"The meeting of Chaozhou and Khmer cultures gave rise to Hủ tiếu hồng phát noodles. The chả giò tôm cua (shrimp and crab spring rolls) and sủi cảo chiên (fried shrimp and pork dumplings) are great appetisers. The soft rice noodle soup comes with minced meat, liver, tiger shrimps or braised blood curd." - Michelin Inspector

Hu tieu (hu tieu nam vang) can be dry or with soup. I personally prefer the dry version (comes with a sauce to mix with the noodles) but if it’s your first time, I’d recommend the soup version to get the real taste of the dish

The food was rich in flavour, comforting, and very well prepared. The broth was fragrant and balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and generous. What truly stood out was the excellent service, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even during busy hours, the staff remained patient and efficient, making the whole dining experience very pleasant and with their recommendations. A great place for authentic local food with heartfelt service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had breakfast for 4 and ordered bao, Cambodian noodles, beef stir fry noodles, wonton noodles and prawn rice paper rolls. Food tastes great and the service is spot on attentive. Fans and air-conditioning keeps you cool. Very clean. Afterwards we got some complimentary frozen yoghurt too. Definitely would come back.

The hu tieu here is easily Michelin-level quality. While it’s on the more expensive side, the quality and portion size justify the price. We ordered hu tieu nam, hu tieu seafood, and several appetizers. The bao was excellent, soft buns with generous, well-seasoned meat. The bo kho itself was average, but the beef was tender and well cooked. Drinks were a standout, offering flavors that felt more refined and distinct compared to most other shops. Service was solid and efficient, with dishes coming out smoothly despite a full table. The staff handled orders well and kept the pace comfortable throughout the meal. The atmosphere is clean and well organized, suitable for both locals and visitors looking for a higher-end hu tieu experience. If it’s your first visit, hu tieu kho is highly recommended. This is a place that delivers on quality and is worth returning to.

Low atmosphere score due to the restaurant being very bright and playing loud American pop music. The food was very good and the staff were attentive. I recommend the pork marrow soup.

I went for the wonton noodle soup instead of the Cambodian one because it seems like they no longer serve the non-organ option. The dish is done well but nothing special. However, the pork bun is definitely a highlight. Very mouthful and delicious with all the ingredients like quail egg, salted egg, and Chinese sausage. Nice portion and careful packaging. Service and ambience is good. Not cheap but worth the price.

It's laxuary Hu Tieu restaurant, which was selected as "Selected" by Michelin. The shop were comfortable and their service was nice, very friendly and taking care of many details. I had Hu Tieu Chay (Vegetarian). It cost nearly tripple comparing to the one on the street Lol. but I found that it's completely different food and level. It tasts really good and well designed and considered. It's expensive but I don't complain because of their quality.

Best hủ tiếu in SG, especially their vegetarian one. Every time someone craves hủ tiếu, this is where we go or order from. Everyone I’ve recommended it to fell in love with it. Visited all their branches - enjoyed them all. Definitely coming back & recommending more people here

Great food. The noodle soup and pig blood was excellent . The spring roll worth trying too. The bun have two type of eggs within it, something different .
