The Fox Theater Pomona

UPDATED 10/17/2025: In response to Fox Pomona’s response below, 1) You didn’t address the lack of communication to the audience, and 2) I recommend updating the Fox Pomona website parking information since the Chase parking lot across the street doesn’t charge a flat fee of $5. I would also recommend posting where the $2 all-day parking is. Thank you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Good: Gorgeously renovated theater with large comfortable leather seats in the Loge section. Sound quality was good. The Bad: The band stopped playing in the middle of their 2nd song and left the stage. Lights came up and an automated voice said something no one in the theater could hear. No one came to the stage to communicate what was wrong or if we should evacuate! I fault Fox theater for this. Lack of communication is how people in concert venues die!!! It could have been a fire, but we never knew the cause. The band used a fog machine. Did that cause the fire alarm to trigger? When the band returned, they continued using the fog machine. How was the safety issue mitigated? Who knows? The Ugly (parking): Arrived 45 minutes prior to the show. I parked in the Chase lot across the street from the theater on Saturday, 10/11/2025 expecting to pay $5. A parking attendant checked if I was there for the concert. He told me to park and scan the QR code on the large permanent sign, and I paid with a credit card. I was shocked the cost was $30 plus fees! The area was very busy, it was dark, and I didn’t feel safe parking further away from the theater. Unless they charge different amounts on different days, DO NOT expect to pay $5! I have mixed feelings and am not sure I will return to this theater.

Went here for a boxing event and it was amazing. Very spacious inside, I was surprised on how they fit a ring in there. Seating is great anywhere you sit.

Have been to this venue a few times and have never had a bad experience here! It is a well-kept smaller venue that had ample security, multiple bars spread out, and is easy to navigate. Honestly, you get good views of the stage pretty much anywhere. For popular shows, the parking situation might be a bit of an issue. Still highly recommended!

Beautiful grounds, great sound quality and friendly people. Lots of paid parking but the area is spread out.

I generally like this venue and the vibe it has! The bathroom is always nice and clean as well. Although disappointingly, I’ve been here multiple times throughout the years and only this last time did I remember that the sound quality here is not my favorite…

Would not go back. Paid extra for assigned seats only to have people standing and dancing in front so I can’t see. (The only people doing it mind you as there is a whole standing GA on the floor below) Even tried going to the usher who basically refused to do anything. Tried standing elsewhere on the balcony area but was told we couldn’t do that. doesn’t help that they oversold leaving less room then there should have been. So not only was staff unhelpful they basically told me to take a hike.

My son and I enjoyed the show last Wednesday 4/19/2023 for Yves Tumor, and headliner Willow. This place is intimate, historical looking inside a nice building, and actually very comfortable. The sound acoustics is amazing. And the bands rocked this place. Short show but well worth it. I guess we just wanted more from each group but still left happy. And parking? One can literally park across the street (just get ready to pay about $30 or so) and arrive early to guarantee a parking space as well. Staff there was awesome and we felt taken care of. Thank you Fox Theater, and staff!

this is the worse venue i've ever gone to and ive gone to over 30+, that is honestly impressive. 05/31/25 there was NO air conditioning for a 900+ tickets sold show. at some point a man was super intoxicated and throwing up on himself and others, i let the security guard know and he said "he said he's fine" but the guy couldn't kept a single word out. everybody was begging and asking for water and security didn't care and would drink their own water bottles in front of us. i attached a picture of the guy that refused to help the intoxicated man even though he CLEARLY needed help, he could have easily choked on his own vomit and this venue did not care. he wanted to leave the pit which is why he went to the front but i guess that wasn't enough for this security guard to register. there were 3 or 4 other ""security guards"" that night that were no better, don't think they know anything about how to grab someone while they are crowd surfing because i saw another security guard throw a girl on the floor, i have a video of it as well. i will never come here again and ive never had to write a negative review for any location but this was impressively bad. 2 guys and 2 girls setting up the security before entering the venue and checking bags were super polite and sweet but cannot say the same for the people that were in the actual venue. the show was also amazing, it's a shame that this venue couldn't be added into the wonderful experience.

All the staff was extremely kind both at entry and inside the building. The vibes of the venue were super cute, very much enjoyed it here.

This is a pretty decent music venue and if you get pit you will have a really good view of the artist. Parking is located across the street. We showed up about 30 minutes before doors opened and on this night there was still parking directly across the street but if it was full there seems to be other lots close but. It was $30 for a Friday night show. The line to get in wasn't too long and door time was pretty accurate maybe 5/10 minutes late but no big deal. The security was pretty fast too. Basic security if you been to any concert recently. Take all your stuff out of your pocket and as long as you don't have anything suspicious you will be good to go. Merch was on the left and right side when you got in and there is a bar also right when you get in. I'm not sure if this is for every show but for this one there was a difference for general admission and general admission pit. We had pit tickets and this got you in the section right in front of the stage. There is a security guard who checks your ticket and you get a wristband so if you leave you can come back. There is also a bar right in this section which is nice so you don't have to leave. If you don't have pit tickets the next sections behind are all first come so if you want a closer and better view you would need to arrive right when doors open or earlier if it is a popular show. There are also seats upstairs. I didn't get to see how the view is from up there but the venue is not too big so I'm sure it is a great view up stairs and good for people who don't want to stand all concert and prefer to have a seat. The sound was good and as mentioned since we had pit tickets the view was really good. The one thing that I didn't like and can be an issue if maybe you are drinking a lot or just need to use the restroom, is that the only restroom was upstairs. Or if there was one downstairs I never saw it and no one directed me to those. They are located up stairs and are quite a mission once the venue gets packed. This venue is a little out of my way but if an artist I really wanted to see was only performing here I wouldn't hesitate to purchase tickets and come here again.

Went here to see the band Wallows some time ago and it was an interesting experience! It was pretty hot last I remembered just barely sitting down to our seats and it stayed very humid inside of the venue till the very end of the concert, was super sweaty in there with little ventilation. I don't know how it is now, but it really felt like there wasn't any sort of air conditioning inside. The line for the concert wrapped around the entire building from the entrance out, and all around the bar located on the opposite side of the venue. Definitely great for a smaller intimate-type of concert.

I was removed from the venue for trying to protect a child that was being assaulted. The security staff was more concerned with removing me from the venue than protecting the child. They care more about making money than protecting the patrons at their establishment. Avoid at all costs. These people are not concerned with safety and to top it off the security guard made antisemitic comments to me. Worst venue ever.

This venue is great for smaller intimate shows. It's on the older side but has some historic charm. I came with my sister to see Jesse McCartney and the concert was awesome! I can't say much about parking because we got dropped off. There was a long line of people already waiting to get in but it moved very fast once the doors opened at 7. There is a bar and merch booth right when you enter after passing security. We sat in the Reserved Loge seats which are located on the 2nd floor. The seats were surprising comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this section if you still want a great view but don't want to stand in the Pit all night.

Bingo loco!!!! So much fun. Best part was easy parking. Right across the street. Loved the venue it was clean, they do offer food and drinks, but you have to go order it and bring it back to ur area. The mc was hilarious. So much fun.

Got to see Parcels live last night and I was so impressed by these super talented artists but also by this space. Lots of history to this theatre yet it is well maintained, clean, and a beautiful space. The perfect venue for live music and instruments. Sound was amazing and love a good concert with balcony seats as an option. Plenty of parking in the area and it felt pretty safe. Security was thorough and quick. If you attend a concert here note there may be three lines: Pomona+, Quick Pass, and General Admission. Restrooms are super clean, on the 2nd floor. Ask a staff member if you're confused about anything, all who I came across were very helpful. I'd definitely go to a concert here again!

I've checked out this theater for both a DJ set and a fun drag show, and it was a a lot of fun! The place is spacious, so you have space to dance and enjoy yourself, plus you get great views of the stage from just about anywhere. I wasn't too excited when I saw the main DJ's set in the lobby area, but then I found out that the lounge inside is really cool. And I recently discovered there's an upstairs area in the lounge too, which just makes this awesome venue even better!

Went to see Wolf Alice Oct 11. First time at the theater. Love the architecture and vibe with friendly staff. HOWEVER.... Huge issue with the sound in the pit area - it was a complete garbled mess. Sadly the amazing vocals were completely drowned out by the base and drums and even the keyboards sounded echoey. Very disappointed to not being able to enjoy a great band - will think twice about going back to this Venue till we hear the sound issues have been fixed.

This was my first time coming to a concert at this theater and it is a charming theater inside and I loved that it was smaller and easy to navigate. It is in the downtown area of the city. Before entering the concert they do a bag check and you go through a metal detector. I decided to grab a drink from the bar and the service at the bar was nice! The seats were so comfortable and spacious which I loved. The only downside was there was no where to put drinks except on the ground.

Unfortunately since I'm 5'3" I had a hard time seeing from both the GA Floor and Pit. But I still had a great time and enjoyed checking out the Photo Booth, outdoor smoking area and rooftop bar before the show. After the show the staff seemed to be in a big hurry to get everyone out of the building, even telling us to leave the sidewalk in front of the theater which seemed unnecessary.

The Fox Theater is a great place to come and see a show. Though it isn't the most classy of places or venues, it's still really cool to come and checkout. For starters, if you are looking to park, park down the street in the spots that say 2 hour parking only. This is what I did and nobody fined or ticketed me, or towed my car. It was like two blocks away from the venue but I don't mind walking. The venue itself was very cool. There are two levels that offer viewing of the stage. If you get there early enough, you can walk over to the pit and get a wristband that allows you to get into that section of the venue. Keep in mind it is first come first serve. The only thing I did not like was that the stage is a little low so if you want a good view, you have to get up to the front or go to the rows behind the pit that are more elevated. Other than that, The Drums performed an amazing show! Absolutely sensational. The sound and everything was perfect and I'm glad I spent my New Years Eve getting to see them perform live with such veracity and energy. Additionally, their opener, 60 Juno, was also great! I cannot wait to see both of these performers again :)

I'm a type one diabetic and had my medical supplies while trying to enter the venue. Security at the front told me that they weren't sure if they could allow it inside and said they would need to call over a registered EMT staff which is fine. The EMT came over and looked at my supplies and just said "you have to throw it away to get in". I had needles and insulin which are required to treat my condition. I've NEVER experienced this issue with other venues when my bag has been checked. I simply show that I have insulin and most people simply understand I have to carry needles. This was a severe overstep and lacks any understanding of medical needs. Also, after further research, this actually violates ADA policies.

Saw thee sacred souls here and wooooow!!!! The venue was awesome, Andy the promoter was great!!!! Hands down the best show I have ever been to! Wish I could go back in time to experience it again.

Really nice intimate concert venue. Good drinks. They don't carry jack daniels. So that was bummer. But staff was nice and sound was good.

When I Drive In Downtown Pomona, I Always See The Fox Theater. This Is A Cool And Nice Historic Theater That Has Great Shows And Performances. If People Are Driving Close By, I Would Recommend Them To Stop By This Place And Explore It

Saw 4 shows over the past 7 days and here's what I learned: PARKING - parking in front of the venue in the Chase parking lot is a rip-off. Park in the surrounding lots for $2. I found the parking lot off of 3rd st. on the east side of Garey Ave. which is a short walk across the street. Currently the first two hours are free and anything after 2 hours it gives you until 8 a.m. the next day and only charges you $2. There's also lots of 2 hour parking and yes the cops do check and give you a ticket or tow you if it goes past 2 hours. Currently the parking machine at this location is finicky and you have to apply the right pressure on the green button for it to work, but it does work. RESTROOMS - they're at the top of the stair case, there's usually a line for the women's restroom. Also, the door is either missing or doesn't lock on two of the stalls so get someone to hold the door closed for you. VENUE - there's an outdoor smoking area to the right, down stairs and also upstairs. Also, you need to pay extra for a wrist band to get to the floor or to sit in the balcony. General admission is for the tiered standing room only platforms and if you're short, you need to get there early to get at the front of the railing otherwise it's a gamble if you'll be able to see anything. I suggest standing along the railing towards the center. I hung out in the walkway quite a bit and only one out of four times did a security guard come by to clear the walkway. SHOWTIME - all four shows the doors were at 7, show started at 8 and headliner went on at 9. The line getting into the venue can be long and hold you up depending on the artist and how popular they are so a safe time to get there, be parked and in line is 7:40 p.m. the latest if you want to catch both the opener and headliner or to secure a spot for the best view. I only stayed to the end for one of the 4 shows and they cut the opener off at 8:40 ish and the headliner was cut off with no encore by 9:45 p.m. If the parking lot is empty or looks not full by 7:30 p.m. chances are there might be low attendance or everyone else is late. It's less stressful than seeing a show in L.A. and still a fun time. I noticed both the artists and the crowd are way more relaxed and nicer here versus L.A. venues of the same caliber. The vibe here is always fun/chill.

AWFUL this venue has progressively got worse from security to staff. Security gets these weird power trips and they stalk you from the start. As a woman it definitely made me feel more uneasy vs safe. They kicked out so many people for literally no reason, im assuming they over sold tickets and had to find a way to clear out the venue. I would never go back for any event nor will I recommend it to anyone trying to throw events. This is NOT the place.

Just saw a band called Slowdive and I feel bad for them for deciding to book here because this was the worst live show I've been to in a long time (and I go to very many shows). We left early and will not be back. Reasons you should think twice before attending a show here: 1. Hot AF, no AC and is very stuffy. 2. Even if you have GA admission, they only give pit/floor to people that have no life and show up 5 hours before the band goes on. You literally have to arrive early and get a wristband. Get ready to fight for a 1 sq ft of space of standing in the bowl of the venue with a crappy view and security yelling at you to pack in tighter. 3. The sound was terrible. Not sure if that's the theaters fault or the bands, but whoever was in charge of that should be fired. 4. Legit thought I had the whole time- "if there was a fire how the F would we get out alive??" 5. Pomona is a total dump. I know the theater has been there a long time and is nostalgic for some, but man, this town is just gross. Not worth anyone dumb enough to book here.

This place is great for small intimate mosh pit concerts yo!! Have a drink and Eslam!!

Came here on 01/26/24 to see Twin Tribes, Urban Heat, Vandal Moon & Nuovo Testamento. I've got to say I'm pleasantly surprised since the last time I was here. The place has undergone renovations and it looks beautiful inside. The set up was spacious and restrooms were well maintained. It was well ventilated and security/staff were friendly. I will definitely be back for another show.

No AC housing thousands, very crowded and felt like a serious fire hazard. The sound was terrible. The band was Slowdive and the sound engineer should be fired for incompetence. All and all two thumbs down ! At the very least keep the place cool. What a waste. Will not be returning / Hard Pass on Pamona's Fox Theatre

Buyer beware, if you get pit tickets, make sure you get there early. Only first X amount of people get to go down to the floor, even though GA floor looks like it encapsulates the whole floor. It doesn't.

Spontaneously decided to see Willow Smith preform here last night and had the best time! My friend and I were out getting drinks when when my other friend texted me about this event! I quickly told my friend and we were on our way to the venue! The tickets were $50 each and considering it was for Willow, it wasn't a bad deal! We arrived to the Venue as soon as the opening act finished their last song. We went to the bar to get drinks and we got a seltzer and a margarita. I love me a strong margarita but I had to drive so I gave it to my friend. We were under the impression that Willow opened but still vibed with the other act in the car.To our surprise, Willow's music started playing throughout the venue. That was my first experience there and it was really great! Will have to see more shows here in the future!

Worst place ever!!! Just saw one of my favorite artists and it wasn't the performance it was the theatre itself! They have NO AC!!! Literally sweating. People getting light headed and passing out. The lighting on stage from the top was horrible and the sound coming out of the huge speakers on the wall were horrendous. The opening act we couldn't even hear what he was singing, all you heard was the drums. We were front row in front of stage and it was really difficult to understand what the heck was going on. I've never sweated so much from lack of air flow or ventilation. Yall could've at least put fans! I didn't even drink (alcohol) thank God otherwise I would've passed out from the heat! Would never come to this location ever again. Outside the theatre was nice but once you're in it's a disaster!

The Fox Theater is an amazing historic venue located in Downtown Pomona. I've frequented this venue in the past and had some really good memories here. The venue itself is gorgeous. This venue has potential to host up to 2,000 guests alone! Sure, when coming here for a concert, just like any other the venue, the security has to monitor people and make sure that it is a safe environment for the guests' enjoyment. The sound of this venue is great. I've come here for a rock concert and an EDM concert before, and had no issues with the quality of the sound. I look forward to attending more events at this venue in the future.

This is the dumbest theater I have ever been to. If I could give it negatives I would. First of all, when they say GA floor. They mean be here in the morning because only 500 people get the floor, everyone else who bought GA Floor is going to be packed like sardines on top of each other in the lower bowl area. They don't disclose any of that information at the time of purchase and when you try to ask they are rude and try to talk to you like you're stupid for not knowing. On top of all that, ITS HOT. I don't know if they just don't turn on the AC or if they don't turn it up enough to fit the crowded ass space they have us in. While here, we also saw security leave their post various times and people just sneaking into the pit that has a capacity limit of 500 according to them. They are putting people at risk and scamming people into thinking they're getting on the floor. Oh! And by the way, THEY ONLY HAVE ONE SET OF RESTROOMS. It's a sold out event and most of the people here are teenaged females with one set of restroom available, broken stall doors, and they are dirty and unattended.

Don't normally write reviews but I thought people should be aware of these things for future shows. 1. They allow overnight camping and lines to form before venue opens. Around 5PM, they tell you to put your stuff away and that they will let you into venue in 10 min so you can't leave the line. Then for some reason, they make you wait another hour or so outside in same line! People definitely could've kept sitting down with their stuff or been able to leave line to use restroom. 2. First 50-100 people are let into this tiny room where the "line" you made and waited in will be destroyed. You are then let into main lobby where you are separated again into two lines where you are given wristbands. Becomes free for all to the front. 3. Depending on show, the pit can become very squished and hot. Please be careful. There was also no security near the front stage until the end and added tall photographers who kept messing up the barricade view. 4. There was zero security when being let in. No pat downs, no metal detectors, nothing. Please be aware of these things and complain to venue if you agree with me! Thanks.

This venue is great but only cause I live locally. Otherwise, it's small and VERY hot. Recently went to see Tash Sultana and before the concert started, we stood waiting, as my group and I was pouring sweat. It feels like there's no air ventilation in this old building. Built in early 1900's, I'm starting to realize it's best to attend concerts in newer venues if comfort is a priority. Also, venue should be updated 100%.

I had the best time ever seeing maneskin at the fox theater. My friend flew in from Florida to see the show with me. Galo took care of us snd I felt so safe and secure in my section I would do it again and am looking to go back to the Fox.

I go to around 30 concerts a year and this is the worst venue I've ever been too. I bought a floor ticket and wasn't allowed to go in because I didn't get a first-come-first-serve wrist band, despite the fact that there was plenty of room in the pit. The security guards were violent bullies, antagonizing people who were upset about the bizarre regulations. The Glass House is a far superior venue and it's right across the street. No matter what band plays here, I'm never coming back.

Didn't find out until I got to the venue that only the first 400 people got in the pit, despite the fact that we all paid the same price. I wish this policy was stated when we purchase tickets through AXS, or through an email. The only place this is written on the website is under the FAQ, and I know for a fact that a large portion of the audience (myself included) didn't think to check the FAQ, because we would've thought that the GA Floor tickets that we purchased would allow us onto the floor. Either this policy should be advertised more strongly, or tickets should simply be offered at different price points.

I had no issues with security up up till the end when I was trying to buy merch from the opening band. The security tried making me wait in line for the main band which was very long. The security showed no empathy when I informed him for my injury and maintained a hostile attitude and would not listen to the situation. 0/10 would not return, I would rather drive further or fly somewhere else if it mean I can see a band I love at a venue with amazing staff.

Staff is very unfriendly about ADA - they questioned us the entire time even with the paperwork. They didn't want to give us pit wristbands as well as ADA they said it's one or the other. Not all disabilities are apparent in your face - we had documentation but still wanted to be able to stand in the pit if she felt up to it but be able to sit if she started to have spasms and they argued with us about it. They eventually did give us both after an explanation of gf's disability. Shameful - please educate your staff.

came here to watch chicano batman and innerwave, i was the first and only person in like for about two hours, i waited about six hours in line and they let in the first people in line last. ive been so several concerts and this had never happened. they split the first half of the line and the back half, the first went into the bar and the last were let in first, how is that fair? they let the people who had arrived like 5 min before the show go in first, so unfair and unprofessional. when i asked the security if they would let us in before the other line they said yes however this was not what happened. there was a previous sold out show the weekend before and i heard it was also super unorganized and unprofessional, so unfortunate :/ !! performance was great but venue and staff were super unprofessional, would not recommend. the glasshouse across from this venue is dope tho !

Came here on a saturday afternoon to see The wonder years with The story so far, and modern baseball. Parking 4/5: The location is situated across from ample parking several large bank parking lots and neighborhood parking surround the area making it easy and quick without having to walk more than a block or too. Outside 4/5 : It is near lots of great restaurants, ATM machines, and a nice Irish pub that has a restaurant on the top level and dark bar in the basement level. The outside has a beautiful brightly lighted old school movie sign that looks gorgeous at night. Inside 5/5: with ample space for a large crowd and theater style seating if you do not want to stand up in the floor area, there is not a bad seat in the house. The sound reverberate's wonderfully through out the room, that has an old fashioned art deco throughout the wall and ceiling creating the perfect ambiance for any type of concert you attend. Overall a great intimate setting to watch a show would return in a heart beat.

Laid back Luke! My personal favorite song he spins and DJ is with Lil Jon, "turbulence" check it out on you tube! Show was great, standing floor room on the bottom and seating on the top floor. Standing room isn't so bad for this kind of show/concert! To sum it all up, it was a legal rave! Venue was awesome and nice, really liked the floor plan on this place. Wondering if they actually open this up to be a club, now that would be cool! Small to see the stage but big enough to hold as many people as they can. Cramped all together like little sardines but what the hey, we are all there for one awesome performer! Drinks were stiff!! Just the way it should be!

I wish I could give a negative rating... 100's of people were lined up, and we were in order of first come first serve. Some people were waiting since 6 am, and were still somehow let in AFTER people who showed up at 3 or 4 pm. Once it was time for the doors to open, security put us (reg GA) in a green room, and they completely destroyed the line we had. Some weirdo security dude was like "we're not gonna do a line, just chill out for now until it's time to go inside." Which makes absolutely 0 sense since we were all organized and it was now a big rowdy group of excited teenage girls (including me). THEN like 15 mins later he's like "okay it's time, form a line" ????? like sir??? ?? Of course it was a mess and people who got there at 3 pm were somehow let in first.. PLEASE SECURITY IM BEGGING use your brains next time, cuz we were IN A LITERAL LINE ALREADY?? It rlly just made no sense and made everything super unfair and unorganized. My heart broke for the ppl who waited since 7 am and got put in the back of the pit. i've never seen a venue with such unorganized and clueless workers. It was awful dealing with security but the band did great :) ps: bring a fan if you do come bc there's no AC. Even the bands were complaining about how hot it was.

Fox Theater = The Wiltern of the Inland Empire This was newly remodeled and re-opened in 2009. How a theater manages to have new carpet and new paint and still make you feel like you have this aged yellow orange glow... which is not a good thing. Aside from that... It's pretty good place to catch a show... every so often they score a big name band. Most events are general admission. You are either GA Floor or GA Balcony. Everywhere is first come, first served. Get there early and wait in the line outside if you want a pit wrist band. I don't know why people on here complain about not being able to get into the pit with their GA Floor ticket... that's because you came late! All the other venues work with the same first come, first pit wristbanded policy. The Wiltern, Club Nokia, etc. For me, the Fox Theater is eerily similar in layout to the Wiltern in LA. Which do I like better? The Wiltern. Why? There's nothing wrong with the Fox, but I like the higher ceiling foyer at the Wiltern. Even though that's an old theatre too, it doesn't have that musty, aged beige glow. The Fox like the Wiltern has tiered levels on the floor and all seating on the top. I feel like the pit at the Fox is a lot bigger than the Wiltern. If you're short, you're better off standing at the front of the first or second tier vs. being in the back of the pit.. The sound is good here. I've never heard any major problems, no distortions, no dead spots in the room. They do allow compact cameras at most shows. The only merch table by the staircase is cramped. Get your gear before the show starts, because after? It's a madhouse. Drinks are not cheap. A beer is $8. If the bar downstairs is too busy, upstairs on your way to the bathroom is this closet that serves drinks and usually has zero wait time. If you want to just chill, probably the coolest things at the Fox are the bar patios. There's one upstairs outside where you can grab a drink and look over ehhh... Pomona. But it's relaxing. There's also another outdoor patio on the ground floor that's in the alley. Parking - You can look for street parking, or just make it easy on yourself and pay the $1 and park at the big lot near the train tracks that faces the Glass House. It's only a half block walk to the Fox. Some of the shows that I've been to here include Vampire Weekend, Brandon Flowers, and Phoenix. I had fun at all three and I'd come back anytime if one of my favorite bands was playing. I hope that helps!

This is the worst venue of all time. The security is full of incompetent nincompoops who don't know how to run a venue. They completely disregarded the organized lines and acted like arrogant, patronizing assholes. We were corralled like cattle into a room just to be treated like shit with security who couldn't give a rats ass about what they have to say in how to make the experience safer, easier for fans, and less stressful. This is a shithole in the armpit of California. If you have an event planned here, rethink your attendance.

Beautiful venue in Art Deco style with great views of the stage and good sound. There are several bars, including a rooftop bar, so lines were not long. Saw the Specials and they were awesome. Super show with great crowd energy in a sold-out environment. Love this band as much as I did in the 80s. Complaints: seats are so close together that your knees touch the backs of the ones in front. The restrooms are upstairs as is the merch line, so as we are going down the only staircase, many are trying to go up. No draft beer and a very small selection.

Krewella; Saturday, March 15. Nothing WOW'd me at the Fox Theater. It was okay.. the line (which looked like it was non stop), wrapped around the building but it only took about 20-30 minutes to get in around 10pm. $8-$10 for a can of beer.. you better pregame. As soon as we walked in, our group headed to the bathroom upstairs to which we find it is an INDIVIDUAL bathroom. The line took forever to move. We paid for the pit and stayed for only a little. Ended up going upstairs for a majority of the time. The pit got WAY too crowded you would be stuck once you got in. I did like the rooftop area just to catch some air and the seating upstairs if your feet get a little tired from standing around. Would only come back to this venue if i absolutely needed to.
