My husband and I went zip lining and we got to meet the owner and he made our experience so welcoming and fun! We loved every minute of it.such fun place to zip line

I have been here several times with young youth groups (8 - 11yrs old), and they have always had a great experience. Today, I came with a group from work, and we went on the river with the canoes. It was really fun. Good teambuilding and bonding, and the river was really nice. Way more scenic than I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend.

Went for the Halloween cruise but it got delayed and eventually canceled because of a lightning storm. They offered to refund or reschedule. After it was clear the cruise officially wasn’t going to happen, we asked if we could peek at the spooky decorations so the evening wasn’t a complete loss to my toddler. Not only did we get permission to look at decor, one of the pirates guided us around and told us about some of the things we really had to look forward to if we could make it back another evening. We really appreciate the consideration and flexibility due to inclement weather!

Super disappointed by our experience here. Our party with 3 adults and 3 young kids checked in by 8:10 and were standing by the entrance where they call out names/times. Nobody in our party heard our names or 8:15 time being called. You would think that if a party is checked in physically at the kiosk that they would ensure that those checked in make it on the boat. We went to the kiosk after the 8:15 timeframe had passed to see if the boat was late coming in. The person at the kiosk claimed they called us multiple times. With 3 adults actively listening for our time or name to be called at the place where you gather for your time slot, I can only assume they called out the time slot before we checked in, or the person calling out has a very quiet voice. The employee at the kiosk informed us we would have to wait until the 9:15 timeframe as the 8:45 and 9:00 time slot were full. That is a very late time for young kids. Some we already spent a ton of time preparing and driving here from another city, we reluctantly accepted this time change. You would think they would at least offer the kids a snack or a drink as a courtesy, but unfortunately no such accommodation was offered. This experience really soured the cruise and night for us. Hopefully the staff can do a better job being organized and providing clear direction to future cruise goers

We went here for Halloween cruise in 2014 because one of my friend who worked there said it was the best. Well, it was the boring-est experience I ever had. Fast forward to present day, people were raving about this place so I thought something has changed so went with my family again. Welp, same old boring stuff. It hasn’t changed a thing. I don’t know what “other” people see in this thing. Save your money and go get some ice cream.

We came for the boat cruise and it was pretty rad. My family loved it. I loved it. It was simple and cute. They put a lot of work into the decorations, and the pirates were awesome!

They run way early with no warning! Don't look for your group even if you're already checked in. Poor instructions and problem solving. We were scheduled at 8:15. We checked in and by 8:10 my husband and I were standing by the back of the tent waiting to be called. No one called the 8:15 group while we were standing there. At just after 8:22 they came and called back the 8:30 time. By 8:28 I'd already talked to the front desk who told us there was nothing they could do unless we wanted to wait an hour for the 9:15 time because everything else was over booked. And the 8:30 group was well on their way. They should not be taking groups back before their time slot!!! This is ridiculous. My kids are 4 and 5, and one of our group was visiting from out of town so we had no choice but to wait. But my sleepy kids and baby were definitely not happy about it and neither is their mother.

Karson and Elsie were really the chillest ever. Vibes, food, employees, fun. Great for college students great for dates.

Yelp
I took my 1 and a half year old daughter on the Halloween Cruise. We had a good time. I thought the boat would be motorized but it's not. It is pretty short of a ride but still fun.

Yelp
We had the best time at their Halloween Boat Cruise! Such a cute family activity to do in Provo! It's decorated and they make it really fun for the kids! Staff was great and we felt really safe!

Yelp
Disappointed w the Halloween cruise. $10 a person for 25 min date--a college kid dressed as a pirate asking what we'd all be for Halloween, a tootsie roll and a very small stretch of the River decorated in 5 or 6 inflatables, some Jack o lanterns and a couple of strings of lights across. No music, fog or excitement. Rats! Would be more suitable as a preschool activity or w very young children. Several couples on our ride weren't enjoying it. We asked if we could come apply our "date night" tickets to come back w our toddlers instead but no response to our email. Not a very fun date.

Yelp
My husband and I went on a date to the ropes course at CLAS and we had a really good time! We were first drawn to going because of how affordable it was. Only $20 a person! We had instruction beforehand and 2 guides, 1 that led and one that followed. The first guide wore a mask, but the second guide didn't for some reason, but since we were outside we felt safe. The ziplines were very fun and seemed to be well maintained, all but the cleaning of spider webs that we often walked into, yuck! But it was a really fun experience and worth the money for sure! I also wanted to mention that we have taken our kids to CLAS for their Provo River Boat Cruise for both Halloween and Christmas. They decorate each side of the Provo River and you float down a short distance while a guide paddles and tells stories. They have an actor come by in a canoe and gives candy to the kids. It's a short ride, but the price is right and the kids really enjoy it.

Yelp
This was my family's first time here. We were visiting from out of state and wanted to find somewhere we could rent a kayak or canoe with our two boys. $44 for two canoe rentals for two hours sounded like a good deal. The check in clerk said we could go up and down the river but not into Utah Lake for safety reasons. No problem. She also informed us the canoes were down by the river and self service. Also fine. ...Turns out the rack of life vests probably hadn't ever been cleaned or even sprayed with sanitizer and were damp and infested with mosquitoes. The canoes were full of spiders when we flipped them over to slide them into the river, which was stagnant, dirty, and more swamp-like than anything. The floating dock was pretty treacherous (one of our boys almost fell in) and no one from the facility was there to oversee or offer assistance. I suppose we were informed of that being that it was "self-service." We ended up realizing the river (term used losely--it's more like a man-made canal) isn't even connected to the lake, so there wasn't much to look at, and around one bend we found a bloated dead dog floating belly up in the water. The trees all along the shore were also blowing cotton, which was all over EVERYTHING. Ultimately, while cheap, the experience fit the bill. Wouldn't recommend if you've come to see some sights and actually enjoy your stay. We won't be back.

Yelp
We came for the Halloween River Cruise. We drove from Salt Lake, so we drove quite a ways. We had fun but felt like it wasn't quite worth the drive. If we lived closer and didn't go so far out of our way, we would be back. We will be going back for the Christmas Cruise but I don't think we'll do the Halloween one again. The host was really nice and entertaining. There just didn't seem to be a lot of decor, pumpkins and lights. I would love to see more.

Yelp
Staff were wonderful! Great place to help build confidence for heights and obstacles. Kids loved the huge swing!

Tonja H.

Yelp
This is a great family friendly place, with fun activities for everyone. The ropes course activities are especially fun and great for team building and leadership training. My kids absolutely love the giant swing! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. A perfect family activity or work retreat!

Yelp
This review is purely for the Christmas light boat cruise activity. I haven't done the ropes course and team building stuff here, so go with this in mind. As the boat cruise goes. Um.. perhaps a narrative. We were given a couple of tickets as a gift, so we wanted to make good on them. It's billed as a half hour boat ride with Christmas lights reflecting in the water and a visit from canoeing Santa. We arrived and checked in at the office, and there was a big tent with a fire outside, and inside they were selling hot dogs, scones and cocoa. The place was packed and it was a festive enough atmosphere. We got on the 8:30 boat ride. The boat is kind of like the jungle boat ride in Disneyland, only without the roof overhead. At this point in the Provo River, you're right near Utah Lake and it's surrounded by big, tall trees and the water is somewhat shallow but the river wide and still. They've run a rope above the river, and rather than use a motored boat, the young fella stands on the boat and pulls the boat along the river by tugging along the overhead cable. It's actually kind of cool, and I did prefer it to a loud motor with noxious fumes. Total time in the boat was 16 minutes (I timed it after reading another review). You go up one way, come back, down the other way, and back to the dock. Santa rows up to the boat in a canoe (young, skinny Santa. No old dude is going to stand up in a canoe to high-five the kiddies and give out candy canes) and even though he was a little corny, the kids ate it up. They said they had 14,000 lights strung. That's not as many as is sounds like. They could stand to put in 140,000 and you'd still feel like it was a little bare. They twinkled off of the water and looked pretty cool in that respect, but it ain't the lights that'll wow you. Here's the real lowdown. If you live in Utah County and have little ones, this is a really, really terrific activity. The fire, the lights, the boat. They're going to be wowed, and it's not going to take you all night to have a little adventure. I wouldn't drive from far away for it, but it's going to be something the kiddies remember for a long time. If you're looking for a date night, you're probably going to be better off looking elsewhere. If they were to invest some money in a ton more lights (and all that labor it takes to string them and unstring them), train the rope kids to be interactive, add some features, and jazz the thing up then you might have something. But you know what? I'm guessing they're not going to do that. And that's just fine. The ropes course is their bread and butter. This cruise thing is fine for the kiddies, and as long as they keep adding a new lighted deer or a few new LED lights, the kiddies will keep coming back.

Yelp
You don't get experiences like this many other places in Utah. My group had so much fun! It's a workout and an adrenaline rush all in one day. The staff is so awesome and we were basically best friends by the end of the day. The equipment is checked all the time and is super safe. Would definitely recommend for group/team building.

Yelp
This review is strictly for canoeing. My friends and I went on a Monday and there was only 1 guy working so he just collected the rental fee and sent us on our way to the canoes. We had to bring the canoes into the river ourselves which wasn't a big deal since we had 2 guys with us but it would have been a problem if our group only had girls. After we got the canoes into the river, everything else was a piece of cake. The view along the whole river and into the lake was AWESOME (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/clas-ropes-course-provo?select=43qJ-DfJ-ATZELCEqRLwmw#0Wx6cDFOzVevObf5hlj6PQ). It takes about 20 minutes to get from the dock to the lake. Once we got there, we sat in the middle of the lake for a good half an hour just taking in the beautiful view and the peacefulness of the lake. I would recommend this activity to everyone!

Yelp
My daughter has a huge fear of heights and I thought this maybe would help her face her fears. She was nervous the entire time she was on the zip line course. The staff were rude to her and made her hurry so they could finish up in time. I would think they would be a lot more considerate of someone who is obviously showing fear. I was very upset to walk up on them to take pictures only to see one of the staff was about to step on the same rope she was on, it didn't take a genius to see that she was frightened. Do a better job with kids, especially if they have voiced that they were scared!

Yelp
Prices are great, staff are friendly and super helpful. The experience overall was super fun. Also, got to use my Pass360 app and get a nice discount without a problem.

Yelp
I love this place. Great overall experience. They have so much to offer and customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable, facility is well kept up. If you're from out of town, they are a great place to stop and enjoy. Jennifer went above and beyond with customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Yelp
We had a family reunion here and had a blast. There is plenty to do for old and young alike. Some of the activities include: a zip line, rock wall, enclosed trampoline basketball, a giant swing, a tree climb, and canoeing. There is a small ampitheatre there where we put on a talent show for our group. The staff there were nice enough to work on a holiday and some of them stayed extra hours when we kept going down the zip line, and queuing up for the swing. If you have never gone down a zip line before, you have to try it out. Although i never got a chance to try out the swing, I watched my 5 year old as he was hoisted up and up and up to the maximum height before he pulled the release to fall backwards. He told me afterwards that it was very fun, but I saw the initial look of fear in his eyes as he started his decsent. Even so, he went back for another turn.

Yelp
I went with 11 other people for 2 hours and we all had a fabulous time. We are going to make this an annual activity. It was just great fun. The staff was awesome (Ask for Maurie). There is too much to get it all done in 2 hours, so I would suggest finding out what you would like to do before you get there. I gave it a 5 rating because the cost was so great, considering the amount of fun we had for the price.

Yelp
We went as a family and had a great time. We started with a few team building activities/puzzles which were fun and made us work together. Then we went on to zip line, giant swing, ring jump. We only bought the 3 hour package but wished we had more time. We could have stayed all day. Amber was our staff member and she was fantastic, Everyone loved her. We will do it again.

Yelp
I saw this ropes course on KSL deals and bought. HUGE disappointment. We got there on time and were told we had to wait for the rest of our party who was late to arrive before we could start. Then we find that each obstacle was a one at a time deal. If you want to climb the rock wall you wait your turn watching everyone else take their turn. When asked if there was anything else to do but wait I got a quick, "No!" Then another employee showed up and some of us tired of waiting got to move the ropes swing. The draw back about the rope swing is the people who are paying for the ride are the ones who get to pull the rider up to the drop point. No gloves, just pull. I wasn't very happy to be the mule or with the rope burns. After the third obstacle, the zip line we'd had enough of standing waiting for everyone else in the group to take their turn, and being mosquito bait, add to that the guide wouldn't tell us what we were going to do next, frustrated we left. Having done real, fun ropes courses I can't emphasize strongly enough my disappointment in this one.

Yelp
horrible.... they have a Halloween and Christmas boat ride. For 8.00 a person we were suppose to take a 25-30 minute scenic boat ride to see Christmas lights and listen to Christmas music. We got a ride all right... a young man used a rope to pull us up stream to see some token lights and then he said " switch to the other side" to see the other lights. Well... the chairs were metal circa chairs that were ripped and there weren't even enough for all of us. To add to the horror, it was cold, we had blankets and were bundled up and were expected to move to see the lights. As the boat ride continued, it didn't get any better. Santa came up standing on a canoe just before the end of the ride was over. I mean had I known a guy was using a pully system to pull a large boat full of people people, I probably would've excused myself and spend my money else where. In addition, it was out in the middle of no where. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.
