Great customer service but unfortunately the scale that I paid over $50 for looks like something you'd buy from the dollar store. It works okay although I can't get a reading for 1/2 tsp baking powder in grams. The white colour that I ordered is a cheap plastic that looks almost pinkish or beige and doesn't match with any of my other white kitchen top appliances. I will never order a scale from Escali ever again. Sorry.
