I place my order through door dash.So I couldn't leave any stars on the service or atmosphere. But the food was horrible.I ordered the salt and pepper chicken and the sweet And sour shrimp. The salt and pepper chicken tasted like greasy, seasoned fried flour with little bits of meat here and there. The sweet and sour shrimp breading was so thick.You could barely taste the shrimp, which was overcooked and hard. I had to settle for a couple of bites of the shrimp and mostly just poured the sweet And sour sauce over my white rice. Which was surprisingly pretty good. I will never order from this place again Nor will I recommend it to anyone. I just ate my

First, the bad: the food was *okay*. The fried wontons were a little greasy for my tastes, but I know other people like them. The fried dumplings were okay. However, the prices were very good and the dining area surprisingly spacious, service was good, and there were some big fishies too, so I recommend this place in the end :D

Good service, good prices, and good food. I really enjoyed the Pea tips, it is one of my favorite dishes and they did a good preparation of it. I also like the vegetable dumplings, has leaks eggs and some glass noodles inside, really tasty. The only miss was the Honey walnut shrimp, it’s more like a sweet-and-sour shrimp, the shrimp were a bit too bready for me, but the sauce was really good, had a bit of citrus flavor to it. I would pick a different dish next time though. But definitely go back for the pea tips and the dumplings! Edit: raised up to five stars after really enjoying the leftovers. Attentive and friendly service as well for that extra star.

Delicious, mouth watering and home style Asian cuisine. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and we are glad to discover authentic Chinese food. Every thing tasted superb and prices are very reasonable. Service was quick and food was served fresh. Highly recommended.

I don’t know what you people think is good Chinese but this is NOT it! Dark meat but if you look close it is really thick white batter with a very minimal amount of dark chicken! All the chicken look the same! We ordered general Taos chicken, orange chicken and sesame! They are all the same color if you look at the pictures you can see the color one plain on top is general Taos, obviously sesame and then orange with the orange on top. Yuck never going back! And this was an order for 10 people! Ordered 3 General Taos, 1 sesame chicken, 1 orange chicken and more! Crab Rangoon were tough and chewy, Disgrace! And then No fortune in some of the cookies just saying!

Went with a colleague for Chinese New Year eve dinner while on a work trip. Service: Prompt and quick. Not much besides bringing over the dishes, but the girl at the counter was generous with the takeout boxes and even gave us recommendations for things to do in Buffalo. Atmosphere: Not the place to go if you’re looking for ambience. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Chairs are fold-out, you steep your own oolong tea bag in a styrofoam cup of hot water. Despite all this, there’s a sense of being at home or at a quick restaurant in Beijing. I didn’t mind it. Food: We ordered the: Tomato Egg Drop Tofu Soup (西红柿鸡蛋豆腐汤), Pai Huanggua (拍黄瓜), Hongshaorou (红烧肉), Green Pepper Tudousi (青椒土豆丝), and Sweet and Sour Shortribs (糖醋排骨). Very hearty and true to the Northern Chinese style of home cooking: the seasoning was light and savoury, with mild flavours and suitable garnish. Overall: Surprisingly authentic Northern Chinese food. Would come again.

This is one of my top Chinese spots in the Tonawanda/ Amherst area. These guys always produce great dishes. I always order take out here as I find the dining area too small and just not that comfortable but baring that- the food is awesome!

Got takeout again. probably the third time in a row where it has not been as good as the first time we got take out. The dumplings were average. The barbecue pork was a little bit dry and didn't have much flavor. The duck for $24.95, tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. It was horrible. My children always like the spicy chicken, and the House fried rice was good, But I need to find a new good Chinese takeout restaurant. Must be either new ownership or new chefs.

Their garlic eggplant is my fav. All the good is high quality and we get takeout 1-2 times a month. Chicken with mixed veggies, shrimp with veggies, Gen toaks. Going to try something with tofu next Thing I ever got that I did not like was their crab rangoon

Monday night nobody wants to cook and we hadn't had Chinese food in eons! So after scrolling through several others we decided we would give Peking Quick One a try. One order of Vegetable Lo Mien One order Sesame Tofu One order Chow Fun First it came packaged perfectly so nothing spilled. There was cardboard on the bottom of the bag and they included chop sticks for everyone. The portions were very generous. The Chow Fun was ordered with chicken and the person who ate it thought it was delicious. It was made with broad flat noodles that held lots of flavor. Both the other dishes were vegetarian. They were nicely done. The Lo Mien needed to be stirred because the sauce had settled to the bottom but it was very nicely flavored and was filling without making my fingers swell up like sausages! The Sesame Tofu was nicely fried and stayed crispy on the outside even with the sauce. It wasn't overly sweet as it can be sometimes but good. We would definitely order from there again. It wasn't greasy, packaged neatly, tasted good and came quickly!

One of my favorite places to get Chinese. They used to have a secret menu and it became so popular it is on their regular menu now. Everything is always so good and the workers are so sweet

The food was excellent and not expensive. I got the lunch special Szechuan chicken and my husband got the special beef and hot peppers. Food was delicious. We got takeout so I couldn't speak of the ambience from what I saw it is very old but clean. I'll be back when Lee's Family is closed on Monday like it is today. I should mention that the lunch special comes with the eggroll and choice of white rice or fried rice. They are eco-friendly in the fact that they don't use Styrofoam for takeout. Service was quick and attentive.

Came here on an impulse. They have expanded since I've last been inside. Awesome for them. Can't wait until we can eat inside places again. Takeout was fast and easy. And the place isn't freezing cold like it used to be. Update 82 2021

Always love coming here with my friends for traditional Chinese food. Great price, fast, and delicious! I always come here for 4+ people so we can order more dishes. Before COVID, there are sit downs, but with COVID everything to packed to go BUT you can seat down and eat ur takeout, Just in take out containers. I always recommend the Poached Spicy Fish Slices, Spicy Double Cooked Pork, eggplants with garlic sauce, braised pork belly, and the string beans! Everything is good but those are my to go to.

Authentic. Im thrilled to say this place is open and going strong! hint*order from the back side,homestyle menu. I was brought Chicken Noodle soup while recouping from bout two of Covid,,,the long. unabridged, hospital variety... Wonderful, collagen full .flavorfull bone broth,delicate and delicious,and I think made just for me! After weeks of sick I was starving! I was warmed by the chopping of my meal once after dental surgery,so considerate! I recently took an out of stater to lunch..and was not dissapointed at all. its been a while ,I had Beef Brisket Noodle Soup...my guest tried Sweet and sour chicken and said it was the best she had eve had ! She then returned with her own guest ,had a meal, and brought home more for lunch the next day! The crispy duck & the fried chicken wings were 10/10. I'm from the Caribbean so the fried rice was not tasty enough for me but overall the meal was great. Would definitely order again.

Food was not good. Fried rice is unseasoned with close to no onions. Ordered beef and broccoli and was given chicken or a mystery meat (???). Would not order here again.

This was my second time at Peking Quick One, but first time as a Yelper. I remember having a delicious meal years ago when I went with a Chinese friend. I also recall him ordering for us from a menu written in Chinese, and getting some unusual dishes that were completely different from what I was used to at a Chinese restaurant. So when a vegan friend and I were looking for a place that serves Mapo Tofu, I suggested we go here. The place is clean and straight forward. The lady behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. She asked if we wanted the "home style" menu or the regular. Trust me, go with the home style(translated in English.) That menu has dishes that you normally don't find at an "Americanized" Chinese food restaurant. We decided to stick to vegan dishes to make the order easier. Some of the dishes listed under "vegetarian" might contain egg or even meat. Just mention your dietary restrictions when ordering and be specific. We just said vegetarian, and later found out the dumpling filling had egg in it. The Mapo tofu normally comes with beef, but even without it, the dish does not lack in flavor. A bit on the spicy side, the soft tofu in a tangy, silky sauce is too good with white rice. The bursts of Sichuan peppers has an addictive, tingling sensation on the tongue that makes it impossible to stop eating. The leek and dried tofu was also delicious. The ingredients are simply stir fried with garlic and it lets the leek flavor shine. I loved the dumplings as well and luckily for me, got to bring some home since my vegan friend couldnt eat them. I am definitely going back and trying some meat dishes. My only advice is, try something different. Don't just stick to the usual beef and broccoli etc. What's the worst that could happen? This place is so affordable you wont feel like you wasted money IF you dont like something(which I doubt.)

Very bad. You get what you pay for! There are a handful of better places. I order from here and I remember why I told myself the last time I should stop cause it's bad. Taste and quality are lacking. The general gso is not sweet at all and it's suppose to be. Idk how you mess that up but yea it's bad. The place hygienically makes me want to shower immediately when I get home. Peking, btw, is the old name for Beijing, the capital of China. What to order: Spicy Poached Pork, Spicy Poached Fish, Chongqing Chicken What else: everything. The food: PQO is *the* must-try Chinese food in the region, along with China Taste (skip Home Taste). I never expected to find "real Chinese" in Tonawanda of all places. The majority of clientele are Chinese. And next door is a Chinese Karaoke Bar. That says it all. 2 menus. Americanized, and Chinese. Chinese is the one you should use. The American menu is the best Chi-Am in town. Cheap prices, enormous portions, everything yummy, and the General Tso's Chicken (I don't usually like this dish) is *phenomenal* here, by far the best I have ever tasted. Good Spicy Chicken, Broccoli Beef, etc. Shrimp Curry is just ok. The Chinese menu is off the charts. Had 20 or so things so far but I want to try everything. Shredded potatoes are tasty, heavy... not my fave. Twice cooked pork is excellent. Everybody loves it, you will too. The most popular dish with non-Chinese customers. A bit rich and heavy for me to get regularly. Thick, heavily sauteed, wet Chinese bacon. The Pork In Brown Sauce is similar, not as good. The crispy fish is AMAZING (and spicy) off the specials board, I order it quite often & have orgasms. Seaweed soup: fantastic. Onion Beef: salty but very good. Spicy Shrimp: *excellent* Cajun-style and delicious, basically like crawfish, huge portion, juicy, spicy, inside shells. The real star of the show is Poached Slices Of Pork, or same dish with Fish. A lot of Chinese customers get it. It's an enormous bowl of greasy, spicy, incredible soup filled with veggies, noodles, herbs and delicious pork. You can get it with fish or shrimp too, but Pork Rules. The first 3 times I ate it, I consumed every drop, and it was one of the most amazing things I ever tasted. The 4th time, the owner lady said I'm not supposed to eat/drink the broth, which is grease/oil-based. And instead pick all the stuff out of it. So now I don't drink all the juice. Just most of it. Owner isn't amazing at customer service, place can be an ice box in winter, but recently expanded so it's more comfy now. No exaggeration when I say that PQO has (a) the best Americanized Chinese food I've ever tasted, (b) the best and most authentic "real Chinese" in WNY, as confirmed by their mostly-Chinese clientele, (c) excellent value for money, huge filling portions, (d) extensive hours, open on holidays too, and (g) there is no G but G is for AMAZINGLY GOOD. By the way, I broke up a fight outside this restaurant (there is a good ol' boy bar next door, other side from the Chinese Karaoke, enough said). I did this by driving my car at the fighting people at high speed and freaking them out into running away. I did this because it was 1 guy vs a whole gang of guys, and it looked like they were going to kill him. It worked, what can I say. And if you ever get attacked by a bunch of guys in Peking, then Kick One. Because he deserves it. However this place is a nonviolent place. It's a public sex type of place. It's a Starlight-in-the-profile-pic type of place. It's one of the best places to eat in the entire region. It's Peking Quick One. Want to peek my quick one?

I decided to write a review after my fourth visit. This time we ordered a take-out rather than dining in, so the last experience was mainly based on the taste of the food items and how it fitted the budget. We ordered pig ear in chili oil (this is the first time I have had pork ear), fish in sauce, and shredded pork in garlic. I was a little skeptical about the pig ear since I am not a big fan of eating cartilages. The sauces in all three dishes were excellent. I will definitely come back to try out some more dishes. Their prices are pretty reasonable, all ranging between $10-15.

Food was excellent no complaints vegetables were crisp could have used a bit more spice or belly was tender not chewy garlicky shrimp was on point only thing wrong was that I had to eat during work will be ordering again exploring menu!

Food was great. My son loved it! I had wonton soup and orange chicken and my son had sweet and sour chicken.

Buffalo has a large Chinese/Asian community therefore its no wonder the quality and authenticity of the surrounding Chinese restaurants is so high. Peking Quick One is no exception, the Twice Cooked Pork Belly vegetable dish was very flavorful. The Hot and Sour soup was spot-on hitting the perfect balance of spicy and sour notes. This is not your typical Cantonese or Fujian style cuisine as dishes tend to originate from Northeastern China. All items on the menu are in Mandarin with English translation always a good sign if you are looking for a rest from typical Chinese American fare.

There's a restaurant in Bellevue, Washington called Din Tai Fung. It's renown for its dumplings. It has thousands of reviews on Yelp. I've eaten there many times as a guest at business meetings. My Chinese friends in Seattle simply rave about this place. It has a meeting room that holds about 20 people. The minimum order for the room is $1,000. Then there's Peking Quick One in Tonawanda, NY. While the menu is not focused on dumplings, I have to say that the dumplings Peking Quick One serves put Din Tai Fung's dumplings to shame. Everything about PQO dumplings is better. The pastry part isn't pasty. The filling is moist and delicious. They're many times larger. They fill your mouth with lusciousness. And they don't cost an arm and leg. Well, OK, they're not as pretty as DTF dumplings, but I don't care. PQO soup is better, too. I never wrote a Yelp review for DTF in Bellevue. I don't want to rain on their parade. Just know that if you want super delicious soups and dumplings you will find them right here. And you won't have to spend $1,000 to entertain your entire party.

Good variety of authentic and Americanized Chinese food. It's pretty decent - some of the dishes lean on the oily side. Love the Northeast Wonton soup and the Poached Spicy fish (or pork)!

Decent spot for Buffalo. Prices are okay. Food isn't amazing but in Buffalo it's decent Chinese food. Service is fast, 15-20 minutes after ordering. Would go back when I'm lazy. 3.9/5 star experience

I was looking for a place where I could get some twice cooked pork, especially since home taste is closed temporarily. I tried here, the pork was waaaay over cooked , hard and I just threw it in the trash. The sautéed broccoli was and the rice , perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'll go back for the broccoli, but that's it.

Finally! Another dim sum/chinese option in Buffalo. I'm always on the hunt for dumplings. I ordered the steamed pork with leak and shrimp dumplings. They were a good size and very fresh. I don't think I'd get the crispy fish and jalapenos again. It was pieces of fried fish - no real sauce, and some jalapenos and green peppers. I think i prefer a grilled or non-fried option for a fish dish. The spicy double cooked pork was a bit salty but a good plate to share. Lots of sauce that I used on my rice to liven it up. Overall - tons of menu options! I'd go back and do some more research on what to order

Overall good quality and taste. We ordered orange chicken, orange beef, Szechuan chicken, and spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh. The vegetables were still just slightly crisp and the meat was tender. I haven't had such good rice from a local Chinese takeout place either, it's usually a little dry but this was chewy and just a tad sticky to make chopsticks more convenient. Drawbacks were that we were expecting it to be a little spicier, especially the Szechuan, but it was very mild and a little too salty. It didn't quite answer to my craving, but it was still pretty good and very quickly delivered. The prices are reasonable and we'll likely order from here again.

This is my favorite place to get Chinese food in the Tonawanda area! I know they have an American menu but I've never ordered from there. I always get the same dishes - tomato and egg, double cooked pork, and green beans. Portions are really big and the dishes come with rice! There is also self-service tea and water on the side.

One of the more authentic places around here. The service is usually quick, food is hot and you can expect to be out in a reasonable around of time. Drinks are self service and hot tea is free. As a descent of Chinese nationality, believe me when I say this. There are a number of dishes that I still believe are mislabeled. In regards to noodles and entree dishes with rice, there are so many different forms of noodles and dishes but the menu fails to properly identify them. I would recommend them to re-evaluate their menu in order to properly translate what each dish is. Once you've figured out what you've got, food is great.

We come here pretty frequently and they have never disappointed us. The food is always hot and ready when I go to pick it up and it is still warm by the time I make it home. We love the food here and the people are always friendly. The only downside is, they only take credit cards for orders over $20.

This was a surprising find by my boyfriend. Excellent food and VERY reasonable. The cantonese noodles was quite tasty with veggies, shrimp, chicken etc. The dumplings were good. The double cooked pork was nicely made, the sauce that it came with was extremely tasty. The best of the lot was the crispy chicken. I have had this at many places but usually the chicken becomes too dry. This place had it soft and nicely crisp outside. The sauce was extraordinary for this as well. They have tea on the house.

I'm a little hesitant to give more than a 4 star for this place because the service wasn't that great and the food was just okay (and a little overpriced for certain items). :\ This restaurant is oddly designed. The cashier area is separate from the dining area, which makes it feel like you're in two different restaurants (almost). Closer to a food court dining area where you order food from the cashier and then sit in your desired seating. That being said though, the overall space of the dining area is pretty sizable with about 10-11 tables that seat 4-6 people. The food is average. The flavors and ingredients are more Chinese-Chinese than Chinese American (which I didn't mind). We ordered the Orange chicken and Hot chili chicken (which is not on their menu but on a separate piece of paper on the wall). The orange chicken doesn't taste like your average Chinese American Orange chicken that's fried and has artificial orange flavoring. The Orange chicken here is actually cooked with real oranges and orange peels (you can actually taste them). I'm a fan of Sichuan food and the chili chicken in general, but the one here is SUPER SALTY. They give you a good amount of rice though, so it balances out. Another thing to add is that the price of the chili chicken is more expensive than average too (about $13-14). I wouldn't really order this again here... wasn't the best chili chicken considering the price. :/

Yikes, came across this place when I wanted Chinese food delivery. I ordered a Beef Chow Fun noodle dish and a Shrimp dish which was optimistically described as "Tender prawn fried in a light batter, with the chef's special sweet sauce, and walnuts." So the noodle dish was middling. Beef Chow Fun is a Cantonese specialty. Good beef/noodle ratio but missing the crunch of sauteed onions or peppers or bean sprouts. The entire dish ended up a little mushy. The shrimp dish was horrifying. Large, deep fried objects with shrimp tails protruding, the batter was not light, was not tempura. No, we're talking about taking a hush puppy and deep frying it. Over and over. So if you thought there was a "tender prawn" in there, keep looking. The shrimp dish came with a sweet neon orange hollandaise-ish sauce that poured over these "shrimp-shaped" dough objects in case you were eating during a power failure and needed to see some glow-in-the-dark on the plate. Peking Quick One is a restaurant that tries to be all things to all people. There's the promise of authenticity on their menu, but they clearly deep fry like a 1950's diner. These 2 dishes, plus delivery, tip, etc... came to $50 which was punishment enough to be too lazy to do pick-up next time.

The other reviews did not lie on this one. I absolutely cannot emphasize enough how much I do not like Chinese food! I crave it about once a year and I'm always disappointed, left reminded why I find it gross in the first place. But, however this place. This place! If this had been my experience of Chinese food since the beginning of my life I would absolutely be 100 pounds heavier from eating it. This place is amazing! Ordered delivery through Uber Eats after looking at ratings for Chinese Restaurants and liking what this one was. Ended up getting the General Tso's and Triple Hunan Delight. I was excited when I opened the container, but sadly when tasting it, the food was bland. Both dishes were severely lacking salt, and any form of savory or spice. They gave no packets of sauce and I sadly have no soy sauce, so I just salted it and ate. It wasn't horrible enough for me to toss it, but I probably won't order from here again.

For a restaurant that serves Chinese food, this is the go-to spot. Their service is quick and food is consistent! Crispy Fish in Jalapeño is so solid

For Buffalo standards, this is probably the most authentic Chinese food that you can get. I've been here 4-5 times with my dad and sister every time I come up. They recently expanded their dining room so there's a lot more space now. The menu consists of a lot of authentic Chinese dishes, such as mapo tofu, boiled fish in spicy sauce, and dried tofu with Chinese leeks. We ordered some steamed vegetables, a twice cooked pork, and some other dishes. The twice cooked pork was surprisingly delicious! It was cooked till the fat was crispy and the spicy sauce was rich and fragrant. The boiled fish in spicy sauce and salt and pepper chicken were also pretty good - everything was very flavorful! All in all, this place is the most authentic Chinese food you could get here in Buffalo. It's a hidden gem in a usually empty parking lot, but give this place a try and you won't be too disappointed!

This place is consistently delicious takeout throughout the pandemic. Love the dumplings (steamed even have a little soup inside), the lo mein with roast pork is so flavorful and we recently tried the eggplant with garlic. Our go tos: dumplings, spicy double-cooked pork, braised beef brisket over rice (comes with some veggies too) Quick delivery and huge portions. Neighborhood Chinese joint with some more authentic options. Me and hubby had been waiting to try this place for ages now and I have no idea why it took us as long as it did seeing how it's literally 5 mins away from us. Well needless to say so glad we finally did! Yumm We got the brown pork stew and the chili chicken. Both were on point! Excited to go back here and check out all the options :)

DINE IN. This place is one of those hidden treasures you have to dine in to experience the greatness of. My last review doesn't give this place justice. I went on a Monday night with my girlfriend and her daughter, who is the most well behaved 19 month old I've ever been out to eat with. The last time I came here I took takeout and wasn't exactly sure what I had ordered, which was partially my fault, and also since nothing was labeled. This time I was with my friend, who loves this place and has been several different times. We ordered so much food and shared everything. From homemade noodles in brown sauce, to their amazing eggplant dish. I ordered seafood soup which had shrimp, baby scallops and imitation crab meat in it with loads of thick noodles. She had ordered this pork dish which came with wonton wraps to roll it up in, hot chili pepper chicken which was spicy and definitely cleared up my sinuses. We also had pork dumplings which were fried, the filling was very good. Cannot wait to tap into those leftovers later on. Definitely reccomend.

Peking Quick One is another Chinese restaurant we've ordered from on repeat occasions in recent months. I prefer House of Gourmet, but Peking Quick One is a good choice, too. My absolute favorite dish here is the Vegetable Triple Delight, with eggplant, potato and green pepper. It may sound bland and healthy, but it's neither of those things (the vegetables are fried and are in an oily but delicious sauce). I believe there's a similar dish to this with pork, so if you eat pork, there's another option for you. Pork dumpling fans, rejoice, because Peking Quick One has handmade ones for you with thick skins. I don't eat pork, but appreciate that they also have the huge leek and egg dumplings for vegetarians, too. The ho fun, stir-fried wide rice noodles, are okay. In my opinion, the best ho fun has a bit of a char to it (wok flavor), which these don't have. But they're fine, and actually seemed to taste better as leftovers the next day than the day we ordered them. Warning to others who avoid eating meat: the pan-fried tofu with egg actually isn't meatless. It looks safe, like a thick egg omelet with some vegetables and cubed tofu, but it also has chicken in it. But I forgive Peking Quick One, because I'm that in love with their Vegetable Triple Delight.

This is my favourite Chinese place in Buffalo. The food is authentic and sooo tasty. We have been here like twenty times probably. We always get the same order because I just love the dishes and can't make myself try something else, even though other things on the menu sound great too. We get the steamed pork dumplings, which are perfectly season, cooked with great meat to dough ratio. Our next favourite is the twice cooked spicy pork, it's spicy, has sliced pork belly, is oily, has some bell peppers and totally drool worthy. Next on our list is pork stew in brown sauce. It's bigger pieces of pork belly with potatoes, it's perfectly seasoned and not spicy at all but delicious. The pork is juicy and perfectly cooked. This comes with steamed rice and we finish every last grain. I highly recommend this place!

Great Chinese food, good portions, and the best prices around. Definitely recommend. The only thing to consider is there is a $20 minimum to use credit card, but it's not hard to get there when you have so many great options!

Checked out Peking Quick One: Chinese American and Traditional Homestyle Cuisine. It was very tasty. The favorite item was the steamed pork with leek and shrimp dumplings, they were so fresh and good, you tasted the little shrimp in it and the best part was the fresh dough that I imagine was homemade. They came with a great sauce. There were at least a dozen in the serving. We also got the mapo tofu which was tasty and not too spicy...for all those vegetarians out there, beware it does have meat in it. The white rice was perfect! We also got the stir fried shredded potatoes with green peppers since we've never have potatoes from a Chinese restaurant, they were yummy, the potatoes looked basically like lo mein noodles; they were crunchy and flavorful. We're looking forward to eating them for breakfast with eggs. Lastly we ordered the seaweed egg drops soup. Great! I appreciated that it had a nice seaweed flavor to it and the broth was not slimy. Definitely looking forward to checking out more items on their menu in the future.

Yes. Amazing food and amazing prices, what more can you want? It's sze chuan food so you can expect it to be spicy but it hurts so good. The portions are huge but it's so cheap you can order a crap ton of things and have an amazing feast and foodathon without breaking the wallet. And the food is so authentic. You seat yourself and get water or tea yourself. No frills. We tried the chicken gizzard, intestines, eggplant, noodles with salty brown sauce, eggs with tomatoes, and fried fish. Would have had more if my stomach let me.

If you're looking for authentic quick stop Chinese food, this is the right place in Buffalo. Expect the usual sparse setting...yellow walls and tiled floor but the unexpected is why you would walk in to this dive at all. I almost didn't find it because it the sign outside says Quick One and not Peking but this is the place and I'm so glad to find it. I couldn't decide what to have. Every plate coming out of the kitchen looked like China on a plate. Just go. Sit and consider how fortunate we are in Buffalo to have authentic Chinese food at Peking Quick One...and the food was delivered quickly.

If you are looking for authentic homestyle Chinese food, this is the place to be. The dishes here remind me of my childhood, when I celebrated Lunar New Year in my uncle's house, playing with my cousins waiting for food. The food at Peking Quick One are just like what my uncle and aunt would make. Beware, if you can't eat spicily, don't get their spicy dishes because they are too spicy even for me who love spicy food. I would highly recommend their Pork Stew in Brown Sauce if you are a meat lover like me. Wish everyone have a wonderful holiday, and hope everyone be safe and healthy!

We ordered the Crabmeat Rangoon, Braised Beef Bisket Noodle soup, Stir-Fried Eggplant, Sesame Chicken & a spring roll. Nothing was bad...but nothing was very good either. Very meh, probably wouldn't order again.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had the displeasure of eating. This is less than two miles from my house. We ordered, delivery time was okay but not great the food was almost cold tasteless and gummy. I ordered lomein and fried dumplings. My husband had beef and broccoli. None of it was good. Will never order again.
