I recently visited the Nido & Mariana Qubein Children’s Museum, and I have to say – it’s hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds I’ve ever seen! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed environment that sparks creativity and invites exploration. What really stood out to me was the variety of play areas – each one built around a different theme or concept. Whether your child is into science, building, pretend play, or just climbing and sliding, there’s something here for everyone. I only managed to capture a few pictures, but trust me – there is so much more than what I documented. Every corner of the museum offers a new activity or interactive exhibit, many of which are both fun and educational. It’s the kind of place where kids can easily spend hours, and parents can feel good knowing they’re engaged in meaningful play. Overall, the Nido & Mariana Qubein Children’s Museum isn’t just a rainy-day backup plan – it’s a must-visit destination for families. Whether you’re a local or just passing through High Point, NC, make sure to put this on your list. You won’t be disappointed!

This is always a wonderful experience for my granddaughters! Today I only had my 5 year old and she especially loved holding the adorable bunny. She wanted pictures with the animals outside this time. She calls our visits going to "science class"!

Loved our time here this Saturday! My daughter will be 2 in December and I’d say she liked it a lot. The toddler area is AMAZING. There just weren’t other toddlers to play with which made it harder for her. Next time we would bring a friend. Supper clean and organized.

This place is such a wonderful addition to High Point! There's all kinds of things to experience and they also give EBT discount with your card and ID (I do believe there is a limit on how many people it covers, but I can't tell you for sure! Check their site for info). There's a play area for younger children that is kind of gated off, a huge outdoor area with a playground, large sand area, and a two level carousel. There's a STEM area upstairs, arcade room, water play room downstairs, and a huge climbing exhibit, and just so much more. I can't name it all 😂. But it's always a great experience and staff is always kind and helpful. The only thing I wish was different is that you can't bring your own food inside bc they prefer you buy food and beverages at their cafe, you have to eat it in a picnic area outside in the parking lot. The cafe is kind of pricey and it's much more convenient to be able to bring your own food. Especially if you have picky littles!

We had a great time visiting here. It's probably better for younger kids. The 2 oldest were 13 and 14 years old. My 11 year old grandson was slightly bored. They had fun, and I did, too. I learned quite a bit also. It's 14.00 a person. If you get snap well food stamps you pay 5.00 a person up to 4 people. They have different activities for the kids to do and different areas you can visit. From an ambulance to a fire truck to guess the mysterious code words. A vets office, a store where you buy fake food and ring it up at a register. A TV studio so you can do the news, a beauty parlor. They can learn about the planets and the moon and know what it's like to be in a spaceship. They had a couple of jungle gyms for the kids to play on. Outside, there's a playground , a big chess game with giant chess pieces, and they even have a double-decker merry go around the kids can ride. Was it worth the money, I would say yes. It got the kids out of the house and running and having a good time. I highly recommend this place. They even have an area where you can buy food and drinks or snacks. Plan on spending several hours here. Also, plan on some crowds, and there were several school busses full of kids. Its was nice getting out of the heat and in the ac. The employees were very nice and helpful, especially when we lost track of the oldest kid.I would definitely go back again if I had younger kids with me.

10 out of 10. Daughter loved it - water room was her favorite! and it was so clean and staff were going around and pick up after the kids and keeping the place tidy.

Great place to beat the summer heat. Activities for all children from crawlers to 9 ish (i would say). Just the two large water table exhibits alone can keep children occupied for hours. Plus a Carousel , 2 story net climb, pretend village and many other exhibits makes this a good place to go. Check-in with digital tickets took some time as the line was decently long. Maybe there should be one line for pre purchased digital tickets and a second line for people buying tickets that day.
