Papaya salad was good and spicy.
Laos sausage with sticky rice was also very good.
The beef larb had good flavor but the rice powder was not finely grounded, it was very coarse like sand so it ruined the texture of the dish. They ran out of sticky rice which was only 230pm...how do you eat larb without sticky rice? We had to order steamed rice which was hella dry, needed a little bit more water.
The ladna dish had good flavor but the noodles were not at all charred. The noodles appeared boiled in hot water and then just cooked. They need to watch some YouTube video on how to char noodles bc thats what ladna noodles are about.
Then we ordered beef pho. Literally there were 3 small pieces of meat and 1 meatball and 95% noodle. I knew right away by looking at the broth that it was not going to have any flavor. Which it didnt it was super bland, when asked for fish sauce they gave me something else that wasnt fish sauce. The pho seasoning on the tables were nasty and sticky I did not want to touch it. There were Sirrarcha, hoisin and what I thought was garlic chili but it wasnt it was something with vinegar which ruined the whole pho for me. They need to leave original fish sauce bottles out on the table for their bland broth.
The server never cleared any finished dishes off so we had to stack it to have room to eat. I had to ask for water to be refilled.
We do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
