"A rare Caribbean bird—excessively stylish yet playfully frisky—this north-coast landmark, now managed by the Oetker Collection, emerged from an extensive rebuild more dazzling than ever. Designer Martin Brudnizki conjured a grown-up bar with idiosyncratic glassware shaped like animals and vegetables and a resident DJ Tito to make cocktail hour irresistible; elsewhere, multi-level rooms and a spa built into the rock join a beach bar shaded by lipstick-red parasols.
