Absolutely fantastic massage experience! Nicole was my massage therapist, and she did an incredible job. I had taken a fall the day before and booked the massage the morning of my appointment to help with soreness in my neck, shoulder, and back. Nicole listened carefully to my needs and tailored the massage perfectly to relieve tension and pain in those areas. The face portion was especially phenomenal – it was soothing and relaxing beyond words. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and totally stress-free. Highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking to treat themselves to a truly exceptional massage!

I usually go to Maria, who is amazing. Then today I needed a deep tissue massage after a big day on the water, and Kim was the one. Highly recommended! A slow deep massage by an intuitive masseuse who gently but firmly reminded my muscles how to relax. Mahalo for your kokua, Kim. Next time, 90 minutes! 🤙

Ash gave me the best massage I've ever experienced (and I'm a masseuse)! My partner and I got a couple's massage in the A-frame hut by the ocean waves, and it was so relaxing and special. Ash had perfect pressure with deep tissue massage and was gentle and careful where I needed it. She's sweet and sensitive to clients' needs, and she has warm, welcoming energy. I drifted in and out of sleep while she worked on me for 80 minutes with coconut oil in super soft, comfortable sheets. I suggest going on a warm day; the wind was quite chilly today, but everything about the massage was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support I booked a massage at this spa due to shoulder pain and received email confirmation. However, just 40 minutes before my appointment, they canceled it while I was already on my way. Despite requiring an $80 deposit to guarantee the service, they failed to honor the appointment. The attendant claimed the appointment was not confirmed, yet the website allows scheduling and charges the deposit. What sense does that make? This experience demonstrates their lack of reliability and poor customer support.

The massage was ok. I understand the space is unique and small, but in the middle of my massage I could hear people talking outside the door. Being forced to listen to 2 women talking and laughing for 15 mins was not very relaxing. Also, the massuse was very eager to shove the tip chart in my face the second I got dressed. It was an ok massage, almost $180, I didn't see why a tip was so heavilty demanded. Somewhat dampered by my experiences here.
