Short stay in Phoenix for an offsite company meeting. Came across this coffee shop. That was a few minute walk from our hotel, the Cambria. Wide open space with an industrial aesthetic. Lots of comfortable seating, you could even have business meetings in here if you wanted. Solid coffee. I was a bit early for the kitchen to be open but everything looks good. Definite coffee shop visit if you’re staying in the area, big fan of their cold brew.

Loved the atmosphere and definitely a cafe I would come by just to get some work done and grab a coffee too. I really loved my Matcha Latte with cold foam on top. It wasn’t too sweet which was perfect. Service was good too.

Great service and atmosphere! Upstairs ceiling above the spiral staircase (looking up from below, you can’t actually go upstairs) was a little dingy though. The staff were super friendly! Matcha latte was a little too sweet. Bagel w cream cheese was good though! Would definitely recommend. I think they should add more skylights ☀️

It was a cute and lovely place with a great atmosphere and plenty of space for studying, working, or enjoying coffee. I really loved the lemon Danish, and the coffee was good too.

Kahvi has a big, inviting space that feels warm and relaxed—great for studying, working, or just hanging out. The free coffee refills are a great, and the food’s solid. Just know it leans more coffee shop than full-on breakfast spot—the menu’s simple, but what they offer is done well. I got the protein bowl with steak, which is gluten free, and it was a great choice.

Been nearby for a year and just noticed this cafe. Loved the BLT sandwich for only $8 -- the bread was toasted perfect, the bacon crispy and lightly seasoned. I had the Tiramisu coffee and was a bit sweet but it was still fantastic! The atmosphere is nice, large tables for big parties is available, a bar is available and plugs for electronics. Looks wheelchair accessible. I give this cafe an A++

Michelle was great! Super helpful assisting my indecisive self and made a fire cortado. Went here three times during my stay in Phoenix and was never disappointed. Great service, cute ambiance, and the bagels were very good too!

Phoenix, Nov, 2025. We had been exploring Roosevelt Row, and were looking for a place to grab a quick, informal lunch. We wandered into Kahvi, and found that they offer a food menu from 8:00 am - 3 pm. Ordering is done at the front register where the menu is on the wall. My husband ordered a tuna salad sandwich ($8), which is served on your choice of croissant, whole wheat or sourdough bread with lettuce, tomato, and pickle. He opted for the whole wheat. He was surprised, and a bit disappointed, that the sandwich was served open-faced without that fact having been indicated on the menu. I ordered the Turkey Supreme Sandwich ($11) on sourdough, which featured sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, avocado, lettuce and tomato. In both cases, the fillings were tasty and the bread was nicely toasted. Upgrades would be for the restaurant to use more nutritious romaine rather than iceberg lettuce, and to also provide a side dish. The sitting area is huge and industrial but still inviting, with a combination of long tables, couches, and chairs. Quite a few patrons were studying or working on their computers while drinking coffee. We didn't have much interaction with staff -- only with the young woman who efficiently took our order at the front. The restroom had cool artwork on the walls.

WFH girlies, add this one to the rotation. Plenty of tables, plugs within reach, and not a soul fighting me for space at 11am. Avo toast with a side of bacon = perfection. Real avocado, none of that sad green paste situation. Vanilla latte hit the spot and now I want to work my way through their specials menu. Oh and did I mention there's a bar inside? Coffee, cocktails, spreadsheets... choose your fighter.

Visited this place randomly. Awesome place to just sit and work. Got the tiramisu latte with oat milk, which i thought was decent but their food is outstanding. Got the commuter sandwich, which is eggs and caramelized onions in a brioche and i LOVED it. Simple but so great. The place is huge so plenty of place to site and get work done. Service is also really great.

Ordered: 16oz Iced Latte (~$6) with Rose syrup (75¢) & Oat milk (75¢) Aya's take: We stopped by around 7am for a quick caffeine run since we had a long day ahead of us. Glad Kahvi was open since other cafes in the area don't open till later. My Iced Latte was creamy, lightly sweet, and pretty strong. They have a long list of syrups and I was excited to see Rose on there! My only complaint is I couldn't taste it whatsoever. Not in a single sip. It tasted like there was added sweetness (maybe vanilla?) but definitely not rose. I was looking for that floral flavor in every sip but it was simply not there. Decent try!

I came back and had their French toast & a vanilla iced latte - and I had a much better experience! The space itself doesn't change much over time but it is very open and there's plenty of seating. It's a good place to sit down, catch up with friends, or to parallel work -- just be prepared to be surrounded by / sitting next to strangers

I love the aesthetic at Kahvi and it's a great spot to hang out or work! There's a bunch of long tables as well as some couches and bar seating. They have a big projector that is always playing something random and there's a lot of artwork on the walls! The prices are good and I got a cold brew on this visit and it was very smooth. The staff is friendly and fast. The only challenge is finding street parking nearby.

My new favorite cafe to hang at! There's plenty of space with outlets at some of the tables. I love that there's a variety of seating from couches to chairs to bar seating to large work tables. They serve food and drinks and I got the matcha latte with oat milk. To be honest it didn't taste much like matcha but it did taste like the marshmallows from lucky charms!! So even though it's not matcha, it was still delicious and I will be ordering it again. Everyone there is super patient and sweet. They have a water refill station as well. You do have to pay for parking which sucks. There's street parking or you might be able to find a lot near the area and just walk from there.

I heard some great things about this coffee shop from one of my friends. It looked like they had a good variety of options on their menu, too. Unfortunately, the shop was closed at 5:15PM on a Saturday. Their hours show them as being open until 6PM. I didn't see any signs on the door explaining the closure either. Maybe I can try it next time I'm in town. It does look cute inside, when looking through the window.

The coffee hits the spot. I've had honey lavender, hazelnut, and vanilla lattes here. It does take them a bit to make the coffee, but the environment is cozy with many people working or chatting at one of the many tables. The food is hit or miss. I've liked the breakfast items, but the grain bowl left something to be desired. Again, speed is not their forte, and the points system is extremely confusing and I never figured it out.

I loved this spot! We were looking for coffee and I looked for a spot close by to our location and found this one. It's pretty unassuming from the outside but the space is so lovely on the inside. The staff was very friendly and the gal taking my our order made some helpful recommendations. We had hot chocolates, peppermint mocha, matcha tea and chai latte along with a scone. The drinks were perfect and we enjoyed them in the very cool interior. They must have events in this space. It certainly set up for it. Wide open spaces, lots of different types of seating and a movie playing from a projector on a large curved wall. All of it was unexpected and felt like a gem!

What a cute spot! I wasn't expecting it to be so big on the inside, and I was shocked! The coffee I got was really good, and the server was super sweet. I definitely will come back!

Frequented this coffee shop while staying in Phoenix for a couple days. The drinks were good but the ambience is really the stand out !! They have a super cool skate ramp which they project movies onto !

Came on a Saturday morning around 830 and it wasn't too crowded. It's a very spacious place and I love the lighting and decor. I ordered a matcha latte which was great and my husband ordered the Peixoto doce coffee which he also enjoyed. This place has food and cocktails plus yoga on Sundays! Can't wait to come back!

I really enjoy this place. There's always plenty of room (I come during the week), the people are friendly and the food is a cut above other coffee shops. The protein bowl is great with the fried eggs, the breakfast sandwich is great with the caramelized onions. If you're looking for a great coffee shop, don't pass this up. My only complaint is they closed at 4 pm one day when I was there. Their hours say differently.

Expansive coffee shop and cafe right on Roosevelt, with an industrial feeling to it. They have on vegan option now for food, a protein bowl ($10.75) that you can add Beyond Meat crumble ($4) to, so I gave that a try for a late breakfast, along with an espresso ($3.50). The food came out in about 15 minutes, though I could see the bow sitting on the kitchen counter for at least 5 minutes before they brought it -- the kitchen guy run the bell multiple times. C'mon guys -- get your acts together. The bowl comes with quinoa, butternut squash, hummus, avocado, cherry tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, and the Beyond Meat crumble (which was just a broken up Beyond burger). Everything worked pretty well together. Solid bowl. Overall, nice spot to chill with a coffee and/or grab some casual food. Recommended.

Great coffee and full menu of made-to-order food options. (Keep in mind the kitchen closes at 2 PM, however.) Cozy ambiance and plenty of seating to get some work done.

We stopped by during the First Friday event and this place was busy. A lot of people were waiting for their drinks and the line went by quick. I don't remember what everybody else ordered but I ordered a White Mocha. There was only one guy making all the drinks and he was pushing out drinks pretty quickly. After a few minutes, our drinks came out. The White Mocha was good to me and same with the Maya Chai Latte. I thought this place was good and would recommend checking it out.

Such a fun atmosphere at this coffee shop. Counter service. The club sandwich was an ample size and tasted good. Service was pretty quick. Another great coffee shop option in the Roosevelt row area.

First let's talk about service. They are so kind and patient. Always a good start.. I've only had iced matchas beverage-wise. They also offer an unsweetened m option which I genuinely appreciate. Their food is also tasty. I like their commuter sandwich, lox & bagel, and the fruit and granola options.

The rose latte was great at this cafe. It was light and flavorful. Had a great hint of the caffeine I needed to start my day. The place was clean and service was cool. It wasn't anything super great, but they did service me okay, I wish they had vegan options for pastries, they didn't when I came there.

This is a cute coffee shop! Ample seating, good vibes, very chic inside- id recommend checking this place out. It's a great mix of people hanging out as well as people working. Staff were friendly. I got a prickly pear tea and that was super tasty. Parking may be a little difficult depending on the time you go. There is metered parking and a few free spots further down. However, the neighborhood has a very neighborhoody hipster vibe to it, and it's pretty cute.

My favorite coffee and study spot! The employees are always so nice. The espresso is fantastic and the food is really delicious. The ambiance is perfect for work and there's plenty of seating which is hard to find. I can't name anything that could make Kahvi better!

We loved this place! The space was large and felt relaxing/ a good environment to work in or even for us with a little kid! The staff were really kind. Food was excellent and the coffee was fabulous. Definitely a great spot to visit downtown!

This is a decent place to get coffee. This coffee shop is located on E Roosevelt St, and there is metered parking all around the block. The shop is located next to Phoenix General and Sake Haus, and the interior of the shop has plenty of seating. You can order food and pastries with your drink as well! I got the pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, which came out quite quickly. The drink was ok -- I couldn't taste the pumpkin spice or much of the espresso, but the milk foam was really nice and creamy. I also felt the service was a bit lacking, as the cashier kept talking to their co-workers while taking my order and didn't seem super friendly. In general, I wouldn't mind the service if the drinks were good. Overall, not my first choice if I'm looking for coffee in downtown Phoenix!

lady taking my order was nice howver when trying to scan my birthday reward she said they didn't have scanner? and when I entered my ℹ didn't discounted the $5 promised? Mainly the thing it was NOT right it was that they charged me without advising me that WILL NoT honored OR even manually take my discount off. And candidly they both said next time WHAT the Fudge?? I drove just to feel special.... It won't be next time. As much as like to support small businesses. Small business need to put things together there are so many good place with unless they don't care of you do then do not Complain when going OOB Bad taste after all.

Coffee is one of a kind and the atmosphere is so chill, great place to study, hang out with a cup of coffee it has dimmed lights inside and also brighter areas, I'm sure you will find a great spot Definitely will be my place to go for coffee.

What an adorable coffee shop! I stumbled in here with friends and was surprised by them number of great options to eat and non coffee beverages. Anyone can find something to enjoy here. There are tons of places to sit - the space can be used for events so there is plenty of room. Nice service, cute space, lots of options!

Was in Phoenix for the weekend and wanted to grab a matcha before I left. Stopped by Kahvi and I loved it!! The workers were very friendly and helpful. The space is huge with tons of room to study. There is free wifi available too. Prices aren't cheap, but what can you do. Definitely would try again if I come back!

Super relaxed, open air cafe in downtown, with the best espresso martinis that ever lived?? I have had a lot of varieties of espresso martinis and this one has gotta be the most unique. Torch roasted with sugar on top of a prepared espresso martini. Delicious, and perfect Saturday afternoon ceremony to sit, sip and listen to music

Food, service, music, vibes all 10/10! Great place to hangout with friends or come by yourself and work!

This coffee shop was a place I was looking to work at while from out of town. There is plenty of seating for working however the one downside is there isn't very many outlets, I was only able to find one. The whole place has an artsy vibe but good for getting work done. The coffee is good and I ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese bagel that was great!

Expensive coffee, nice for meeting people but not good study spot. Noisy so wouldn't recommend

Love Kahvi! I love the seasonal drinks, the commuter egg sandwich, and the yoga on Sundays! Sometimes the staff is hit or miss and the espresso martinis are inconsistent. But the vibe keeps me coming back :)

Chic and comfy place. Coffee shop on one side, bar in the center, large projector on a curved wall. Love the creative concept. Can shop next door while you sip on delicious coffee. Had a latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Love the vibe at this place. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Quick and friendly service.

Food was great. Coffee was very watered down even with a shot of espresso so was super disappointed because it honestly was very expensive. It was just two of us grabbing a bite and coffee and we spent almost $60 which is absolutely insane. Might consider the food again but would not pay for this coffee again.

The food and ambiance here are amazing but lately every time I go in I deal with servers who are short with me and seem annoyed by my questions. The bathroom is also super challenging to use. There is only one and it locks automatically so you need a key and the keys get locked in sometimes so you have to ask for help to unlock it - something the already annoyed servers definitely don't want to do for you. The food is literally so good though. Worth it if you have thick skin.

I have to give 5 stars to the vibes! The ambiance is sooooo chic, modern, and fun! I have yet to try food and drinks but on First Fridays... it's lit!

I love this lovely coffee shop! The baristas are very friendly - trying to make personal conversation with each person. Tons of seating. I didn't try their food. The Spanish latte was delicious. The shop itself has a friendly, cozy vibe that makes me want to settle in with friends. I'll for sure back back. Looks like they serve Peixoto coffee.

VERY cute coffee shop. The coffee was decent. I also got a prosciutto croissant, but was not really a fan of it as it did not have the delicious buttery flaky crust of a traditional croissant. Would recommend for someone looking for a coffee shop to get some work done but not necessarily for those looking for a delicious cup of coffee or pastry.

I came here during a First Friday art walk and grabbed a cup of coffee. Kahvi Coffee serves coffee drinks, wine, and cocktails. Food includes some breakfast items and pastries. My coffee was smooth and it was nice to have a place to step into after walking around the busy First Friday art walk. Kahvi Coffee and Cafe has a nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating. Grab a drink and check out some local art in the surrounding area.

Great coffee, ambiance and service. I love the vibe here. Last time I was there, I ordered a croissant with my coffee. It must have been a Scandinavian croissant (joke) b/c it was the worst ever. Croissants are supposed to be buttery, flaky and flavorful. This was the complete opposite. It looked pretty though! LOL! Don't waste your $5 on it.

Great stop today while on a day adventure Downtown showing some out of town friends all the good food and amazing art. I used to come in sometimes when this was a precious coffee spot, but Kahvi has really improved it and it is such an amazing vibe! Great seating and bar area that just invites you in and makes you want to hang out forever. Cold brews are my fave so of course that's what I need to try every where. My friend picked up one of the last chocolate croissants they had and said it was delicious! Service was great and makes me happy to spend money in places like this. Great art to view as well. Great stop.

Cute space for catching up with friends downtown. Friendly staff. Avocado toast is a little light on the avocado, but ingredients are fresh. Go for the Sunday yoga.
