Every time I’m in Bologna, I make sure to stop by my favorite coffee place. The coffee is absolutely the best. The people here are always welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. And the croissants? Simply to die for! This spot never disappoints.

Went here for breakfast and loved it! I had a cappuccino with oat milk and a lemon biscuit — such an amazing combo. My friends had pain au chocolat and we were all amazed by the size. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Definitely worth a visit!

People talking about the cafe and croissants here but we only had the dinner and enjoyed the INSANE natural wine list! Seriously, swing on by for perfect food, amazing service, great wines by the bottle or by the glass. This place is awesome!

Good coffee (it seemed like a darker roast so if you prefer filter than maybe try something else)For vegan milk they have oat milk, no othe option. We ordered croissant with vanilla pudding inside it was okay, also pain au chocolate was also okay, nothing special. But one thing I have to say - we were supper dissatified with service as we waited 20 minute for ordering. Toilets - stinky and would need a touch up renovation. One toilet had damaged seat. No desinfection for toilet seat. So food +coffee okay, but service terrible.

Great pastries and coffee. Be prepared to wait in the queue though and some options sell out if you get there late morning. Really enjoyed both the savoury pastry and sweet vanilla croissant

Bought take away pastry for breakfast and it was delicious. Got cornetto with vanilla filling and some long chocolate stick idk with and both was fantastic. Paid 10€ for 2 pcs of pastry and a box. Recommended

This is a great place to get a coffee and pastry! I have came a couple times and am pleased every time! Each drink was well crafted and had great flavor. I do appreciate a good matcha as it is not easy to find a place that prepares ceremonial grade matcha correctly but you can definitely expect to find an excellent matcha latte here. The pastry are amazing as their soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, they’re so fresh you can see the chefs taking them straight out of the oven and onto the display. One thing that is notable is the waiting system. 10 minutes after they had opened there was a line formed outside and we were told there was no space and we had to wait. Around 20 minutes after they allowed a lot of the line in and we were all seated at the same exact time. I assume this is to keep the service smooth because they don’t want confusion with so many orders so you should keep this in mind if you’re in a rush. (This was also on a weekend so weekdays are probably different) I did see some people get frustrated with this aspect but as long as you have patience, it is not a big deal and in my opinion the wait is 100% worth the delicious coffee and pastry. This place is definitely a ‘must go’ place.

Beautiful café with quality coffee and pastries Allegra quickly became our favorite spot for breakfast and snacks while visiting Bologna. The coffee is excellent, the pastries are clearly made with care, and it’s obvious this café takes its craft seriously. The interior is beautifully designed – calm, stylish, and inviting – and the service was both friendly and professional. We really felt at peace here. The only thing we didn’t love was a Danish pastry filled with peas – a curious choice. Everything else we tried was delicious. Prices are on the higher side, but for the quality, setting, and experience, it’s absolutely worth it.
