What a feast and memory for a lifetime! We are now raving about this hidden gem located less than an hour away from Paris... It is a true first class "farm to table" experience as the very talented and passionate chef Cybèle uses her own "potager" to create seasonal mouthwatering dishes where you rediscover the quintessential flavors of simple ingredients. It is also worth mentioning each plate is an ephemere art piece as delectable to the eyes as it is to the palate! The service is impeccable and the simple but "chic" atmosphere makes it a perfect combination to fully enjoy such a refined experience! We chose the 7 course tasting menu and as much as we were there for 4 hours, the time flew by and we could have stayed even longer... We can't wait to go back but we unfortunately leave 5,000 miles away...

Chef is incredibly talented and it’s lovely to eat vegetables grown there and very creatively cooked. All while in a charming setting. But there were only 2 people working front of house so it was too much and pacing was very off and I was handed plates twice that had things I was allergic to. (Luckily visible!)

Food was fresh, refined, and experimental. We have enjoyed very much to have excellent dishes. Mocktail made of Kale, chocolate dessert made from mushroom. Full of surprise :)

Ruche was an amazing experience. The food was thoughtful, bursting with flavors that all made each dish on the tasting menu memorable. The attention to bio and organic is clear in every plate you are served. We will definitely return again and again.

Beautiful experience, fresh products and knowledgeable staff, we all enjoyed the focus on beautiful and local vegetables. Nice wine pairing too.
