese, it is fantastic! Something extra is included in every box.
