Very good ramen and a solid recommendation. The broth was rich and well balanced, with great depth of flavor, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork is what really made this bowl stand out. It was incredibly tender, fell apart in my mouth, and was unbelievably juicy. Easily some of the best chashu I have had. You can tell they take their craft seriously.
The wait time was very reasonable. I waited about five to ten minutes, although seating is limited so a line started forming behind me and some people ended up waiting longer. That said, it moves fairly efficiently. Lots of locals were eating here as well, which is always a good sign.
Despite being close to the station, it feels more like a proper local ramen shop than a tourist place, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is simple and efficient, and service was quick and friendly. After trying a few hyped spots, this one actually lived up to expectations. Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend if you are in the area.
