usually go to Kera whenever I need things, but today I left very disappointed. The meat I was given was very distracting compared to what I normally receive. Even more concerning, I noticed that customers were being treated differently — some received better service than others. As a regular customer, I believe every person should be treated with the same respect and fairness, I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because small issues like this make a big difference in customer trust.

I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. I called to ask if you had doro wot for the holiday, and I was told you were out for tomorrow. I then called back to ask if I could place an order for Saturday. Instead of answering professionally, I was told, “we don’t have it anymore don’t call us” that was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers calling to ask questions and place orders is normal business. If this is how you treat paying customers, you should not be in business at all.

I am so upset with false promising that this meat shope gives to its costumers. Not once but twice I ordered ribs and meat to be marinated and was told to come and pick up at 9am on the day I wanted. But then when I got there they didn't have my order and the guys started to do the preparation while I am waiting. What a disappointment that is to not value your customers. This is very upsetting killing my time waiting. The girl who take the orders might be the one who needs recruiting. But neverless your customer service is poor.

I have ever experienced the worst costumer service today around (noon) I buy a lot of stuffs and I just asked plastic bag to cover the meat, and the cashier is not happy at all to give the plastic bag for meat, and she is aggressive too. They are not allowed to exchange stuff i am not recommended this shop for anyone. I wish I give them 0000 star the way they treat costumer.

This place has become the most horrible place, very poor customer service and caught them charging me for things I didn’t even buy. When I told them I was charged for the things I did not buy plus another item was listed different price at the receipt but charged me a double of the price on my card. they said it could be by mistake and I can return it, but when I went to return the person was refusing to refund my money. Cheaters ሰረቅቲ People please don’t buy anything from this place. if you do check all your items before you leave the please. Will never ever get back to this place.

I wish I can give them zero. I am very disappointed with the service we had today. They are not fair when it comes to helping customers. Some of us lining up for a while and some of them will just get in the store and get service. Speaking specific languages shouldn’t be a privilege to be treated different. Are you kidding me ??? No one is relative to a business. Customer should be treated equal. They should all line up and get the service. I can’t believe unfairness still happening while you are in north America. Wake up people, this is not Africa. Treat everybody equal. I am also so surprised with the customer themselves, in which store you got this kind of unfairness???? Come on don’t act the same as you were back home!! The customer who don’t line up to get the service are the most uncivilized person ever. If you are new to North America, I understand it takes time.!!

I went to this store for the first time and their service is the worst of all. They don’t even want to greet you back when you do let alone serve you with respect. I honestly don’t recommend anyone to go there at all!
