I saw the reviews, and was very excited to see somewhere having Chicago styled pizza, and I'm a big fan of Sicilian. We got the standard pepperoni, and they are the thicker cups that hold on to flavor and grease, which is what you want. However, the highlight. The #1 best thing was.... The ranch. Good lord, this is hands down some of the best ranch I've had, and I can't recommend it enough for dipping pizza in. We took this home, so we didn't get to try it right out of the oven, but they were finishing it when we picked it up. One thing that I can say I was a lil disappointed with, the undercarriage got a bit burnt. I like a lil extra crispy, but the flavor itself left a burnt taste, and some of the pepperonis got a bit too charred and left that same burnt taste. The salt was another thing that we noticed, it was a bit toooooo much. Overall it is good to see that there is Chicago style pizza here, and I'd imagine if we would of gone with the ricotta and hot honey this might have been even better.

This pizza is ridiculous and totally insane... that is to say... AMAZING!!!!!! OMG. Just order one. The crust is off the charts. This is as close to Chicago's Pequod's Pizza as you're ever going to get around here. We had the sweet-n-savory pineapple, jalapeno and bacon... and sweet mother of all things good and right I gained about 20 pounds just from looking at it. TOTAL TREAT and worth every last calorie. Crazy good. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Best pizza I’ve ever had hands down! You may think “deep dish” and think greasy heavy dense pizza but not here. The crust is light and airy, and the ingredients are thoughtfully distributed in every bite, not overloaded. The salty little cupped pepperonis combined with creamy ricotta and the hot honey are what dreams are made of. Not to mention the perfectly crispy cheese around the crust which is what Detroit style is all about. Get your order in early for a full pie, they do sell out regularly. The guy running the place really knows his stuff and I wish him the best because he’s got something special here, no doubt about it!

Google
If you want great pizza, this is the place. Also when you make pizza this great, everyone wants it which makes it a longer wait. People have to stop crying about the time it takes for good food to be prepared. You’re not the only one who wants it lol. The owner is kind and the staff is great too. I have had some amazing pies here and can’t wait for the next visit!

This pizza is a must try, absolutely delicious!!! Can’t find anything else like it in Fort Collins. Just wish it was open more often! 😆

This was by far the best pizza I have ever put in my mouth! The flavors were incredible and the crust had an awesome texture as well. We had the Fancy Pepperoni it was amazing!!

Google
Postcard Pizza is amazing. The best pizza in town. It's so flavorful! It is a separate business inside Equinox Brewing, so you won't see a sign for Postcard from the street. To make something this great and grand, it takes time, so plan ahead when you order and look at their hours. If you haven't heard of Detroit-style pizza as I had not before eating here, it is a rectangular, deep-dish pizza known for its thick, airy crust with a crispy, caramelized cheese edge. They can put dollops of ricotta cheese on top, which is a delicious touch. You won't be disappointed.

Google
Wow! Just wow! I grew up in the Midwest and this pizza is bomb! The crust is amazing and the different toppings they offer. Perfection! I was super excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. Wish they were open more!

Yelp
Quite possibly the best pepperoni pizza I've ever tasted. The whipped ricotta topped with hot honey was a delightful surprise that broke up the amazing salty cheesy madness going on below. A taste explosion for your mouth.

Yelp
Postcard Pizza is tucked inside a microbrewery, and while the brewery didn't have any hard ciders (a little disappointing if you're not a beer person), the space itself was clean, had plenty of seating, and felt relaxed. Ordering is all done at a kiosk, and you get a text when your food is ready. It's quick-serve with no table service, which honestly works well here. If you're someone who prefers minimal interaction or just wants a no-fuss dining experience, this setup is perfect. They also have an order-ahead option if you want to dine in without waiting around. Now for the important part: the pizza. We tried the hot honey pepperoni and the buffalo chicken. The hot honey pepperoni was seriously excellent, the pepperonis had that perfect crispy edge, and the crust was spot-on. The buffalo chicken was also solid. What stood out was that it wasn't drowning in the usual Frank's Red Hot; the sauce actually had some personality. We got two smalls and had plenty to take home! Overall, this place is a great low-pressure option with some of the best pizza we've had in a while. If we're back in the area, we're definitely coming again.

Yelp
The best pizza in town. Hands down. It's inside Equinox brewing which is great because it's great beer. The service and ordering system is smooth and easy. Don't hesitate to try!!

Yelp
I've ALWAYS wanted to leave a review for this amazing pizza, but I always feel I need to post a photo. The pizza is out of this world! We were always so excited to eat it and realized we hadn't taken one. It's always been a "get in my belly" moment! I was very intent on getting that photo this time and the pie was so VERY photogenic. It tasted even better than ever, if that was even possible. I am now a Detroit style pizza lover! But, just know after further research, the D style is not all created equally. Postcard Pizza is THE BEST and made with love. We have many Postcard Pizza favorites, but our all time favorite is the cheese pizza. We can't wait for the BBQ pulled pork to make the regular menu. If you see it as a special, get it! The best way to order is to preorder through the website and choose your time for pickup or you'll have to wait longer and I can't even imagine what that is like!

Yelp
Hearing the words "Fort Collins pizza" has always been a pain-point for me. When I moved to Fort Collins years ago, the lack of a good pizza was nothing short of heartbreaking. As of yesterday, I thought I had tried every pizza joint in the area, but I had not. Enter Postcard Pizza. Hidden away in Equinox brewing just next to Old Town square, I was recommended Postcard Pizza by a friend who described their experience as "life-changing". I have no better words to describe it. From the pizza dough, to the sauce, to the crusted cheese corners and sides, the toppings, the texture, the mouthfeel...This was a DAMN good pizza. If this pizza was a 10 (and it was), the distance from 9 to 10 is so vast that it has never, and will never be traveled. I shared it with a friend (her first time here as well) who has lived in Fort Collins her whole life. We both ate in complete silence, entranced at the symphony being played on our tastebuds. Square after square, bite after bite, until I broke the silence. With tears in my eyes, I asked her, "Are we in heaven? Is this the end?" Memories of a childhood I don't even know belonged to me came rushing back. Suddenly I was 8 years old, dancing around my parents living room with Alan Jackson's "Should've Been a Cowboy" playing on the stereo. I felt sunlight dance on my skin for the first time. Is life itself folding in on this pizza? Atoms splitting, light being projected into and out of my eyes, energy radiating from one heart to the next. Scales of prejudice fell from me. The walls I've inadvertently put up to protect myself from hurt, the same walls which have shielded me from comfort, came crashing down around me. I felt; I saw God, and He was a pepperoni. All the wars, religious debates, famines, deaths...all the love, children being born, cats sleeping in windows, the brisk air on a November morning...This whole thing called life. It all made sense. I made sense of it all. I found the meaning of life hidden between the sauce and the cheese of this pizza. Pizza guy in the red shirt, I never got your name, but you have single handedly changed the trajectory of my life. Fort Collins pizza has been solved. TL;DR: good pizza, will be back. May cause an existential crisis.

Yelp
Not to post another review of the outstanding Detroit style pizza coming out of this tiny little kitchen inside of equinox brewery. They never let me down, had a sausage, red pepper pizza last night, delicious. Along with the delicious beer from equinox. This was a match made in heaven

Jimmy R.

Yelp
Amazing pizza with that perfect Detroit-style crust (but better)--crispy edges and fluffy center. Super friendly staff, the owner, Jeff, is such a vibe, and the atmosphere at Equinox Brewery is unbeatable. Grabbed the spicy pepperoni and it was delicious! I will be back for more pizza and a brew when I'm in town.

Yelp
Below average pizza, random hours. The attached brewery is great! Fort Collins has MUCH better food options.

Yelp
I thought NYC style pizza was it, but Detroit style is the truth. This is the best pizza in Fort Collins. Fresh ingredients, great staff, awesome location. We got the pesto pie and the fancy pepperoni and both were incredible.

Ray W.

Yelp
Delicious and Addicting. Can help but repeat eat every weekend. Can't go wrong with any of them

Jeff M.

Yelp
Growing up in Detroit, I was eager to try Postcard Pizza. It did not disappoint!!! This is now my go-to pizza place in Fort Collins. And it's a very happy coincidence that I can enjoy an Equinox brew along with the pie.

Yelp
Amazing Detroit style pizza! My husband said the pesto was the best he's ever had, and I had the regular pepperoni and it was fantastic!

Brian W.

Yelp
Pizza is amazing. Wonderful representation of Detroit style. Crust is browned nicely, cheesy, and the toppings are layered wonderfully.

Melissa L.

Yelp
Not your usual pizza! I loved the variety of menu choices. We had the Tri-Colour and it was so good.

Maddie L.

Yelp
So yummy. Order online in advance or the wait can be really long but it's worth it!!!!
