This gallery, Kim Chang Yul gallery is located in Gigi artist village. The museum was built to display Klm' works. He is famous for water drops on the newspaper. They look like real water drops on the papers, woods, pictures and maps. He said that water drops are smooth and huge ones in the world. And they also represent the moment of the present, the past and the future.

It was good to visit on a rainy day. I've known and seem the artist's work so I was excited to visit. However the exhibition seemed a bit too short. Only 4 rooms with a limited selection. I wish it had more to see and experience. Although some disappointment, I was able to learn more about the artist and his work. Also it's still a good option to go on a rainy day. I wouldn't travel out here just for this museum though.

A small art museum that commemorates and archives works of the artist the museum is named after. Great for a quick, refreshing stop-by amidst an array of driving and sightseeing.

This museum was absolutely breathtaking. We were recommended by another gallery owner near seogwipo (jeju bom museum, they have an amazing gallery as well!) and we were so pleasantly surprised at the depth and meaningfulness of each work. Quite an interesting story of the artist as well! English is shown throughout (is tourist friendly!) and the gallery is beautifully organized with various medium types.

Wish there’s more his work. But it was a pretty nice gallery to visit. Gallery it self is not that small, but it’s lacking contents.

Incredible artwork. Can be seen entirely in little time as the place isn't too big, but every single second you'll be surprised. I personally also liked how the whole building in itself was related to the artist's water drop theme as well. I saw many people not noticing the Immersive Experience building as they left, do keep an eye open for it, pretty cool place.
