Had a fantastic experience, Holly the therapist was brilliant. Was bought a pregnancy massage for my birthday, emailed to see if they had availability and they booked me right in. From the moment I walked through the door I felt calmer with the lovely reception service and cosy, clean facilities. I was taken to the room, which Holly had thoughtfully picked to be away from where some roadworks were happening. Went through the massage and where I wanted to focus. And the massage, genuinely, was everything I wanted from a pregnancy massage. So comfortable, gentle pressure to help ease my lower back and tension in my neck, hands and feet, and finished with a relaxing facial and head massage. Holly was welcoming and calm, really spent time on each area, and the treatment didn’t feel rushed. I was shown the products after, alongside a complementary tea, but there wasn’t a hard upsell. Honestly a perfect experience.

Had the most amazing Hot Stone massage by Ren. I've had plenty of massages over the years, and this was my first hot stone one. From start to end the team at The House of Elemis were fantastic, warm welcome, polite and professional. Ren talked me through the massage and preferences. I felt relaxed and stress free after 60 mins of a massage I never wanted to end. There was no rush to exit after, and they provided a revitalising shot and hot herbal tea. There was no hard sale for other treatments or products, and the discretionary gratuity fee was optional, of course I pad, the service from the team was amazing, and I will be going back!

We were given very warm greetings, We were offered refreshments. The therapists were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We were given very good advices how to tweek our daily routine. The massage was absolutely amazing and the facial as well. Philippa and her colleagues were very good ambassadors for the company. I highly recommend it and we will definitely go back

Paid a visit to House of Elemis during Xmas to purchase Xmas gifts for loved ones and the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable on what to choose for family members. I would highly recommend paying them a visit for a treatment or simply to purchase products.

A little piece of luxury. My son bought me an Elemis facial for my birthday. Always a treat. I love the products (if rather expensive!) And the treatment was fabulous. Skin is discussed beforehand and my skin ended up looking wonderful, the best for ages. Lovely therapist, Amy I think, did a great job. Thank you.

A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern. The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area. After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments. Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

The place was overall warm & adorable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ve tried their hot stone message, the therapist walked me though every step of the session and I highly appreciate it as a person who loves details. If you’re looking for relaxing message with a great quality of oil on both smell & moisturising this would be perfect for you. However if you’re like me looking for something to relief your muscles sores this is definitely not for you. The experience overall was more relaxing than therapeutic.

My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.
