The hotel is beautiful. The staff is extremely polite. We had their breakfast that es included and it was delicious. Caroline took care of us twice in the three days we were there. She was extremely polite, sweet and gave excellent service. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Ahmet is amazing! He deserves a promotion!!!

The customer service is amazing. From the moment you come in they welcome you in an amazing way. The premises are very unique. The rooms very advanced interior decoration. Out waiter Edward excellent! The receptionist Andrew amazing! And Alejandro at service amazing! Congrats to everybody! Amazing experience!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were greeted with thoughtful welcome gifts in our room, which was such a personal and heartfelt touch. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and in the perfect location, but what really stood out was the service. The team was incredibly accommodating to all of our guests, and we kept hearing from friends and family about how much they loved their stay. The night of our wedding, they surprised us with something extra special that made the evening even more romantic—it was such a thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect way to start each morning. Everything about this hotel is incredible. Very unique. So many details. Andrew did an amazing job in our room. Putting in so many love details. The restaurants amazing as well. Just such a cool experience. David our server at breakfast was so nice. So welcoming and great service. 100% recommend this place!!!

One of my favorite experiences while staying at the hotel is the breakfast buffet. All the food is amazing. I’m particularly drawn to wide range of fresh fruit every morning. On top of the breakfast, this hotel really stands out for its customer service. They are very, very attentive and extremely professional. I thank them all for their services. Edward, who works at the buffet is a prime example of how to service others. I learned a lot through my stay. Thank you!!

David G. Was the BEST server and was so nice. He was very attentive and remembered our orders. We had David as our server at breakfast for the past 5 days and he made our trip very memorable. David is such a hard worker and enjoyed his service.

Absolutely the best hospitality and rooms in all of Medellin. Can’t believe the service here is so amazing can’t wait to come again! The staff is amazing and accommodating. We had a room block here for our wedding and had 15 couples staying here, they all said it was amazing experience and would definitely love to stay again. The food is delicious and great prices. Free breakfast was complimentary breakfast I’ve personally ever had. We loved the rooftop pool and the poolside food was excellent (espectro hamburgers- one of the top 5 burgers I’ve ever had). Drinks also great and affordable. Very safe, all three entrances had 24 hr security. Coolest rooms, so thoughtful, floor to ceiling windows. Room was cleaned everyday. Two rooftops with gorgeous views of the city! Thank you for a great stay! Josh

Excellent location, amenities and most importantly the service was amazing. Everybody spoke English which made things easier as well. The breakfasts were amazing and our server, Juan Diego was excellent. He even gave us some tips on things to do for our last day. We’ll definitely be back to this hotel.
