"Arts Market, Little Italy by Sid Lee. If you want/like to support local creatives (you should, or else you wouldn’t be on this site) make sure to stop by the Arts Market and buy some of their wares. It's a brilliant concept: leases are kept short and rent is low so that burgeoning artists can take that first step and get some space to showcase their creations. It’s everything you’d expect in that the things you discover are unexpected, one-of-a-kind and rare finds. Scores of “stalls” throughout the long, 2 floor space feature everything from clay pot art, to vintage clothing, prints, painted olive furniture, to jewelry. The basement is dedicated to vintage furniture. 5 minutes of browsing can easily turn into a 1 hour session."

So many wonderful vendors at the College St location! I love popping in and looking at all the unique artist creations... cards, jewellery, artwork, to curated vintage wares. I buy ALL my gifts here! Plus, it's a great feeling to know that I am supporting local artists!

Usually ignore these prompts, but this place is too awesome to not share. Great stuff, changing content, nice space, friendly helpful staff, lots of price points. Follow the instagram feed to see what's in store.

I dont have enough amazing things to say about this store! Not only is it well stocked with beautiful and unique items ranging from wall art to jewellery to baby items to body care products, the staff are absolutely fantastic. I was in yesterday and mentioned one of the items was a gift- the person serving me immediately asked if I needed it in a separate bag with gift wrapping, took the price off the tag, and even took the time to curl the ribbon that tied the bag shut! I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in, and the staff are always courteous and helpful in any and every way they can be. I adore this shop and will always go here first when looking for gifts for all holidays, as well as when I want to treat myself to something cute and cool!

My new favorite arts and crafts shop in Toronto. I love the location cuz it’s close to my apartment. They’re selling lots of vintage stuff at the basement which I really loved. They also have different varieties of arts & crafts products made by local artists but a bit pricey. The staff was okay.

Inspiring selection of locally handmade goods for gift giving, including gifts for yourself. Affordable art and photography. Great treasures located downstairs in the vintage department. I always feel great when I set foot inside the Arts Market seeing the talent and creativity the community has to offer. Also, very friendly and helpful staff.

I live by this arts market and very often come in to walk around and see what’s new. I love all the treasures I can find and I have bought a few fun creative gifts here as well. Downstairs they have a little antiques “studio” where you can buy some really amazing retro pieces, Knick-knacks and collectibles for a very decent price. Love that I can buy local art too

I had walked past this place so many times, and when I finally went in, I was pleasantly surprised how stuff much was in here! There's also a great antique market downstairs. I saw a lot of stuff I liked, unfortunately my partner and I apparently have quite different interior design tastes.
