We just left another wonderful celebration dinner at BakerStreet. Everyone we encountered were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. Our server took the time to go over the menu with my parents, who had not visited before, and answered their questions. Portions are generous so by the time we finished our appetizers and large house salads we packed up most of our entrees and dessert to go….which will be a bonus for breakfast tomorrow. Sadly, I didn’t take photos of everything - I know those can be helpful for future dining patrons. We all left extremely satisfied and stuffed. Thank you to everyone at BakerStreet that made this birthday dinner one to remember.

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Baker Street Steakhouse in Ft. Wayne. We love the quiet ambiance and great service. Plus, the food is outstanding! We started with the very good salted caramel expresso martini. For our brunch entrees, we ordered the Croque Madame and the prime rib omelette. Both were absolutely delicious! The brunch menu prices were also quite reasonable. Only the brunch menu is available, unlike some other restaurants that have a brunch menu in addition to their regular, full menu. One dish I would like to see added to the brunch menu is eggs Benedict topped with the gravy used on the Croque Madame with a side of steamed asparagus.

Jacqueline took care of my husband & I for our little lunch date away from our child haha. She took GREAT care of us. Recommendations were on point, her Bloody Mary was delicious, & we laughed with her HARD through the whole meal. We’ll absolutely be back soon & request her!

We started with the crab cakes for appetizers and ordered the 14-oz ribeye, 6-oz filet mignon, and lobster tails for our main entrées. Our sides included broccoli, mashed potatoes, lobster bisque soup, and chili. Overall, the food was very good — the lobster bisque was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The pretzel bread with the cinnamon-flavored butter was superb, and both steaks and the lobster were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were the only real disappointment — they were lumpy and cold. Another issue was with my date’s cocktail. I ordered a sangria, which was amazing. However, his Long Island Iced Tea tasted more like a cola (Coke or Pepsi) and had no noticeable alcohol flavor. Our waitress, Ashley, was super nice and attentive, but when we mentioned the drink issue, she became somewhat defensive and explained it had three ounces of liquor. The manager never came to our table to address the concern, which was disappointing. Despite that, the restaurant had an amazing ambiance and overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent aside from the few issues mentioned. That’s why I’m giving four stars instead of five. I would still highly recommend Backstreet Steakhouse — just maybe skip the Long Island Iced Tea and ask for your mashed potatoes hot!

First time trying out this restaurant. Nice ambiance and service was fine. Food was good although serving sizes are small. Nice choice for a special occasion.

Google
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food. The food was good and enjoyable, but it was not consistent. We each ordered a medium steak, but some of the streaks were red and some were almost well in the middle. I know I personally struggle to cook steak to the right temperature- but that’s why I order it when I go out because I hope the person cooking it knows how to. Again, it was still good and tender, just not consistent. Two people at our table ordered the mule mocktail and it tasted like straight lime juice to both of us. The waitress was kind and switched out mine when I shared I didn’t like it. Two others got the berry mocktail and they both tasted good but looked and tasted different. Gouda crab dip was phenomenal. The flourless chocolate cake was amazing. There were some hard pieces of rice in my risotto. We might have just been there on an off night. We’ve come on the weekend in the past and everything was phenomenal then. It just didn’t feel like good value this time for the quality.

We have been here several times over the years and BakerStreet is one of our favorite place to go for special occasions. The New England Clam Chowder has always been a favorite, and we are always wow'd by the new things they bring in. One of my favorite things is the friendly service, and we have always felt that the atmosphere is just perfect. The brick walls and black lining with moody table lamps is so calming. This time we got the Smoked Gouda Crab Dip and I have to say this is our new favorite menu item. Absolutely incredible! I tried the BakerStreet Wedge and was not too impressed. But I've always loved salads here in the past so I'll try something else. Meat and potatoes were, as always, amazing!

Yelp
I was one of a party of about 20 people. The ambience of the restaurant was not so much backed up by the food I experienced. For the priciness of the food, I was expecting more from this restaurant. I had the so-called Prime Rib and was rather disappointed with the amount of fat to meat ratio of my entree. Clearly half was gristle and or fat. The garlic mashed potatoes weren't bad and the portion plentiful. The salad I had was good though I personally could have done without the bacon bits. The salad was nice and cold. The waitresses were quite attentive, though they could have been a little more aware of placement of the appetizers. They basically put them all, of which there were several, in the center of the long table, apparently depending on conscientious patrons to distribute them from there. Which didn't happen. Overall, a disappointing dining experience I'm sorry to say.

Yelp
Another incredible dinning experience at Baker Street. They never let you down...no matter who is serving or the food you order! Always done with excellence. We went in Martini Monday's. Excellent value for outstanding drinks. The Sea Bass and New York strip steak were perfect!

Yelp
We've been to Baker Street several times for lunch, but haven't made it there for dinner... The "ole ball and chain" wanted to go for dinner on a Sunday night. Surprisingly, it was a quiet Sunday night (they're usually much busier at lunch)... Our server (Michelle) was excellent - Friendly, prompt, and attentive. We started with our usual appetizer, the sashimi tuna (as always, it was unreal). The self-titled "house boss" ordered the filet via Oscar style and I ordered the Diane NY strip. Unfortunately, the kitchen misread the order and put a ribeye down on the grill instead of the strip... I was asked if I minded the ribeye instead of the strip, and I said no (I didn't want to be "that" pain the rear customer). I was however a bit disappointed when the ribeye came out as it wasn't seared properly and had no crust at all (Ruth's Chris never would have sent a steak looking like that out to a table). Honestly, it looked like a ribeye from Long Horn or Texas Roadhouse, not something that would come out of the Baker Street kitchen. While the steak was cooked to a medium rare as ordered and it was seasoned well, it didn't look or taste nearly as good as my wife's filet which was outstanding... By and large (minus the order/service hiccup), our meal was still good and Baker Street is still one of Fort Wayne's better restaurants... All-in-all, we do prefer lunch vs. dinner though, based solely on price - For a $300 dinner and a restaurant that fancies itself fine dining, a service miscue like that shouldn't happen in my opinion.

Yelp
Place is very cozy and quiet. Service is excellent. Food quality is excellent and portions are decent. The house salad is delicious the dressing is made from scratch. Wine variety is excellent from different regions. We had the filet medallions and the sea bass and both were delicious. Our server was on top of everything. Loved it!

Yelp
My husband and I have been trying to come here (no lie) for 2 years for my birthday. But because my holiday is in February, the weather was never kind. THIS YEAR it was 50 degrees!!! And let me tell you it was worth the wait. First, the decor is industral elegance at its finest. Very chic! Second, our waitress was the absolute bomb! I'm mad that I can't remember her name because she remembered all of ours! LOL She even introduce us to the head chef. Who just happen to a contestant from HELL'S KITCHEN!!!! THIRD BUT NOT LEAST... the FOOD!!! In a word, YUM!!! Every course was perfection! But I will say, the star of the evening, for me, was the calamari!! I will not be waiting for my next birthday to go back!

Yelp
I'll give it 5 Stars. Ribeye was a little under cooked, but I was so hungry and I didn't want to be a douche in front of my customer, I just ate it. Sides were good, seasoned and prepared well. Slightly upscale place, with great service.

Yelp
Great service! Ask for Michelle she was awesome and loved her calm professional vibe. Food was amazing and we will definitely be back 10 out of 10!

Yelp
A couple of my girlfriends and I visited here Saturday night from out of town. The host + waitress were both super friendly and complimented our outfits! Our server brought of pretzel bread with cinnamon butter and it was soooo good 10/10 (I personally don't like texas road house cinnamon butter but theirs was like eating cinnamon toast crunch super yummy!!) I ordered a filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes (i'm picky with mashed potatoes and i ate every last bite I loved these potatoes) and lyonnaise potatoes instead of the asparagus. Additionally I also got a half order of mac and cheese, delicious!! (soup also came with my meal but I gave it to a friend) All the food was super yummy, it was a super fancy restaurant and nicely decorated! Would definitely come back!!! All together my bill was $67 dollars, not bad at all for all the food I got.

Yelp
We shared Baker Street anniversary Brunch with a couple who had not been there before. All 4 of us had different entrees. We all loved what we ordered! I love the uniqueness of the menu!! We love the Bananas Foster as the dessert show stopper and final memory of fine dining!! This was our 3rd special brunch gathering. First was Easter the year that weekend brunch started at Baker Street. We loved it so much that we brought 20 for a significant family birthday. Yesterday was our third brunch visit. Our friends were impressed! We were asked how long we all had been married. We combined our years together for a total of 108 years!! Thank you for such memorable visits!

Yelp
Had a wonderful meal and service on August 5th. There were seven of us and our server,Lauren was tremendous. She was cheerful, attentive, and made our evening a memorable one. I would recommend this place to anyone. The steak was wonderful!

Yelp
Came here on a Friday around 5:30, had reservations for 6:00 but they were able to get us in prior to our reservation. Our server was nice and very knowledgable of the menu. We weren't very hungry so just ordered one meal and split it. Sometimes servers hate this but this server seemed just fine with it. We ordered the porkchop which was cooked very well, and it was huge, so glad we opted to split. The real reason we came though was because of the carrot cake. We were told they have amazing carrot cake and that is right. We also ordered the spice cake which was also pretty darn amazing. It is a little pricey, but I think for Ft. Wayne not having a ton of steak house's it is probably just fine for the area. They do have free parking and plenty of it, and it can hold lots of people so you probably wont have too much trouble making a reservation.

Yelp
My husband and I had a reservation to celebrate our anniversary in June. It was disappointing from the cocktails to the food. The Moscow Mule I ordered was tasteless. The steak my husband ordered was also subpar. I'm sure that I read about new chefs at this establishment. For the price there are better place to eat.

Yelp
Second time here. Grant was over the top! Had oysters, 6 taw, 6 Rockefeller. Pretzel bread was great too! Entrees were delightful. Crab cakes! Steak Diane was one of the best I've had in a while. Lobster tails were terrific. The melted butter stand was cool. Lobster mac-n-cheese was spectacular. Steak egg rolls were tasty. Grant had our drinks and appys right away. Took our dinner order. Came out rather quickly! Lots of dark wood interior. Felt like a country club. Highly recommend. Ask for Grant! He can git er dun!!! Thanks to all!!!

Yelp
Service was fantastic, we had Dee and she was very kind and personable to the whole family. Much appreciated and definitely left a positive impression. Thank you again! Food was very nice, a little pricey but everything was cooked well and portions are appropriate. King crab was very tasty. Drinks were good as well and they had a solid wine by the glass selection.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday lunch, and it was good. The waitress said the kitchen makes everything from scratch, which is nice, but I prefer well seasoned food, not lightly seasoned. Also, I ordered soup, and I had to wait 15 minutes for it to come out with my entrée. I'm a slow eater, and we only had an hour lunch break. Deducted a star for the wait on the soup and the lightly seasoned sandwich. Lobster Bisque - Taste was 4/5 stars. Again, needs a bit more seasoning. Unfortunately, the best seasoned food was the potato chips that came with my sandwich, and I ate some chips before tasting the soup. My palate enjoyed the chips, then it made the soup taste bland. A few more bites, then I could taste the soup. Delicate flavor, but again, I wish the soup had more seasoning, and it should have came out way before my entrée. Crispy Fish Sandwich - (Description) Corn meal and potato encrusted fish, baby arugula, provolone, lemon vinaigrette, sliced tomato and onion, jalapeno caper remoulade; served on torta bread - So the sandwich is okay. It's fresh and light, and there's plenty to fill you up. It comes with potato chips and a white sauce. My boyfriend got the cuban sandwich (but I'm allergic to mustard, so no review there), and he also got the same white sauce, so I assume it's for the chips. The sauce is very thin, a little acidic, and not very tasty. Just put more sauce in my sandwich, and skip that white sauce. 4/5 stars. Peanut Butter Cup - You get a free dessert for your birthday. Got this to-go, since we used up our lunch time. It comes kinda messy and in a black container, so the picture wouldn't have been good. Dark chocolate cake with some peanut butter frosting and sprinkled with nuts. This one really lacked on flavor. Cake was flavorless and a bit dry. There needed to be more frosting. 2/5 stars. Service was great, aside from not getting my soup before my entrée. Decor is nice. Some chairs are slippery leather and some have cloth. You'll get a decent meal here, but it won't be mind blowing. Try a different dessert.

Yelp
Friday night was lovely at Baker Street! My fiancé and I reserved a week in advance but was able to call and change times on the night of when our prior plans ended early. Everything was wonderful. The hostess even showed us to the bathroom while we waited for our table. The waiter, Mikayla, was friendly and informative. The atmosphere was classy but a little loud as it was busy which is expected for a Friday night. We had amazing customer service for our only complaint, which they did more than make it right. Our complaint was my fiancé was not a fan of the New York strip at all. My man knows his steak. Trying different steaks at different restaurants is almost a hobby for him. He loves it. He felt there was no crust/sear and that same color on the outside went all the way through to the center although he ordered medium and expected a warm pink center. He described it like it as a good flavor seasoning but almost like it was microwaved. I thought it was flavorless and bland but I think it was because I got the Lobster Crowned Filet(as pictured) and had already ate most of it before trying his New York strip. My filet had soooo much flavor, amazing crust, cooked to medium rare as requested. I would have gone back the next day and have it again if I could. The salads and appetizers were greats too. We shared the "kiss goodnight" dessert complimentary for us celebrating an early birthday and a work anniversary. It was rich and chocolaty and I was told gluten free which I appreciate. I give Baker Street 5 stars. Will be back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful experience here. Two different vibes, the main dining room is fancy and the bar is more casual. They have plenty of food that can be made gluten free and a gluten free menu. Our server was very helpful and notified the kitchen of my celiac disease. The food was wonderful, service was top notch, and the experience was great. I recommend making reservations. This place is expensive.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
We took a chance walking in at 7pm on a Friday without reservations and were easily able to grab a couple seats at the bar! The bartenders were great, but the star of the show was easily the short rib entree - tender and so flavorful. I swapped the carrots for Brussels sprouts and loved the preparation with bacon jam. Your meal comes with a soup or salad, both great options. The French onion soup had a smoked Gruyère on top (YUM) and I appreciated that the wedge wasn't getting obliterated by a tsunami of blue cheese dressing as is usually the case at other restaurants. Definitely one of my favorite places in Fort Wayne now!
google avatar

Sarah D.

Yelp
Food and service are great, but I feel like Bakerstreet lost something when they switched their menu up awhile back. It used to be that they would have a different appetizer, entree, drink, and/or dessert feature every month, and nowadays it feels like they only maybe do an entree or appetizer feature. I would look forward to seeing them preview these unique features on their social media, but now when I go in, they hardly have any special features. As a result, it just feels like there's not much reason to go there if that makes sense. I guess what I'm saying is that we've been there so often that there's rarely anything new to try anymore. When we went there in Feb., they still had their Christmas drink menu up. With it having been Valentine's weekend, I would have thought they'd go all out with special features, and they only had meat entree features.

Neal H.

Yelp
When it first opened for several years. Couldn't find a better steak. After it was sold we ate there several times and the food just wasn't as good. Haven't been back in several years. Maybe it's better now just need to try it
google avatar

Seth M.

Yelp
The good: service was very attentive and friendly, especially given our large group. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff was very accommodating. Improvements needed: over seasoned food. My clam chowder was extremely salty and my daughter's side of creamed spinach was inedibly salty (I can't see how anyone could eat it). Prices were WAY higher than the food justified, especially for a mainly a la cart menu.

Lance B.

Yelp
Excellent amazing anniversary dinner celebrate our one year we will be back great service great food

Tom M.

Yelp
We have heard a lot about this place over the years but hesitated to try it as the price is high. It was Sunday after Divine Liturgy so the options were limited on what was open. We had a nice time sitting in an empty patio area. The service was great! The atmosphere was wonderful! The food was Ok. The quality is about what you'd expect from any other decent place. For the price of $50 per person average I expected better. We will likely try it again but definitely order differently. There were 5 of us. 2 ordered prime rib. 2 ordered steak. 1 a beef wellington. For $54 the prime rib should have melted in my mouth with deliciousness. It was above average. The steaks were good but once again, for half the price we could have gotten similar steaks at Texas Roadhouse. The beef wellington was blah. Ive never had it and honestly not sure I would ever try it again if thats what its like. Maybe it was an off day being a Sunday afternoon they might have had the B team chefs so like I said, we will try one more time. Our final bill was $444, with tip thats over $500. Like I said, for the price, I expected MORE!

Yelp
Stop, drop everything and get here NOW!! So many delicious gluten free options!!! Gouda crab dip Burger Onion rings Chocolate deliciousness The non gf folks enjoyed pretzel rolls, burgers and flatbread along with yummy desserts Hannah was so friendly, ensured our food was great, correct and quick. My tea was never empty I drove 70 miles to meet family who also drove 70 miles to get here - worth the drive!!!!

Yelp
Baker Street always has tasty food, but it is very much overpriced for Fort Wayne and the service is definitely not up to fine dining standards.
google avatar

Christopher F.

Yelp
Great food and great service. Our server was outstanding. Very attentive and kind. Relaxed and polished. The entire experience was top notch. We started with the crab dip. Served in a bread bowl, the only bad part was we wanted more. I had the clam chowder. Rich and creamy with good amounts of clam. I also had the steak salad. I requested the meat medium rare but it was mostly well done. Still decent flavor and the dressing is great. Finished off with bananas foster and crème brûlée. Outstanding!

Brittany B.

Yelp
food was okay. server ordered wrong steak (she repeated the correct order back to me but ticket showed wrong steak entered). crab was overcooked and stuck to shell. our server was Wednesday and she left a bit to be desired...wasn't super friendly. made us feel rushed and hurried. As if we were inconvenience to her -- however -- every other server made us feel welcome (we did have a baby with us) and stopped to engage with the baby. super disappointed with food and primary server tonight. However have had many nights before things were better. maybe one off with server?

Yelp
I love this place, always good food and great atmosphere. This time I had lunch combo 3 for $19. Everything was fresh and seasoned well.

Yelp
Coming from Cali to Indiana I had to find a fancy place to treat myself and this restaurant did not disappoint! The service was really nice and the waiter was great at explaining the dishes along with being quick with everything making sure we ate our appetizers before getting our main course to us. I went with friends so I say "us" a lot. The place had beautiful decor, quite fancy, and I have to say I would go here for a lovely occasion like a date, or birthday. The price was really up there so if you're looking to splurge, this is your place! The food all in all was delicious, the lobster dip was fantastic where you could taste the fresh lobster, the bread was fluffy in a way it held its own when you dip it, everything just melted in your mouth. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to my liking! I would definitely come here again!

Ginny S.

Yelp
We had a great experience at Baker Street! Our waitress was attentive, kept our waters full and timely checked if we needed anything throughout the evening. My husband & I both had the ribeyes. They were flavored & grilled perfectly and the garlic mashed potatoes are amazing! The Bananas Foster made table side was perfection!

Yelp
All went well. Met friend there after not seeing her for years. She lives in Columbus City. We lived in Fort Wayne.. Kaye was friend from my 1st job. She married a man that worked there. While he was serving our country, at war, she flew to Hawaii to marry him. When he retuned back from war, they lived here. Always knew where she lived. I married in Indiana, but moved to Michigan a few years after getting married, in the 60's. After living away from Indiana, we moved back. We lived in Fort Wayne. We were living in Fort Wayne, when my husband got ill. We moved to Ohio to live close to one of our children, because the kids felt we would need help with his care. He died he died. After moving to Florida for 7 years, following that daughter, to be close to a child. After 7 years my daughter moved back to Michigan to fulfill requirements for her Teaching pension. I didn't move to be with her, again. I was Cupid for another daughter. She moved to Fort Wayne to marry him, as he was a dentist with an established practice. I'm back because she's here. 2 years ago, that daughter that had moved to Michigan, moved here. Baker Street Steakhouse has been favorite for years by everyone. Just good everything!!! Hope you can follow all of this. It has been a great place and often chosen for reunions. Good atmosphere. Good food, wonderful service.

Bryan D.

Yelp
Really Really disappointed, our recent three visits have progressively worsened in the quality of the food. The service is still exemplary and always a very knowledgeable staff. It is too bad as they always delivered on the food, but we will never return. When we called yesterday 45-minutes after eating to report stomach and diarrhea problems, she told us that my Chop Chop salad and Onion soup could not have been contaminated because they heat it up-what???
google avatar

Yelp
The service was great and our server was super sweet!! I got orange juice and it was bomb (don't have a photo of it ) but it was freshly squeezed with the pulp so I enjoyed that. The omelet was okay and there was a lot of oil which wasn't really my thing but it was a huge omelet so I took it home with me to savor later!! The fruit was okay but it's not really in season yet so I'll give it that. Easter brunch wasn't too surprisingly busy which was nice. The server packaged our stuff up which I did appreciate because I was getting that princess treatment. our server didn't visit our table like every 5 minutes which was very appreciated because I was talking with the people I went with. overall I recommend this restaurant especially if you want to go with friends/family!

Robert S.

Yelp
Our church has booked on two separate occasions with headcounts between 75 and 90+. The event coordinators have been extremely friendly and made the process very easy. The food is excellent and the cost was reasonable. The menu was customizable and the service in-house was fantastic. We will definitely consider booking with them again.

Yelp
My wife and I went for Valentine's Day. They were extremely busy which is to be expected given what day it was. We had a couple of issues that couldn't be overlooked. We both started with soups. My wife had chili and I had French onion soup. They both came out lukewarm. We sent both of them back and had to wait a while for replacements. When we got our new bowls of soup they were again lukewarm. We decided to just eat them because we didn't want to wait any longer. Seriously, how do you serve soup that isn't hot? Once we finished those we had to wait a while for our entrees. I had the beef Wellington and my wife had the ribeye. They were both excellent! Steaks were cooked perfectly and we both enjoyed what we ordered. We decided to get dessert and ordered the bananas foster which they make table side. From the time we ordered to the time they came to the table to make it was 45 minutes. I wanted to say something but no one stopped at our table. It ended up being good, but why couldn't someone procure the 5 ingredients it takes and get it made in less time? We then had to wait a while for the check. From the time we sat down to the time we left was nearly 2.5 hours. That is ridiculous even on a very busy night. The rating is mainly driven by the quality of the entrees, but the service issues can't be ignored. We will go back, but hopefully things go more smoothly.

Matthew S.

Yelp
Food ok. Server was great. Took forever. Over 2 hrs sitting in a horrible chair. 1 hr waiting on our steaks after we ordered. All this after they couldn't find my reservation. I had to prove it with the email confirmation they sent me. Do not recommend unless you have 2.5 hours to kill for an ok dinner.

Yelp
There is no need to mention my Happy Hour stop at a national food chain. I Yelp this place, and I was not disappointed. The bartender Calista rocked it. The house salad was great, and the Walleye was to die for. I believe in giving local restaurants a good review. For those who worry about the price...go to Applebee's because this restaurant deserves the stars! There were no pictures because the dirty martinis was a distraction.

Yelp
I might have one of the most unpopular opinions in Fort Wayne and I'm prepared to deal with it. First off, we had a party of 8 and we had the BEST waitress and wait staff we've had in a while. They pay great attention to detail, they are informative, courteous, and very efficient. I can't stay enough great things about the staff, from the hostess stand to the water person, everyone is top tier! Top Tier!!! The restaurant is warm and cozy, the seating for our party was a little tight, but I was pleased with the table and setting. There is ample parking all around the building. They offer outdoor dining as well as indoor seating. We celebrated my sons 21st birthday. He had a delicious NY strip - medium well with house salad and asparagus. He said his meal was delicious. He was pleased as punch. 2 others had the Jambalaya, each agreed it was on the spicy - salty side. Neither one finished their meal, not even half. One of our party had the Asian Wings, he said they were ok, he took the greater portion home. My younger son had the Orange Chicken with the coconut risotto. He ate the chicken and left the risotto. I had the BELT( bacon egg lettuce tomato) it was rather good, I only ate half, my husband ate the other half, he was starving and not being about to eat the jambalaya left him hungry. A member of our party had a Cuban sandwich - he said it was lacking flavor and he too took his meal home. While the meals were somewhat lackluster, the company was amazing! My husband paid the tab for the table, just shy of $300, it was worth it to see our son enjoy his 21st birthday with his friends, but I don't see myself as a frequent quest! It just didn't send me like I had hoped!

Yelp
I came back on the gift card (thank you!) and chose to dine inside this time. LOVED my experience! I was disappointed that the menu didn't have the vegan/vegetarian options I remembered so when they came to get my order, I just asked them to make me something vegan and surprise me. The veggie spring rolls were the best I have had! My salad was made correctly although I realized after they delivered my salad with a creamy dressing that they didn't ask me what dressing I wanted (so be sure to speak up if you have a dressing preference). Only later did I realize they do have a separate vegetarian menu that you can ask for which had LOTS of options! No vegan desserts, but that's okay because I was full. Service was good. Tips for vegans: 1) Ask for their vegetarian menu when you are first seated. 2) Specify to get their vinaigrette dressing. 3) Get the veggie spring rolls!!!

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Keep the place clean including the restrooms. Train staff to be high in customer service and welcome guests with some conversation. Don't accept anything less from your employees!

Yelp
Our server was friendly, offered suggestions on the menu and was kept our glasses full. We sat outside as it was a beautiful day. The food was very flavorful. Loved the oversized onion rings and the spicy aioli on the sandwich.

Yelp
It was our Anniversary, and we we celebrated! We started with an appetizer, Asian prime rib tacos. The avocado wasabi sauce was perfect! I had scallops and shrimp for dinner. I also had Brussels sprouts which did not disappoint. My husband had lamb chops. Those chops were tender and flavorful. Yum! Our server asked our names and spoke to us using them. He was the best, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We picked out carrot cake as our free dessert. (Thank you!) That cake was so delicious, lots of flavor. We look forward to returning to this fantastic place, so many more dishes to try.

Yelp
My husband made dinner reservation for our anniversary at Baker Street. We walked right in and was greeted with welcoming big smiles. The lighting was perfect-not too dark, just enough ambiance to be "romantic". The waitress came within a minute or so to offer us water and take our drink orders. I had a peach- margarita-ish drink that was delightful and my husband had a spicy Bloody Mary. We ordered calamari that was to die for and a Gouda crab dip to start. I had a brussel sprouts salad and my husband had a 14-oz prime rib that was cooked to perfection. The meat practically melted in our mouths- so good. We were offered a complimentary crème brûlée for our anniversary. Didn't really have room for it but we made it work and I was satisfyingly full to the rim. Loved it and the service was the best we've had in awhile.

Yelp
This place is beyond amazing!!! My wife & I went there for our Anniversary last night & from start to finish it was great. When our waitress asked us what brought us to their restaurant, I told her it was our anniversary & because their Executive Head Chef is on this seasons Hell's Kitchen. About 10 minutes later our waitress came out with Magali the Head Chef to meet us. My wife loves all the cooking shows so it was really cool and made the evening even more special. I think we have started a new tradition of celebrating our Anniversary at Baker Street!!!! The steak was cooked to perfection, so good it was the 1st time I have ever eaten a steak WITHOUT A-1 sauce!!!

Yelp
I feel like Baker Street has a cult following, but for good reason. Few restaurants these days are a true scratch kitchen, which they are. While I typically order straight off the menu, they have also met my dietary needs in the past by making something simple off menu for me (such as some basic grilled chicken and a salad). We have NEVER had a bad experience here and rightfully so, as this establishment clearly takes pride in their service, food, and attention to details. You can expect to pay a premium for it though, so if you are looking for dinner on a budget, this is not your place. But if you are willing to pay for top notch dining, highly recommend.
