Best coffee shop in Denver. 5/5 would recommend to anyone. They have multiple different single origin options for espresso or pour over. Good pastries and great baristas. Very clean white look and a pretty quiet spot.

I think I had the best matcha of my life here. I got matcha w pistachio and we also got the strawberry matcha. FIRST OF ALL, this place is STAR WARS THEMED??! There’s a few lego builds up on top of the coffee bar, the millennium falcon, and one another. There’s chairs and tables as well as a bar with stools you can choose to sit at. The worker was very sweet, and made our drinks very quickly. The matcha here was so creamy, not too sweet but so flavorful. The strawberry tasted homemade, and not artificial at all, similar to if it had been smashed in while he made it, so fresh and not too sweet or overpowering. The latte art was so beautiful too, as well as the layering in the strawberry one. Parking was a little confusing, but we parked in the garage, which was free, there was a door that led through the garage so that we didn’t have to walk around to the other side of the building. We will be back, this place was so awesome!

I tried Sapor for the first time. I love when a coffee shop makes their own latte syrups, especially pistachio. However, I couldn’t taste any espresso in my latte, it just tasted like flavored milk. The barista was very friendly though, and the design on my latte was beautiful. But I need to taste more espresso in my latte, especially when I’m paying $8 for it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff made our experience great. The kind people at Prodigal Coffee recommended this place and it did not disappoint. They offer amazing coffees, and we enjoyed some cup of excellence winner coffees. Will stop by again when we’re back in town

I keep forgetting to drop a review but this is definitely one of my favorite coffee shops. We discovered Sapor during our visit to Denver and they kept us fueled for our entire trip. Beautiful, open, and bright location with plenty of seating. Great place to grab a quick drink or spend a morning reading emails with a matcha in hand. Super chill owners and staff. Baked food options looked good and we loved the burritos. Their pistachio latte was my favorite and they were also able to make a matcha version which was just as good. Still attempting to make that pistachio syrup on my own but I do not think it will ever be as good.Definitely recommend stopping by here if you are in the area. Now for my standard comments. Easy to walk to from where we stayed at the Sonder LoHi apartments. There is a good amount of seating and it is very comfortable to hang out in. Very clean and well kept.

The best craft coffee shop in LoHi. Pop (the owner) and Paul are the kindest, thorough, and welcoming individuals. They take the time at the register to make sure you feel welcomed and that you understand what you’re ordering. All syrups are made in house, the espresso is dialed in every morning, and there many non-dairy milk alternatives. Location is conveniently off I-25 on the west side of Speer. There are many large windows with a ton natural light creating an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of seating available and outlets to charge electronic devices so you can post up and crank out your work.

Great coffee shop! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and brew a smooth cup of coffee. They have specialized drinks of all varieties, like match and small batch tea. There are delicious pastries for sale as well. Great walkable location and free parking available. Vibes are chill.

Great service and coffee was amazing. We had a run club show up right as they opened and they were absolutely fantastic to us! Drinks were beautiful and their attitude was so positive despite being slammed with 15-20 people! Thank you sapor!

Great matcha, closer to $10 which is kinda expensive but can't find another one that's close to this taste in the area

I was excited to work from here and try their drinks for the first time! Lots of open space and high ceilings here. I think roughly half of the tables were taken when I was here on a Thursday morning. I got an oat matcha with their sakura syrup. I love that they have a sakura syrup! That being said, I didn't love the matcha and sakura mix, but that's probably just me. I would have also liked my matcha to be a little stronger.

Noting that I enjoyed my experience here. Coming back later for a detailed review. Definitely noting the 5 stars !

This space is bright with lots of windows and natural light for people watching. The service was kind and quick. The burrito was delicious and something I would definitely get again.

Very cool shop with good coffee and food. The Strawberry Cronut was really good, and even though they don't make the burritos on-site, the Chupacabra Burrito was a tasty and filling breakfast.

What a nice spot! It's clean and open, lots of natural light. I saw someone with this green, cream, and pink drink leave so I had to try it. The strawberry matcha is really tasty and I will definitely be back.

very cute coffee shop right on speer! the vibes are super chill and there is plenty of seating available and outlet availability! It is pretty echo-y so maybe not the best place to go if you have to take work calls but if you're just working, it's perfect! I got the blueberry matcha and it was good! definitely on the sweet side but one of the better matcha's i've had at a coffee shop in Denver! Definitely on the priceier side. It ended up being almost $9 for my matcha! There is free parking available at the garage next door! Staff was super friendly and nice!

Was looking for a good matcha and was recommended to stop here. I ordered the Black Sesame Hojicha Latte and it was delicious! It was well rounded, flavorful and light. Props to the sweet barista that was holding down the fort all by themselves! Everyone was well taken care of and got to enjoy a nice beverage. Would recommend!

Solid spot! coffee was great, barista knew what they were doing. the location is funny but good, only downside is having to park under in the garage. but oh well. my biggest issues is that it's too echoey inside. it's hard to have 1v1 conversation in a space like this without constantly feeling like i'm talking to quiet or too loud. if you're getting a grab and go coffee, great spot. it's even very spacious inside so if you're with a bigger crew, solid spot. just not my favorite for smaller meetups.

If you are near the area, and want to go to a local coffee joint to get some work done, catch up with friends, get a good pastry and coffee, then this is your spot. There is a decent amount of seating, the music is fairly low, and it has a modern feel to it. The coffee guys are very consistent, I always know my pistachio latte will be exactly what it was last week, and I appreciate that service.

Love this place! It's perfect for when I need to get some work done or if I need to study. It's super spacious and I love the natural light. Just a great setting! The baristas are always nice and helpful. Can't go wrong with any drinks here, they're all great! I come here pretty regularly and I haven't been disappointed. Theres lots of dealing though it can get busy sometimes! There are plenty of outlets at the high tops, and a a couple by the wall. Theres also a parking garage specifically for customers!

Nice minimal vibe coffee shop.. Coffee is great, presentation is amazing. There's plenty of seating, and plenty windows for natural light. Recommend to give it a try!

Beautiful, clean and modern coffee shop. Staff were friendly and quick to make our drinks. I enjoyed my decaf beverage and my little enjoyed her steamer.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Denver. They really care about their coffee, the service is friendly, they have free wifi and there's plenty of seating. I believe they use Sweet Bloom coffee. They also serve the absolute best pastries from Elemental Bakery. This is a great spot to either meet up with friends or get work done.

A cute coffee shop in a pretty busy area. Sapor is on the corner of Speer and 26th Street, and it is connected to a building with a few other businesses and an apartment complex. Parking is terrible, but the kind staff makes up for it. I love the open concept of the cafe. It isn't as tiny as one would think given the location. My Thai tea with almond milk was superb, and I am happy to have this as my regular coffee shop in the neighborhood. Keep it up guys!

I came here to escape the heat for a bit. The baristas were great and the iced horchata latte was sooo good! Just sweet enough and rich, a perfect treat for a hot day. They have mostly small tables and bar seating facing the street so it was a perfect place to work for a bit. Pretty quiet when I was there around closing time.

The coffee is pretty good and the aesthetic is great. Large and plenty of seating! However, I wouldn't rate this place 5 stars because of the pricing. It's generally $9-10 for a small latte, which just doesn't make it worth it for me.

Matcha strawberry latte was really yummy! Pour overs were super yummy once they cooled down. Initially, they seemed to be brewed at a higher temperature. The flavors are unique and you can definitely taste their notes within the coffee. Also, the space is huge and plenty of seating!

I got the horchata latte iced and it was very good. A perfect blend of cinnamon and cream. My friend got an iced dirty chia and loved the chai that they used. it's a quiet, clean space to do studying, read a book, or just relax. Service was quick and kind.

I love getting strawberry matcha from here! Their croissants are very good too. Today I came in a bit before close and was offered a free pastry (cacio e pepe). It was also pretty good!! Would definitely recommend :)

Hidden gem . #1 matcha in CO in my opinion. Like it is premium matcha that is balanced and sweet. The location also has a clean and open aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows. Service is always kind a speedy!

Such a cute coffee shop- loads of space and natural light! The menu also features lots of teas in addition to coffee. Highly recommend!

When visiting Denver I had no idea where to go get coffee. Sapor was sooo close to where I was staying so I decided to go check it out. They had multiple seasonal drinks and I say I was obsessed. Their horchata latte was one of my favorites as well as their strawberry matcha (I went back for one at least once a day!). The staff was so kind making ordering and getting my drinks such a smooth process. It's quite a large space with a calm ambience. I suggest if you need a study spot or if you WFH this is definitely a place you should check out! p.s get the strawberry matcha and check out some of the pastries they have for sale (pandemic donuts!!!)

The coffee was amazing! Love the vibe to grab a coffee to go, get some work done, or chat with a friend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave us tips for our trip in Denver. Would definitely recommend!!

Me and my husband like trying new coffee spots and this place came up and had great reviews and we wanted to give it a try. We came in right when it opened and the inside was very nice and clean but, the gentlemen working was not very welcoming and very rude. We ordered two drinks and a cinnamon roll for 30 dollars plus an extra dollar for alternative milk for our drinks. The matcha tasted more like whole milk when I asked for oat, and the cinnamon roll was warmed on the outside but cold solid on the inside. We were really looking forward to trying this place out by all the reviews on how many people recommended but, we left very disappointed. We're just not sure if we came on a bad day for the employer or what the deal was but, it was definitely a buzz kill for us. Maybe others will have better luck.

I live in the apartments by this coffee shop and this is my go to spot. The people who work there are so kind and welcoming and incredible and the coffee is top notch. The vibe inside is great to sit on a coffee date, work on your laptop, or just enjoy the ambiance. I always get their rosemary bagel and either a latte or cappuccino. My boyfriend gets their donuts which they have on Friday's and Saturday's and they're amazing!

This is one of the best coffee shops I've been to in my life. The interior is filled with wonderful natural light, and there is lots of space. Great, but - for me - what I love about a coffee shop is the quality of the drink and the barista service. The coffee is elite. Meticulous selection of single-origin espresso and pour-over options. I will remember the espresso I was served today for a long time! The team is friendly and wildly experienced, and they know their stuff.

Coffee is good. Location awesome. If they were any slower on making your order, they would be going backwards. I don't get it. Be prepared.

Great shop that clearly cares about their coffee. Smart barista who is down to chat about everything there is to offer. The Matcha and the Coffee options are both well above average. This will be the spot I continue to come back to when I find myself in town.

I used to live down the street from Sapor, and it was my favorite coffee shop in Denver. The quality of their drinks is top-notch. The Matcha is incredible (I recommend getting it with oat milk and their house made vanilla syrup), and their iced lattes and rosemary sea salt bagels are also very good. The space is great, the people are friendly, and I'm very sad to not live nearby anymore.

I stopped in here a few times while I was In town and I absolutely loved it. The iced lattes were a delight. The espresso is strong and delicious. They aren't too milky and a touch of vanilla made it subtly sweet. The cacio e pepe croissant was interesting. I haven't seen that anywhere else, but admittedly I'm more of a fan of sweet croissants. The staff was super nice! I've never been asked "so what you up to this weekend?" At a coffee shop back home haha.

I LOVE this spot. Friendly staff which makes all the difference. Very industrial look and any time I work here I am always getting compliments on my backdrop :) They try to limit dine-in guests so you have a 2 hour limit, but everything is thoroughly cleaned and I am always spaced out from others. Coffee here is SO good! Iced, hot, flavored, however you take it, you can bet it's going to be good. I think they have free parking, but luckily I am close enough to walk. I haven't gotten any of the pastries but the donuts always look delicious (think they are outsourced?)

We took a detour to Denver and found this spacious, fun coffee shop with a menu featuring all of the classics. The barista was so nice and patiently answered all of our questions about drinks. They had seating (with a ~2 hour time limit) and tons of folks were working and chatting with friends. The space itself has high ceilings, clean restrooms, and many tables. I loved the vibe of the whole place and would totally recommend! I got the chai latte and absolutely LOVED it -- it was the perfect amount of spiced and the drink was super large and worth for the price as well.

Coffee and maple donut was fantastic. Super clean and modern look and feel. Could use some more decor on the walls but the product was good!

Omg I had an iced pistachio latte, my husband had an iced latte, our son had a brown sugar iced latte with almond milk and our daughter in law had the cortado! Everything was absolutely amazing! The coffees were made very quickly, the staff was very friendly and explained all the drinks very well. We will definitely be back! My only criticism was 2 ladies took up the biggest table so any party bigger than 2 had to sit at the stools at the counter which was very difficult.

Great light inside as others mentioned. Had two cold brews, which were smooth and tasted good. Reasonably priced. Would visit again.

This is a "Go-To" coffee meeting space for me. It's very open and lots of seating that is separated, not crowded. There is street parking but also complimentary parking in a garage on the side of the building (Alcott). My favorite is the brown sugar latte - and it's always done so well at Sapor. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating, including holding a tab open for me so I can treat clients to coffee as well if they arrive after I do. Great space, Great coffee - I'm a fan!

I always forget about this place but they're on to something. Last time I went they had some cinnamon hochija drink (I'm a sucker for some good hochija). The workers are gregarious and attentive. I like all the windows and seating inside. Tons of space, so come work here! Parking can be a little tricky but it's fine. I need to come here more often.

I'm a fan! I've been looking for a place that combines good coffee with a good environment for doing some work or meeting with a friend and Sapor definitely exceeds my expectations! I'm a big fan of the white/black/wood/plants design thing and this coffee shop is definitely one of those places. Don't forget to take advantage of the retail parking right next to the shop. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, just looking for another coffee shop to add to my rotation, and was pleasantly surprised. Their staff is quick with orders, and definitely willing to spend some time recommending things based on your preferences. They have seasonal mocha, latte and coffees available so there's always something new to try. Their pastry selection is a bit smaller than other places I've tried so far, and on the pricier end for what you get. I got the speculaas latte, which was basically cookie butter/biscoff spices in a latte and I loved it. A bit pricy as well ($6.75), but I don't mind paying a bit more every so often since I'll actually Iike the coffee. The shop itself is a bright, clean, open space with a lot of natural light. They have multiple seating options (small tables, bar, couch, larger table for 8...) and it wasn't hard to find a seat. I'm going to be back to try more of their drinks!

The Passport Program brought me here, and I'm glad it did. It's not along any usual route for me, but I made the trek because the program has helped me find great new places in the past. There was free parking in the garage, which is helpful along this busy stretch of Speer Blvd. The shop is spacious and bright, with lots of sunlight and a view of the city. We sat at the counter and enjoyed a seasonal coffee confection, the wafflatte. There was maple syrup and powdered sugar involved, and it was a caffeine and sugar rush. Lots of fun. My husband enjoyed a bagel from Rebel Bread. I'd come back for regular coffee if I'm in the area knowing I can easily park and find a place to sit and enjoy my drink.

Best thing is it's in my basement!! They have the best baristas with the most positive attitude and the service is always fantastic! They always have fun new drinks to try like this orange blossom matcha with butterfly pea tea!

This place was a really great find. They have lots of drink choices and including some specialty lattes. Great taste, great service, will be back.

If you're looking for a great place to work from home, check this place out! Sapor Coffee & Concepts is very clean, spacious, and quiet. I ordered a nitro cold brew with vanilla and half n half with a rosemary bagel with cream cheese and both were delicious. I loved all the natural light in the shop. They also had free parking in the parking garage directly behind the building. I will definitely come back!
