Kaitenzushi Nemuro Hanamaru Ginza

Very popular among tourists. The food was tasty, good quality, and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, and there’s an English menu available for those who don’t understand Japanese. I picked up a queue ticket at 5 PM and waited about 30 minutes. However, on Sunday at 6 PM, I had to wait for more than 2 hours. The queue numbers moved quickly at one point—they skipped about 10 numbers within just a few minutes 😂 So make sure to choose the right time to visit. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for good kaiten sushi.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is some of the best conveyor belt sushi. The freshness is exceptional, and the cuts are absolutely perfect — not too thin, but not overly thick either. We had dinner here on our first night in Tokyo (my second trip to Japan) and were so impressed we made sure to come back for lunch on our final day before catching our flight home. Be aware that its popularity, even with locals, means there is always a queue. On both our visits, we waited for over an hour. To sum up: it's completely worth the wait.

Visited Saturday noon, and waited 2 hours to be seated. Sushi was fresh overall, with extra premium tuna (550 yens for 2 pieces) being my favourite. Grilled salmon with charred soy sauce (418 yen for 2 pieces) was also amazing. Since you can get the queue number and go shopping nearby, the wait time isn't as bad as it sounds. The venue seems a bit louder than their KITTE location.

Really great atmosphere and the staff are extremely professional and friendly! It’s great value for money too and we spent roughly $60 for two people with 12 plates. I would say the only downside for me would be that the fish was cut a bit thick for my liking. It makes it great value for money especially when buying cuts like otoro. But I thought the mouthful would’ve been nicer with a thinner cut of fish so that the ratio of fish to rice on the nigiri is more even. Delicious nonetheless! But be prepared to wait around 100 min for a seat. We got there 5 min after opening and waited over 100 minutes. The restaurant sits in Tokyu Plaza though so you can really walk around and browse while waiting.

Another must-try conveyor-belt sushi spot in Tokyo! 🍣 Every dish I picked was incredibly fresh, clean, and absolutely delicious. I recommend coming right when the shop opens (around 10 a.m.) so you can queue early and get a seat without waiting too long. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Definitely worth the wait! Probably one of the best convey-belt sushi in Ginza. Highlights for me were Hamachi which was super high quality melt-in-your-mouth almost like Otoro. Also Unagi was very fresh with no bones and flavorful. You can choose to pick up the plates from the belt or order using the paper form - but there weren’t many options on the belt. You can register your seats through QR code and Line app first and walk around Ginza while waiting

my favorite sushi restaurant, actually located at 10th floor you can take elevator. we got the queue but need to wait 1.3-2 hours, anyway after eating feel worth to wait. love Aburi Engawa(1st photo) the most and repeatedly order for more than 3 times, rice was nice and dont make me feel full too fast so can enjoy the meal

I was not a conveyor belt but standing sushi and it was really good. I enjoyed my quick lunch and will definitely be back. Their portions are generous, easy to understand system, you fill in a card with what you want. They have English menu.
