Detroit style pizza and it did not disappoint. The crust is thick but light, with crispy edges that are honestly the best part. Sauce is rich, cheese is gooey, and toppings are generous without feeling too heavy. The meatballs were flavorful and juicy, and the fried eggplant added a great texture crispy outside, soft inside. Also appreciate that they offer a gluten-free pizza option. Filling, comforting, and perfect for sharing with friends. Would come back. 🍕 Kids friendly

Great pizza! Great service. Thanks other Chris for being awesome as only another Chris can! The Half Brooklyn Bridge and Prospector was amazing. The Bridge was great but the Prospector half had my heart. Nothing like chilis on pizza to make me happy. Meat balls were nice and tender and we ate far to many eggplant frys for our own good. We will most likely enjoy the rest of this pie watching the games Sunday. Go Texans! Yes. I know. We ain't init.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff even when my party couldn’t decide to eat in or take out. They let us sit at the bar with our takeout order last minute and pull up a chair. Brews were good and of course the pizza was BUSSIN. I’m no expert on Detroit style pizza but I know good ingredients and technique. We got the chicken pesto and Italian slice with prosciutto on it. Slightly crispy but fluffy crust. Amazing mix of cheeses. Overall delicious slices. The Italian slice was my personal favorite but both were great. Eggplant fries were also flavorful and not greasy. All in all, nice atmosphere and great food. Definitely check it out

Amaaazing! I’ve had Blue Pan on my list for over a year and finally got to try it today. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, even offering to move the shades when the sun was beaming. The menu was explained to us thoroughly and the food couldn’t have been better. I tried the pizza of the month (Bella Trifecta) and am so sad knowing it’s not a permanent menu item because it was that good! My husband got the lunch special which was such a great deal. We will definitely be back! 😊

I’d been hearing of this place for awhile now, and it did not disappoint! Phenomenal Detroit style pizza with an exceptionally flavorful crust. The pizza slices on the Detroit are big as well, so a small 4 piece may still be enough to split. Got a large half and half Detroit style with the Brooklyn Bridge and San Marzano pizzas. I’m a sucker for a pesto and chicken pizza, so the San Marzano was my fav. But the Brooklyn Bridge was great too. Especially those ricotta dollops. Shoutout to a great pizza sauce too, not always easy to find. Fast and friendly service and a nice ambiance. Don’t get to Denver too much, but will try to come back to try more and their NY style.

Really good Detroit style. It’s my first time having this style actually, and I really like it. Probably best pizza in Denver for what it’s worth. Def a bit on the pricier side is the only downside for me. I already thought $25 or more was already a lot for a pie unless i’m in NYC. Last time i went it was a likkle burnt, but still vv good. So far i’ve been maybe 5-6 times.

Absolutely stunning pizza! 🍕 I love pizza with thick bread and Detroit pizza is my favorite. I would recommend to go straight to the famous one: Brooklyn Bridge. While other flavors are great, the OG with pizza sauce, pepperoni + sausage and whipped ricotta is just fantastic. The portions are big, we couldn’t finish 1 small pizza (2 people), because we ordered a side dish (artichoke dip!), so come here with big appetite. I can’t wait to come back, up to the hype ❤️🧚🍕

Top-notch pizza. I generally do not have Detroit style pizza which is a thick crust with crispy edges. My table ordered three different types of pizza but by far the standout was the one with prosciutto balsamic glaze and fig. I cannot wait to go back and have that pizza again. The location has an attached parking lot and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Inside there is a casual atmosphere with a relatively small dining area. The service was incredible and fast into the pizza was memorable. PS they have hot honey to put on top of the pizza.

The food here is always top notch -- my favorite pizza in Denver. Unfortunately, I was grabbing takeout for my brothers birthday and the host who was checking me out was incredibly rude (and wrong). 1. I asked her to confirm which pizza she charged me for (since I had changed my choice at the last minute) and she waved me off to say she already updated it but then proceeded to charge me for the wrong one anyways. 2. I checked the box to see if they had added the ricotta to the pizza (you should always add ricotta if it doesn't come with it) but noticed that the basil was missing from the Mountain Top pizza I ordered -- I asked if it was supposed to come with basil and she pulled out a menu, read it, and told me I was wrong. I left feeling bad for wasting her time and being annoying, but then checked the menu and realized I was right. Overall not the biggest deal and food was still good, but the service was rude enough that I'll re-think dining in and make sure to stand my ground and double check everything when picking up.

Okay, first off I have to say that this place came highly recommended to my husband and I from several people and I have no idea why we waited so long to go. It definitely lived up to the hype. To the full extent. We arrived and knew there would be a wait. We didn't have a reservation and it was a busy Friday night. No problem. We put in our name and went across to the street for a drink while we waited for the table to open up. We were in no rush so this worked out well. Once out table was available I got a text and we showed up within 5 minutes. Seated immediately by the nice hostess. Also immediately our server, Alex, arrived at our table, handed up menus and said he would be with us in just a moment. We glanced over the menus and kind of had an idea what we wanted but weren't dead set on it. Alex came back over and asked if we had been in before, which we hadn't. So then he was psyched to give us the rundown on the menu, the pizzas, his suggestions, what is popular, etc. I loved it. I felt so confident in him that I left him to pick my beer choice based on what we ordered to eat. He did a great job. We ended up ordering the eggplant fries. They come served with a garlic aioli and their house marinara. That marinara was AMAZING. Then we got the Little Rose Detroit style pizza but we added green chiles to give it a little kick. It was great. Nice heat between the green chiles and Mike's hot honey. It was delicious!!!! I never eat the crust of pizza but this one, wasn't really crust. It was cheese. And ohhh so delicious cheese it was. At the end he suggested some cannolis, even to go in case we couldn't eat them then but the thought of more food sounded overwhelming. I was so full. Overall, fantastic meal. Great service! Really cool vibe to the place. Can't wait to come back.

4.5! This was our favorite place we ate at during a recent trip to Denver. I love that they can do half-and-half for their pizzas. A small (8 pieces) is definitely enough for 2 people! I also appreciated that their menu had explanations of the different types and their top sellers. Mmm that crust! I did want to sub pepperoni and prosciutto for chicken since my partner doesn't eat pork, and was surprised that it wasn't a free substitution since it's both meat.

Best pizza I've had in denver so far! Usually I'm not a thick crust pizza person but I still thought their Detroit style was scrumptious. Their tavern style was also really great. The line/wait is often very long (since it's so good) but their takeout is usually fast and easy.

This review will affect Italians, Italian Americans. I love pineapple on pizza! The Sweetie Pie is heaven in a pizza box. Detroit style is also so underrated, I love how each slice is so heavy and packed with flavor. If you like sweet and spicy, this is your pie. Been going here since before the pandemic and they never disappoint! Mouth is watering as I write this. Love this local spot, they've been a staple for Congress Park.

When Blue Pan first opened, the hype was too much for me. We waited a few months and braved a long queue. It was tasty and of good quality, but didn't really ring my bell. Fast forward to 2025. It'd been years. Our group of four hit up Blue Pan before a show. You can split a large Detroit-style pie into two half-specialty pizzas and that was the way. Between Brooklyn Bridge, Johnny Primo, Mountain Top, and Parma Italia, everyone was as full as happy when we waddled out with our leftovers. We decided to hit up Blue Pan last Sunday, early afternoon. No line. Yes. We were asked to sit at the airy table abutting the door/host stand, and asked if we could wait for one of the the two dirty ones on the back wall to be cleaned. No rush. That didn't go over well, but everyone else was super nice. Once again, I chided myself for not coming here more often. Our basic Detroit style featured delicious sauce, crispy cheesy edges, and a crust that beats a lot of the Detroit style in town. I'd heard that Blue Pan's tavern style pizzas were among the best around Denver, as well. Like Grabowski's at the Source (RIP) good. Gotta say, while it was good, it wasn't memorable. I regretted my choice a little in comparison to our other pizza. The crust wasn't too crispy but a little thick. Same great sauce and the cupping pepperoni was on point. Blue Pan has always offered a stellar beer list with choices that stand out beyond the generic macro-micro. I enjoyed a Trillium Congress Street IPA, some of Massachusetts's and the country's finest. Its Bizarro world New England counterpart, Narragansett Lager, is also available on draft. Buzzkill: I appreciate the kitchen staff, but it's not my job to pay them. Boo added fee. Four stars.

Blue pan pizza was my favorite meal during a recent trip to Colorado! The food is fantastic, despite how it looks like crust is really airy with a nice crunch. We had the Brooklyn bridge which was nice and meaty topped with a creamy ricotta. The service is amazing and they're very willing to walk you through the menu and their popular items. The overall decor feels really homey, like you're sitting down to eat at a family members home. This is a must visit if you're ever in Denver!

Love Detroit style pizza. It's just funny how I love it everywhere outside of Detroit. I had an awesome experience in Nashville. And now, Denver. Yes, you read that right. the mile high city in Colorado. As usual, starting it off with parking. Easy enough. There's street parking and a lot - pulled right in. This was on a weeknight - don't know what it's like on the weekends. The service was excellent. Attentive. Friendly. Efficient. Helpful - just a sunny disposition. Don't remember her name as this was last month - but she and her team, took care of business. Then there was the food. See pics. Started with a salad that was more than enough for two people. Fresh ingredients and enough dressing so that there was enough from top to bottom. The pizza was awesome. The dough prepared well - not over or underdone. Loved how airy it was - pillow like. Yet a little crispy bite. Toppings and sauce evenly spread out so there was something in every bite. Everyone has a different palate and there's a bunch of different combinations to choose from - and I'm pretty sure you can just make your own. Guess you just have to like the dough - which I loved. Enough that I'd definitely go back and try other pies.

Blue pan pizza food truck came to my apartment complex and I just tried the regular cheese bread with marinara sauce. I was a little bit skeptical, but it was beyond amazing. The food took around 30 minutes to make however it was so worth it because that cheesy bread was delicious. I would happily order it again.

The wait time for this place was over an hour, and people were definitely waiting. The wait time for something to go was an hour as well, so we just waited for seating. I wasn't sure on the selection of beers, they gave me tasters which was nice. We got a half and half order, I don't remember the flavors. I liked that the edges were nice and crunchy. But my friend hyped this place up, and I suppose If you're local and haven't been to Jersey recently, the taste here is top notch. They had the game up on all screens, so people outside waiting were watching the games. For the state you're in, this place was pretty good.

I was stoked to go back here after three years, and while I was still happy overall, it didn't wow me like it did the first time. We got half Brooklyn Bridge and half Little Rose. The pizzas still had great crust, tasty toppings and flavor. I would still recommend this spot for anyone wanting to try it for the first time. There is a very long wait time, so be prepared. The open air restaurant was welcome and the chatter was lively with the sports games on the TVs.

Pretty awesome place! I would give it a 4.5 but idk how to work yelp. The food here was delicious! I had the Margarita di Napoli and it was super yummy. The service was quick and easy. The only improvement is that the wait for the restaurant and the size of the restaurant. We had to wait 45 minutes (not super long in my opinion), probably because theres not much seating. Thats all. Would recommend for a nice, casual night out.

**June 2025: Wednesday Evening Visit** When I was initially researching restaurants for my 8 state road trip I knew that I had to kick it off strong. Blue Pan Pizza was highly regarded in my research as it's won many awards locally and internationally so I made it a point to include it on my list. My friend and I had just landed an hour earlier so we were famished. Thankfully when we arrived we were able to find a parking spot pretty easily and were seated within 5 minutes (despite the restaurant being very busy for a Wednesday night). The space is very homey and I can see it being a frequented local spot. The menu was kind of overwhelming as they have four different styles of pizza. Nevertheless, we decided to share a Small Square (4 pieces) of the Brooklyn Bridge and I think a large Magnolia Salad (with goat cheese substitution for feta), which was more than enough to fill both of us. Wow! This was one of my favorite meals on my recent summer roadtrips! The riccota cheese was fluffy and creamy, the pie itself was doughy, but pillowy and crispy at the same time. All the ingredients worked wel together and the salad was a great way to include some veggies in this meal. Overall, I had a fantastic time and I definitely want to come back to Denver to try other pies here. It's a winner in my book!

Delicious Detroit style pizza! I could definitely have done a small instead of a large but otherwise no regrets. Expect a long wait at peak times (or maybe always??) but it was a good opportunity to check out the wine bar on the corner! The space was small so I wouldn't be inclined to bring small children here during peak times if they can't stay in their seat the whole time.

Ah, Blue Pan took my Detroit style virginity with their GLUTEN FREE crust. This was such a treat! Gluten free dough/bread/pizza is so tricky and this crust was to die for. Thick enough to hold all the toppings, yet not dense, with crunchy edges! Slightly disappointed because they no longer have the GF breadsticks (but can make the "good dog" GF). Props for labeling as GF too! Server was kind and the place was hopping (busy!!!).

lue Pan Pizza has a lot of hype around its Detroit-style pies, and while it was good, it didn't quite live up to the expectations for me. The crust was definitely the highlight--crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, just like it should be. I tried the Brooklyn Bridge and the Little Rose, and both had solid flavor, though I found the sauce a bit overpowering on one of them. The atmosphere was lively but a little cramped, especially during peak hours. Service was friendly, though it took a while to get our food. It's clear they care about quality, but the wait and the noise level made it a bit less enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're craving Detroit-style pizza in Denver, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Worth trying once, especially if you're a pizza enthusiast.

There is a reason this location is rated so high, let me count the ways! Service is spot on, very friendly and helpful. Music, not too loud for the size of the location. The place appeared nice and clean. And the Pizza, the reason we came today! The Detroit style is spot on, delicious. The crust is so darn good! And for leftovers, so delicious too! Drinks, good beers and mixed drinks. Not much more to talk about! The ratings and reviews speak for themselves.

We picked up two large pizzas. They were done on time, and ordering was really easy online. We tried 4 different types of pizza; I love the fact that you can try two different pizza types per large pie. We tried the Brooklyn Bridge, Mountain Top, KOTO, and Vegetarian. We also tried the garlic bread with dipping sauce. The kids loved both meat pizzas. I loved the KOTO. This is my second time trying Detroit pizza. This time was much better than the first. I definitely like it better than Chicago style (yes, I've tried true Chicago style). It's probably tied with NY style, but well done Napoletana is hard to top IMO, but I digress. Overall, the pizza was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh and the crust was delicious. It was extremely filling. We'll definitely be back!

Tried Blue Pan Pizza for the first time and wow, Detroit-style pizza is amazing! The crust is thick but still super light and fluffy. I ordered the Brooklyn Bridge because it's one of their most recommended pies, and it did not disappoint. Absolutely a must-try if you're in Denver. I'll definitely be back!

If you're craving Detroit style pizza or even traditional New York style or you want both or you can't decide? Blue Pan pizza is the place to go! I'd never had Detroit style pizza until coming here, and I can definitely say I'm a convert. We got a small pizza, and it was definitely enough! What I particularly love about Blue Pan pizza is that they are happy to let you get half and half toppings, and they don't charge you extra for it. We got pepperoni and the Rocky Mountain, which is essentially a supreme. We also got the large arugula salad, and let me tell you the salad is pretty big. Definitely enough for a meal on its own. They were packed when we stopped in, but thankfully there were two seats at the bar. Service was wonderful and very very helpful. Will be back!

The pizza here is fine. If you're a fan of deep dish pizza, you can eat here and probably won't be disappointed. My problem, is that I've eaten at several other restaurants that do this exact style pizza, but do it better than here. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge pizza, which is a square deep dish pizza "topped with Brick Cheese, Chopped Garlic, Cupping Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Red Sauce, Ricotta." I'm pretty sure there was zero chopped garlic on our Pizza, and like I mentioned before, both Sodough Square in Orlando, FL, and Naked City Pizza in Las Vegas do it better than here. We got a side of hot honey, which to me, tasted like just plain honey with zero heat. (A lack of heat & spice seemed to be a trend with the Colorado restaurants we visited while in town). The reason I'm knocking one star off of my rating, is because we ordered a small Greek salad, and it was VERY small. For $11, where I'm from, a salad should be larger than this. Just a heads up for any salad lovers who might be reading this. If we lived here, we would probably still eat here once in a while, but as tourists, if ever in the area again we would try somewhere different next time.

I'm normally a NY style pizza fan and tried Detroit style pizza for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The dough was airy, fluffy with a great chew! The service from the team was amazing. There was a little wait on a Sunday night near closing time (we arrived at 7:50, the wait was 30 mins and they close at 9). We decided on what to order while waiting and ordered as soon as we sat down. The dining room was clean and open. Beers tasty and so were the food. The eggplant fries was something to call home about and I'm still dreaming about it. We ordered the Large Brooklyn Bridge and this particular one was a bit too greasy and salty to my taste. Flavor was there for sure. I will have to come back and try some of their other offering... maybe the ones w arugula might cut the oil a bit. Overall an excellent experience and happy I finally got a chance to try them out.

Yummy Detroit style pizza, which a deep dish pie. I'm not usually a fan of thick crust, but Blue Pan is the exception. The crust is almost pastry like, it's crunchy, and so flavorful, the sauce is tangy and the Wisconsin brick cheese has a hint of Swiss cheese and the toppings were all delicious. I have chased the food truck at different breweries, but this was our first time eating in this restaurant. We got lucky at lunch. There was no wait. Expect a 90 minute wait for dinner, why I find where the truck is... Great service and cool art on the walls. The pepperoni is wonderful and the cremini mushrooms are fresh and plentiful. The gardinera peppers were plentiful. The sausage is great, but the pepperoni is the star here. The small Greek pizza was filled with fresh ingredients. I'd love if it was more chopped, but it was all delicious. I'm obsessed with Blue Pan Pizza!

Met up with one of my husband's childhood friends and we ordered the Little Rose Detroit style and Brooklyn Detroit style pizza along with a small Greek salad. The pizzas were delicious. Absolutely loved both but liked the hot honey in the little rose more. Such flavorful crusts and thick pepperonis. The flavors on both were perfectly balanced. Service was nice also. We went on a Wednesday at 6pm and waited 45 minutes but it was well worth it!

Blue Pan is my go to for pizza here in Colorado. The best I've had. My favorite is obviously any of the Detroit style specialty pizzas. Lately I have been favoring the gold hill & sweetie pie.The menu is chock full of delicious apps & so many specialties to choose from. All their pizzas are customizable with different toppings. Half & half options so you can eat your way through all the different sweet salty & savory combinations. They also serve up gluten free options here, as well as tavern or New York style pizza. Servers are all knowledgeable of menu & the space is always super clean. The vibe here majority of the time is crowded. Cozy up get to the know the person next to you. There's always the usual Hustle & bustle of the delivery orders and locals catching up. It's what looks like a Full bar and extensive drink menu. I myself am not a big drinker, but Grab a nice tall one & enjoy a square or two or three. Check em out!

Blue pan pizza was one of the best pizzas I've had. We opted to go with the Detroit style which they are famous for. For being a thicker crusted pizza it was airy and light. The edges had a great crust. Must try while in Denver.

Blue Pan Pizza in Denver is incredible. Their Detroit-style pizza is the best I've ever had--crispy edges, perfect crust, and loaded with flavor. I love the neighborhood and the laid-back feel of the place, and the service is always top-notch. I've been there multiple times, and not once have I been disappointed. Easily one of my favorite spots in Denver.

I'm honestly mad at myself for not coming here sooner because I understand why blue pan pizza is a fan favorite. My brother and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon because we were craving pizza and I knew blue pan is talked about highly. We ordered the: - Louie Louie (New York style) - Eggplant Fries Those eggplant fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and eggplant still had the perfect bite to it. The pizza we chose was perfect! Extra cheesy and flavorful. The crust could have been a littttle crispier in the middle but that's alright it's not the end of the world. This is a smaller location so be aware if you're going at peak times as it will be a longer wait. The staff helping were great and full of recommendations. We will be back!!

I loved this place. I had the magnolia salad and the Brooklyn Bridge pizza. I loved them both. The salad was refreshing and a great start to the meal. My one little ding is that my pizza came out moments after my salad. I would have liked a little more time between the two. The Brooklyn Bridge pizza was great; the ricotta cheese was the star of the show . The crust was amazing. I will definitely go back when I am in Denver.

We got to try Blue Pan Pizza for lunch and were quickly seated for lunch with a party of 2. We ordered the eggplant fries and a large Detroit style pizza half and half 313 and Parma Italia. The fries were BOMB, would absolutely get them again, the aioli and marina combo was delicious. We really enjoyed the pizza, I personally preferred the Parma Italia because I like the red sauce on this za. Overall really good and excited to come back and try more! Spot is small and not a ton of large party seating so be prepared to wait if you have a large group!

As someone who has had the pleasure of recently visiting Detroit and experience the original Buddy's, Blue Pan is the Denver solution for your Detroit-style pizza craving. Staff are kind and quick to assist, especially when it is PRIME time and the place is packed. Pretty casual spot with bar seating, options of tables from 2 to 4+. Our go-to is splitting the half size Cesar salad (perfect size for 2) and then order 2 pizzas, usually one Detroit-style and one NY. You just can't go wrong with anything that has hot honey or ricotta dollops! Our faves are: Little Rose, the Brooklyn Bridge and earlier in summer 2025 tried the Summer Sting (which I loved and thankfully took a picture so I can replicate in the future). Denver has a handful of good spots for pizza and Blue Pan is definitely one of them.

We have delivery, carry out and eaten at the Blue Pan Congress Park location, each time delicious! This location is never not busy and always has about an hour wait, it is worth it though. Have only tried the Detroit style pizza and just love it. Brooklyn Bridge is our old standby, but we will switch it up and try different Det pizzas, the Fisher Freeway is a new favorite. Ricotta on pizza is a match made in heaven IMO. We usually order two smalls to get the perfect amount of crust and leftovers for two people.

The pizza is delicious! The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a bar you can sit at and eat or you can sit at the tables. The one downfall is the limited space/seating. But if you have to wait - it is totally worth it!

Let me tell you about my favorite pizza in Denver! I used to live here and coming back to blue pan is a staple in every trip I take. The whipped ricotta topping is literally a love language. We enjoyed the little rose and had to add the whipped ricotta on top, naturally. The Detroit style crust is sooo good. And that hot honey truly is chefs kiss. Thank you for dinner!

Just so good. I'm not normally a Detroit Style pizza guy but I saw this in the One Bite app ( Dave Portnoy) You can get NY style but I wouldn't know what that tastes like. Lol. We've been here twice from CA and we'll come back here any chance we get

Came here with a group of co-workers on Saturday. This was my second time here. Very happy with the meal that we had. The pizza and salads were excellent. The service was pretty good and the food came out quickly. The only thing to be mindful of is getting a table takes some time. They are extremely busy and this is a small location. Expect to wait awhile. For starters we had the magnolia salad with chicken and goat cheese, 9.3/10. We also had an order of the eggplant fries, needed to be cooked a little longer 7.3/10. For pizza we had the 3-1-3, wonderful! 10/10. We also had a Brooklyn bridge and added green chilis for a little spice 9.4/10. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back in the near future!

Great pizza place in Denver! We loved both the Detroit style pizza and the thin crust pizza. Both pizzas were flavorful. I do prefer the thin crust a bit more. The topping on the Detroit pizza was really good! Parking on the street and great service!

Never in my life have I had such incredible pizza and service...let's start there. Our waitress was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, especially when we were a little overwhelmed by the menu. She offered great suggestions that turned out to be spot-on. The drinks were strong (in the best way), and honestly, for the price, totally worth it. You definitely get your money's worth. Yes, we waited about 30 minutes to be seated, but we didn't mind one bit -- there's a cute little ice cream shop right across the street that kept us entertained. By the time we left, we were stuffed and so happy. The whole experience was a win. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and charming -- with just the right touch of rustic flair. This place is an absolute must-visit.

I'm in town visiting family and we came here for dinner. There was an hour wait list but it ended being shorter. Our server was friendly and the place had cute neighborhood spot vibes. We ordered a Detroit style half Brooklyn Bridge and half Gold Hill. I wasn't a fan of the BB; the pepp didn't have any flavor and seemed undercooked because it was softer than I'm use to. The sauce was watery. The Golden Hill was definitely better.

I've lived in America since 1988. I just experienced the Crocodile Dundee version of "that's not a knife, this is a knife" but for Pizza. Detroit style pizza is seriously the most amazing pizza I've had including the multiple times I've had pizza in Italy. I'm still perplexed how I've never experience Detroit style pizza Give it whirl. I have another reason to make a trip up to Denver Service was 10/10. It's a cool vibe

Wow. Delicious Detroit style pies, or should I say squares. We ordered the southwest BBQ with the honey heat sauce for dipping. We also ordered the Brooklyn Bridge with the cupping pepperoni, garlic, Italian Sausage, etc and it was very tasty. Be sure to get the Arancini dipped in the sugo as an appetizer! Our servers came by our table often and made sure our drinks were OK and you can have your choice of tables or booths in the dining area. I'll be back!

We LOVE this restaurant and typically have the best time here. On my latest stop here, we were quoted a wait time. About 30/40 minutes into the wait time we were told they had run out of their Detroit style pizza, and they are a Detroit style pizza place. With only 10 minutes left of our wait we decided to stick it out and try something new on the menu. Sadly it was not nearly as good as their original pizza. Wish we knew earlier about this issue so we could have left and eaten somewhere else. Sad that this awesome restaurant we LOVE put a sour taste in our mouth of having us wait a while for a table to not be able to serve what we wanted. How does a Detroit pizza joint run out of crust before 7pm?!!?

Burgers were tasty, shakes had nice flavor, and the fries were cooked just right. The place was clean with a cool vibe and good music. Service was polite, though a little rushed. Parking is only on the street. Overall, a good spot I'd come back to.

Blue pan is just a great classic. It's always crowded but we managed to snag a table fairly easily. Service is friendly. The best part is being able to do 1/2 and 1/2 on pizzas to be able to try different toppings (though, note, you can't do that with the special of the month). Detroit style pizza is amazing and their apps are also tasty. A large Detroit style with an app fed two, with a few pieces to take home.
