Waterpark Piterlend

Very nice but u have to wait for a long time coz they take people by batches - ticket for 5 hours is 2500 but better to go early morning coz gets very crowded since it’s summer holidays . Inside camera was not aloud

I dont know from where to start.. Today we decided to go with family to celebrate a birthday there. It was impossible to buy tickets online and we waited about an hour and a half in line until we went inside. When we got in, we were very disappointed by staff very rude behavior. Several times we had to ask for some things and they had no desire to help us (We even asked in Russian I imagine if we asked in English) Also the park looks good in pictures but live is nothing special. there are a few nice slides but on them you have to wait a lot in line because they don't have enough equipment available for those slides (🛟) Also people cut through everywhere and you have to argue with people all the time to keep your order on line. Instructors on the slides they also was very rough they work without any desire. (I know it's not easy to work with a lot of people but that's definitely not how they should treat people who visit the water park) The restaurant in the park is also expensive and the food was cold. Definitely one of the worst parks we've visited with the family. The whole company left very disappointed.We didn't even stand until the end of our time I definitely don't recommend it wasting of time and money!

We were very disappointed by the aqua park. First it was awfully crowded (wait over one hour to enter). It seems to be the case all summer. Then inside there is very little to do. A pool with waves 5 minutes per hour and a few waterslides (we waited one hour for the unique slide we could do). Plus it was very expensive for Russia. Can't understand what others found positive about this place.

The most terrible experience. My rented towel was stolen, they forced me to pay penalty, for the towel itself and time I sent to explain the whole situation to the senior Administrator Alexander. A complete rip off. Never be back again! The most terrible customer service!!!

Nice to swim in winter, but water too chilly and drafts all around. We all caught a cold. Nice to experience the sauna variety.

Very good athmosphere , however one women in office was rude and racist because the guest don't speak english. I was dissapointed at that thing. But now ok.

It's ok waterpark. It's like having better than zero scenario. Price of 1700 RUB is little high for the experience provided.

It is amazing place ☺️ it's better to go on weekdays in the morning because you can enjoy more without crowd
