"This Latin Quarter hotel is proof that affordable doesn’t necessarily mean scruffy and outdated. Though you won’t find all the creature comforts here, first-time hotelier Vanessa Scoffier has done wonders decorating with a mostly pastel palette, vintage finds, and an overall DIY/Scandi aesthetic. Added benefits, like the super thoughtful concierge service and fresh flowers in your room each day, do go a long way. "

"Former fashion stylist and interior designer Vanessa Scoffier is the creative spirit behind the refurbishment of this intimate hotel in Paris’s 13th arrondissement. The 32 bedrooms and communal spaces are filled with vintage furniture – much of it Scandinavian – sourced by Scoffier from flea markets in Paris and abroad. Textured natural materials, such as vintage pressed-tin panels and rope light fixtures, playfully combine with patterned wallpaper and pops of bright paintwork."

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Henriëtte in a classic room with a street view. The rooms are indeed small, but very cozy with a charming, authentic Parisian feel. Everything was clean, the bathroom was practical and stocked with shower gel, shampoo and hand wash, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You can order small snacks and drinks to the room, and the reception is open 24/7, which was very convenient. We tried the breakfast one morning — it’s not very extensive, but we really enjoyed it. There was a nice mix of fresh pastries, juices, bread, cheeses and more. We definitely recommend Hotel Henriëtte to anyone. It’s located in a quiet side street away from the busy main road, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely come back!

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in the little hotel in Paris. The hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated, and reception was lovely, especially the courtyard garden. It's a very small hotel with a tiny lift, so larger travellers or people with big luggage may struggle. Our room was really lovely, and it was a good place to rest after we've spent the first days of our trip to Paris at Disneyland. The area the hotel is in is very quiet with lovely cobbled streets and plenty of nice places to eat and drink around. ||The rooms are very small. I was expecting them to be small based on it being Paris and from reading reviews, but actually at times it was tricky to find anywhere to open or store your suitcase. The bathroom didn't feel very private with glass in the door and being about half a metre away from the bed. But we managed! There was no kettle or ability to make hot drinks in the room which was a shame.

My teen daughter and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifullly presented, the staff are so friendly and helpful, giving us local recommendations when needed and we loved the location. The pretty Jardin des Plantes is nearby as is the quaint Rue Mouffetard where you'll find local shoppin, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. There are also two metros within easy walking distance. This hotel is great value for money and I would recommend it to all my friends travelling to Paris!

The hotel staff was extremely hospitable, they lent us outlet adapters and had extra toiletries at the front desk for things we had forgotten. They offered to arrange for a taxi for us the night before we checked out, so one less thing we had to worry about on our travel day. Les Gobelins was a lovely area, lots of great restaurants around within walking distance. We were right near a metro stop so it was very convenient getting around the city. The hotel itself is not on the main street, so even though there were lots of things very close, it was very quiet and restful. Breakfast was delicious! The room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel Henriette is such an adorable little oasis. It’s in the heart of the city but still easy walking distance of food and fun! The hotel staff was outstanding & really went out of their way to make my stay special. Would hands down recommend this hotel!

Google
The hotel is beautiful , there are a lot of nice little details that make it very special , like the glass water bottle that you can re fill at the bottom of the stairs with still or sparkling water , the nice lobby and more, but the most outstanding thing about this place is the service of the people at the front desk , they are extremely nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Paris and taking transportation if needed. I would totally go back to this hotel on my next visit. Merci :)

Google
Great boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood! Very close to the 7 metro line and walking distance to many restaurants. The rooms were clean and charming with a very attentive staff. Has an elevator, free water refill station, AC, and cute patio area. Highly recommend!

Google
I had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff provided outstanding service, and the interior is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere.||||The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t quite meet expectations. I would recommend exploring nearby cafés or local bakeries for a better breakfast experience.||||Overall, a great stay and I would happily return!

Yelp
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Henriette! It was hip and adorable! We loved the staff and the courtyard view from our room. The bed was super comfy. I am going to recommend this fabulous hotel to all of our friends!

Yelp
This was my first stay at the Hotel Henriette and I really enjoyed it. Located on a quiet street, but very close to Rue Mouffetard, metro, stores and all of the entertainment. Beautiful park nearby. People at the front desk were very welcoming. Very nice and thoughtful design and pretty view of the courtyard from the room where I have stayed. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The prices are fair and very reasonable. Hotel offers tea cattle and yoga mat that you can use in the room. Bedding is nice and comfortable. I loved my stay and hope to be back.

Yelp
This boutique hotel is lovely and the personnel are wonderful, helpful, and multi-lingual. There's a picturesque little garden in the back and a nice breakfast spread. The rooms are small but clean and very charming. The street is quiet and close to the metro. Often at a fair price point (less $200/nt) would highly recommend!

Yelp
Hotel Henriette was an absolute pleasure. The design is beautiful and the space has a special sort of calming energy. They have fresh mini croissants at the desk, which was a lovely touch, and the staff couldn't have been nicer to two delirious people fresh off a red-eye. I personally am obsessed with the garden, it really is so beautiful in person. The beds were comfortable and outfitted with high quality linens. The shower head felt so luxurious I almost wanted to ask where they bought it. The location is great, right by the Rue de Gobelins Metro, and within walking distance of many great restaurants. We especially liked walking on Rue Moffetard, which has endless market stands plus lots of restaurants. It feels very safe and there is someone at the desk twenty-four hours. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning just for sheer convenience. They have two options: a basic breakfast with coffee, juice, and two pastries or an upgraded breakfast that includes all that plus all pastries/meat/cheese/hard boiled eggs. We did both options and fell in love with the fresh apple juice that was one of our choices. The charm of Hotel Henriette cannot be overstated, it really is so special. Merci, Hotel Henriette!

Yelp
Can you book a room in Paris for 69€? Apparently yes. And even in a boutique hotel. Hotel Henriette proves that living beautifully doesn't cost a fortune. The small hotel is located on a charming cobblestoned street. The area is not that interesting, but Les Gobelins Metro is located within 100 meters. Hotel Henriette is build upon the vintage-style. The color combinations are mostly pastels which I like. It creates a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are not big, but hey: They are perfectly fine. Everything works. The bed is comfortable and the bath perfect. This is really a gem in Paris. The hotel is unique and the service is really personal. Could not have asked for more.

Yelp
Loved it so much, that we came back after we missed our flight and had to find an emergency hotel. The front desk reception was extremely friendly. I love that they have a whole basket of mini croissants and pastries! Our rooms (because we had two) were tastefully decorated and clean! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms new. I'd say the rooms were also a decent size, nothing extravagant but definitely comfortable for two people. I'd highly recommend staying here not only for the hotel but because of location, it's proximity to the metro and the amazing Moroccan restaurant across the street!

Yelp
Verged on a four and five for Hotel Henriette. They're providing great value with these very tiny but very stylish hotel rooms in an up and coming area in Paris. Check out my photos, it is almost exactly how I would decorate by house if I had a windfall. It's about a 40-minute walk to the centre of Paris, which didn't bother us, but may not suit other travellers. There's a light breakfast of cereal and croissants provided in the adorable room overlooking the courtyard. I felt a bit icky when the staff at the counter were pressuring me into writing a review for them when we checked out.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Paris. It was so nice and clean! The decore is really pretty and hip. I wish my home was decorated in a similar style. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke to us in English. I wanted to practice my French but I always got really nervous and shy. The staff gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. The hotel is really close to the metro station, so getting around is pretty easy. Although we ended up walking most of the time to explore the city. If we ever come again, we will stay here!

Yelp
Really cute, clean boutique hotel in Paris. The reception area and rooms are really stylish, and although the rooms are quite small, they are cosy, clean and perfect for a city break. We had several double rooms and the suite in our party, and all of the same quality. Beds are very comfortable! It's also really reasonably priced! One thing to note, as I didn't see this mentioned anywhere, the rooms do have a hair dryer! Another thing to note is that the lift is TINY! Two people can fit in the lift, and the hotel is 6 floors, so if you aren't able to walk the stairs, it can be quite a wait for the lift. Also, the WIFI is terrible, it was so intermittant and could rarely get on it. Would be good if they could get that sorted.

Yelp
Absolutely adored our stay here! The first plus is it's quiet because it's located in a little side street (make sure your taxi driver realizes it's "Rue" and not "Avenue" des Gobelins). I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd booked online and it seemed very hipster, which can be annoying sometimes. But walking in, we fell in love. The website doesn't quite capture the warmth of being there. The staff is great, they made reservations at a local traditional bistro for our anniversary and it was perfect. Breakfast is very good, buffet style with a great selection. Eating in the courtyard each morning...it just felt so Parisian! The beds were comfortable, great showers. A big plus is it's just a short walk from many bistros and the fabulous Rue Mouffetard, where the produce will blow your mind and make your friends think you're a better photographer than you really are. We walked to tons of places from the hotel. Plus there's a laundromat right around the corner. Loved it, loved it!

Yelp
My girlfriend and i stayed here last summer on our last two days in France. Such a wonderfully charming hotel. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any of our requests and needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris.

Yelp
What a delightful boutique style hotel, convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Everything about it was comfortable and charming and the gentleman at the desk could not have been more welcoming when we checked in. To our question, "Do you have a wine bottle opener we might borrow?", he responded, "You are in France! Of course I have a wine bottle opener!" He immediately produced a corkscrew and then opened a cabinet and gave us our choice of antique wine glasses to use. We were charmed! The bed was ever so comfortable after a long, hot day at Versailles and every amenity was perfect. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. I'd like to return to Paris just to get to stay at this lovely hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Yelp
We stayed here on 2 separate occasions during a 2-week visit to France, and couldn't have been happier. Hotel Henriette is a lovely, small hotel, with a unique charm. It's located in a quiet but convenient area, the staff is fabulously accommodating, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable. Both of the rooms we stayed in were generously sized, at least by Paris standards. This will be our first choice on our next return, which I hope will be soon.

Yelp
Nice and chill hotel in the heart of rive gauche. People are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have been obviously recently redecorated with taste. They also have a nice patio which might be great during not-so-often sunny days in Paris. Everything is clean and the beds comfy. Super close to Gobelin metro station in a quiet street, and about 15 minutes walk to RER B station to commute to both Paris airports.
