The wedding cake from Afternoon Delight Bakery was absolutely stunning and such a highlight of the day! Ashley took the bride’s description and brought it to life perfectly, creating a design that matched the overall wedding aesthetic beautifully. With the added flowers from the florist, the cake became an unbelievable centerpiece that elevated the entire décor. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also a true reflection of the couple’s vision. As a wedding planner, I would highly recommend Ashley and Afternoon Delight Bakery to any couple looking for a cake that is both a work of art and a memorable part of their celebration.

Ashley made our wedding cake and our anniversary cake and we couldn’t have been more happy! She is beyond talented and we will be using her for all of our big events in our future as well as referring her to all of our friends getting married here in Colorado. She is worth every penny and you will be so happy with anything she makes for you. Oh and did I mention, it not only looks spectacular but it tastes just as good?!

We got our wedding cake from Afternoon Delight Bakery and it was delicious and beautiful! I asked her for the Tiramisu and if we could get pressed flowers on it and she was happy to make it that way for us. Ashley was very easy to work with, has great communication and included useful information about dowels in our cake, how to cut it, and how best to refrigerate it.

Ashley did an amazing job on our wedding cake in June. I will say it was pretty expensive but it was worth it for the level of service and quality of product. The only thing I wished is that the orange she had splashed in with other colors from our color pallet was more neutral... it was kind of bright compared to photos I had given for reference so it was kind of off putting and clashed with the rest of the wedding vibes. I also had asked for a Gold cake topper and ours ended up being pink... which looked odd and clashed a bit. Overall though I would totally recommend Ashley and this service. I would recommend asking for photos when it's completed to make sure colors and cake toppers etc match the requests.

Ashley was fantastic to work with from the moment we reached out to her! I really appreciated the wedding packet she initially provided us to help us decide which cake would work best for our big day. We were blown away by how delicious and beautiful our wedding cake turned out! The only downfall of ordering a cake from Afternoon Delight is that you will spend every day after your wedding craving it. There is no way the top tier that we saved will last until our 1-year anniversary!

The best cake I’ve ever had, and several of my guests said the same! I’m so happy I choose Afternoon Delight for our wedding. Ashley was amazing and super responsive as I planned this from the east coast. I highly recommend her business and can’t wait to scoop some treats for our anniversary in CO.

Ashley did such an amazing job on our wedding desserts! We ordered an assortment of goodies from her: a small personal 6 inch wedding cake, mini cupcakes/tarts/cheesecakes, brownies, edible cookie dough, and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything was absolutely delicious - our guests had nothing but great things to say about the desserts. Ashley was a pleasure to work with, we would highly recommend her for your wedding needs. We are so delighted we selected Afternoon Delight Bakery for our wedding at Vista View Events in Rifle, Co. Ashley went above and beyond with my vision for a cactus cake! She worked with our wedding budget and guest count to create the most perfect dessert bar that guests raved about. We had a dessert bar with a two-tier cake, mini cupcakes and cookie assortment and each dessert was absolute perfection. I really appreciated the variety of her baked goods (outside of wedding cake) and how many flavors we could select from. We also had a destination wedding and Afternoon Delight mailed us our cake tasting, which was very special and something we will always cherish.
