Sparks United Methodist Church Farmers' Market (Summertime Only)

This is a very nice Farmers Market. Someone always playing music (not most important, just nice), there's a nice mix of various produce from NV and CA, and prices more reasonable than many I've been to in this area. I won't name the markets, but this one actually has produce from farms to the public. Others are buying from grocery stores and selling at farmers markets. I've been going this whole summer and see the same farmers each week. There are also handmade goods, some commercial businesses, and many good options.

Prices at all the farmers markets in 2025 is ridiculous! Same quality at many stores now for a fraction of their price. Too many vendors selling pricey whatever that has nothing to do with fresh vegetables.

At times come here to help my mom get her stuff at the food bank, it's wonderful people that help as well🤟

It's just a small farmers market but I like it that way! The people were friendly and helpful. We loved the guy who sells the spices. He was a character and so sweet 💗 unfortunately we got there at almost closing so people were packing up or out of things (our fault not theres) so next time we will just have to go a little earlier. But the veggies were great and tasty, also got some honey, spices, and a few little cute decorations. We enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!!

I enjoy going to this market. It has a variety of fresh fruits. It doesn't have many vegetables (at least no thus far this season) but you can get your knives sharpened, purchased organic pet food and dog chews, occasionally, buy some really nice cheese and baked goods or even Tupperware. It is a nice market.

Thank you for keeping food on our table in these hard times. Always friendly clean and have their system together. better than other pantry I been to. They really do seem to truly care.

What is better than fresh local or semi-local (California) produce? What's better than being able to taste your produce before you purchase it. This Farmer's Market is open on Tuesday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm from June 8 thru Sept 26. It is close to where I live and has some of the friendliest farmers you will ever meet. I often get some fruit and make a small batch of jam that I can store in the fridge and not have to go through the canning process. The vegetables so yummy too. If you like crafts you'll need to go to a different farmers market. Vendors are friendly and the fresh fruits and vegetables are delicious. I guarantee that they don't taste like store bought. Go see what I am talking about!

Went to their Farmers Market today. It was small and very nice. I picked up some great fruit and tomatoes. Will definitely go back. People were super friendly and happy to help.

This is a sweet little market with a wide variety of produce, regeneratively raised meats, baked goods, and some craft goods. There's always music. Everyone is really friendly. There's always a coffee truck that I can't vouch for because I don't drink coffee.

A small farmers market, but sufficient for a weekday event. Very clean and well organized with friendly vendors. Plenty of close parking. Limited amount of produce vendors, but the offer a good variety of fresh produce.

This is by far, is my favorite Farmer's Market in the Reno, Sparks area. The focus is always on the fruit and vegetables. I love being able to buy my fruits and produce from the farmers. I love that there are minimal Arts and Crafts and the focus is on the fresh foods. Every Tuesday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. All the vendors are friendly and can offer advice if you need it. I do wish I would see more vegetables and fresh herbs. Some of the other vendors are Lavender, Pet Snacks, Fresh Breads and Baked Goods, and a local creamery that had ice creams by the pints. The last time I went there was a jewelry maker and knife-sharpening vendors. The fruit vendors offer samples of the fruit for you to taste. I can't wait to go back and get a variety of plumcots. Can't wait to make some jam.

Lots of beautiful produce. Friendly people. Nice level parking lot. Could not be better!

This is a great farmers market! It's on the smaller side, but still wonderful. It's conveniently located, laid out well, and has great variety! All of the vendors are pleasant and have excellent selections. The fruit is amazing, the breads are wonderful, and so much more. Everyone seems to enjoy themselves.

I haven't been yet this year...in previous years the fruit and vegetables were great. Also love the Lavender booth. The vendors all seem friendly. It's easy to park and walk around the different booths.

Great selection of fruits and better quality than the grocery store. Wish they had more vegetables, but definitely worth going there. The coffee truck makes some great drinks too!

White Peaches and White Nectarins ae now very good Sweet and flavorful. Yellow peaches not much flavor.

The Farmers Market starts June 6th and I can't wait to get my tomatoes, cherries and peaches. Very friendly vendors and fresh fruits and vegetables abound. You can not buy a tomato in the store like the ones they sell here.
