They had lon song, a fish from the Mekong River, cooked with shallots, garlic, chili, coconut milk, and pork; river crab, fish with pork grilled in banana leaves, ginger sauce, pork skin, and sticky rice.

This Hotel is amazing. First class 4-5 Stars. Services was excellent. had a king size suite that look brand new with all the comforts of home. including rain shower, stand alone bath, 65 inch TV , electronic light controls. Service was amazing what ever you needed they provided and crazy reasonable prices. Really liked free shuttle service all around town especially to the night market. Just send the WhatApp message and they come and pick you up. Rented a electric scooter from the front desk $13 for 24 hours with now hassle. Highly recommend.

This was by far our favourite place to stay in both Vietnam and Laos. The room was amazing and having pool access was great! The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast options were great and they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with breakfast pho. The shuttle service from the airport and to and from town is a great addition. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to stay again the next time we visit Luang Prabang.

My experience at MyBanLao was superb, the rooms are equipped with smart home technology, all the light controls are digital. There’s a tablet for calling room service and even wireless charger ! Every staff greets guest every time you walk past them and they are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel renovation is also very pretty that it’s so nice to take photos at. Restaurant food is fabulous , both French and Laos style cuisine available. Hotel also have it’s own massage, EV rentals and many more services to make our stay there more convenient. Highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Excellent hotel! Service top notch and if you can, meet the executive chef!!! Super nice guy and he runs the ship. Food is good and he will tailor the meals to your needs within reason. Location fantastic and very central. Highly recommend!!! Good single malt scotch selection too. Their lattes at Cafe 1960 amongst the best I’ve had.

Beautiful hotel situated a little outside the hustles and bustles of the night/morning market and palace area. Hotel offers free shuttle to/from the tourist area, although it’s actually just a 15 min walk. Staff are professional . Concierge desk is particularly helpful with I info on tours. Facility is clean. The hotel offered ua a room upgrade without us asking. Room is comfortable. Good breakfast.

What a great hotel, beautiful with a nice colonial feel to it, yet surprisingly with tech filled rooms Huge pool, reasonable gym and the sauna a huge advantage. Location wise this sits great, especially with the free shuttle service to the night markets. And to top it all, the staff are just so friendly and so ready to help. Great stay this was 👌🏻

We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation! Every single staff member was kind, welcoming and genuinely attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. We truly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, such a thoughtful convenience. A wonderful hotel that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in a courtyard room — it was incredibly spacious, with so much room to relax and spread out. The breakfast buffet was great too, with an egg station and plenty of both Western and Asian options to choose from. The onsite restaurant was impressive. It’s such a bonus having a high-quality restaurant right at the hotel, especially when the weather isn’t the best. You can sit at tables overlooking the pool. The pool itself is huge and has swim-up bar. One thing we really appreciated was the shuttle service. They drop you off in a golf cart into town during the day and to the night market in the evening. The return pick-up from the night market can be tricky because it’s so busy and honestly it’s often easier to just grab a tuk tuk, but the daytime shuttle to anywhere you need to was great. The night market blocks off half the main road so if you having dinner/drinks down the other end (near 3 Nagas) you will need to walk all the way through the market to get to pick up point for shuttle - it's way easier to get Tuk Tuk from that end rather than walk through packed market. All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach with any questions. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with lots of thoughtful touches and great service. We would stay again for sure.
