Family-run and warmly bustling, this Cantonese specialist serves made-to-order dim sum daily and fuller selections on weekends. Featured by the Fresno Bee for honoring traditional tastes, it’s worth the quick hop from Fresno for har gow, siu mai, and more.

Hi, I’m Chinese. This place serves legit Cantonese Dim Sum. Ironic since it’s located in Clovis (not far from Old Town lol iykyk) The food is 100% authentic. They also serve non-ethnic dishes for unadventurous Westerners, the American Chinese Panda Express kinda of stuff.

📍 Authentic Cantonese Dim Sum & Wok-Fired Favorites If you’re hunting for the most authentic dim sum in Fresno, Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant is the spot. Whether you’re craving American Chinese staples or traditional Cantonese fare, this place delivers—especially with dim sum, which is essentially the Chinese version of brunch, served through a variety of small steamer dishes meant to be shared. The best part? They offer dim sum during dinner—a rare and appreciated bonus. 1st picture: 🍚 Yangzhou Stir-Fried Rice & 🦑 Fried Calamari Both dishes were full of flavor and perfectly fried. The rice had great seasoning and texture—not greasy, and each grain separate. 2nd picture: 🥩 Black Bean Spare Ribs, 🧆 Beef Meatballs, and 🐔 Black Bean Chicken Feet Every bite was packed with traditional Cantonese flavors. The meatballs were soft and juicy, and the chicken feet were flavorful and tender, exactly as they should be. 3rd picture: 🦆 Roast Duck Crispy skin, tender meat, and just the right amount of fat. Excellent execution. 4th picture: 🍤 Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (Cheung Fun) Silky rice rolls with fresh shrimp inside—classic and done well. 5th picture: 🍞Steamed Buns – Egg Custard & Golden Cream Soft, fluffy, and filled with creamy, lightly sweet fillings. Great contrast of warm bun and smooth interior. 6th picture: 🍮 Mango Pudding A refreshing way to end the meal—sweet, fruity, and light. 📷 Missing Photo: But I’ve gotta shout out my favorite dish—the Beef Chow Fun. Trust me when I say, it’s the best in town. That smoky, charred flavor from the wok (wok hei) is everything. You’ll regret not ordering it. ⸻ ⭐️ Ratings: • Tastiness: 9.5 • Price Appropriateness: 9 (Around $35/person for a satisfying dinner) • Portion Size: 9.5 (Dim sum dishes ~$5–9, entrées under $20) • Overall Experience: 9.5 (Expect a wait—it’s popular—but worth it) ⸻ Whether you’re craving something classic or exploring dim sum for the first time, Four Seasons will blow your mind. Come hungry—and maybe with a few friends so you can order more to share.

No idea how this place only has 4.3 stars — it deserves way more! My wife and I tried this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Not just “good,” but phenomenal. Our food came out quickly, piping hot, and perfectly fresh. The dumplings were tender and flavorful, clearly made in-house with care — the dough had that perfect soft chew and a clean, savory taste. The fried shrimp were crisp, golden, and clearly freshly battered (if you cook, you know!). The rice was fluffy, the spare ribs were juicy and full of flavor, and the noodles — which really are made fresh in-house — were soft, springy, and perfectly cooked. Our waiter was so kind and knowledgeable, even explaining how they prepare the noodles daily! The crab rangoon was hot, creamy, and probably the best we’ve ever had. The portions were huge — and in the best way possible, because everything tasted amazing and we wanted leftovers. We were more than happy to pay for such a great meal. We enjoyed every single bite and can’t wait to come back. I’m retired military and have traveled all over the world trying all kinds of cuisine — this place absolutely stands out. Don’t miss it! Forget pizza, Four Seasons made our entire evening.

Google
Best Chinese in Fresno, Clovis, with full dim sum! You can tell they eat their own food, because everything is super tasty. This time I ordered Kung Pao Beef and pot stickers and it was fabulous. Some Chinese restaurants rely on lots of sauce; but Four Seasons doesn’t; they make it perfectly seasoned. The staff are all super nice and attentive. The environment is perfect for date night and for parties, as it is big enough to have different areas to choose from. Their hot sour soup is just average. If there is an area to improve, it would be there.

Google
The place is beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing and helpful. Even the ones who weren't our waiter brought us napkins and hot mustard. Got both the regular menu and dim sum. Will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone. Prices very reasonable. Food was amazing!

Google
Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant in Clovis is a must-visit! The decor is beautiful, with traditional Chinese elements that make the atmosphere warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready with recommendations to help you enjoy your meal to the fullest. The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and every dish we tried was delicious. The crispy Peking duck is a standout, and the hot and sour soup has the perfect balance of spice and tang. What really sets this place apart is the value. For the quality of food and service, the prices are very reasonable. Whether you’re dining solo or with family, you get great food without breaking the bank. Highly recommend Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant if you're in the area—fantastic food, amazing service, and great value for money!

Google
Got one of the meals plans which were i believe 22 or so each. We had 5 people but only ordered the meal plan for 4 people, we still had half the food left after leaving. Total came to about 150 with several sides and drinks. Not the very best place I've been to but the price is justified and I got to try several side dishes I never had before. I'd come again. I'd recommend for groups of people

Yelp
Everyone deserves a second chance, right? My last review of Four Seasons, was accurate, but not favorable. Today my daughter and I decided to bite the bullet and try again! Totally a different experience! We were welcomed the minute we stepped in the door, seated immediately in a corner booth. Our drinks came with in 5 minutes, while we looked at the huge menu. We decided to order a dinner for two , menu # 17. I believe; fried shrimp, foil wrapped chicken, house special fried rice, house special chow mein, and soup. I got chicken noodle soup and my daughter had hot & spicey soup. We also ordered spring rolls. The soup was very good. I bought a large bowl to bring home, it was so good. Our food arrived as we finished our soup.. Because our last experience was so horrible, I was Cautious , as each plate was delivered. Shrimp came first, I cut it up before eating it, because last time it rubbery and had not been deveined. This time it was all good! Fresh and delicious! Sweet and sour pork, flavorful and easy to eat. Foil wrapped chicken juicy and amazing! Perfect. House special fried rice and chow mein, perfect! Flavorful and well seasoned. So enjoyable. We had enough to bring home for lunch tomorrow. As for the restaurant it's self, the tables appear clean, and it is a friendly setting, just a little dark for me. We will return and probably check out other items on the menu, like I said it is very big. Thank you Four Seasons!

Yelp
this is the second time eating from four seasons, both experiences bad. The first time we ordered chicken salad which is good. other than that, every dish was soggy. the orange chicken, and generals chicken. flavor was okay. batter was soggy and almost slimy when we got home less than tens mins after picking it up. the pan fried noodles were not fully cooked for most part and crispy on one side. reluctantly we gave it a second try and this time i ordered vegetable chow mein. this dish smelled like human urine. I am not even kidding. I closed the lid and passed it to my wife and said "give this a good whiff and tell me the first thing that comes to mind" she did and responded "smells like a dirty bathroom". i didnt say aloud at the table that it smelled like urine so as not to make everyone else lose their appetite also. it was so bad i just had to stop eating. I will never spend another dollar at four seasons and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. There is No reason chow mein should smell like urine. only for the adventurous....

Yelp
Food: 8/10 Food is fresh and comes out fast Service: 7/10 Service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get an awesome server and sometimes we get the grouchy one. Ambiance: 8/10 It's very homey and the tables are big to accommodate the small dimsum plates. It does get crowded on the weekends so prepare to wait for a table.

Yelp
Best dim sum in the Central Valley. Always treat service, always greeted and treated with care, always great food. Tables are huge and clean. This will always be our go to for Dim Sum in Central Valley, Ca

Yelp
Yummy, the service here is fantastic! Loved the decorations, ordered beef and broccoli, bbq pork, sour soup , they were all delicious! There are not many places that I would drive across town to eat at but this is one of them. I'm going to say the best Chinese in Clovis, the inside is tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this spot, I will eat here again

Yelp
Had a lot of solid meals here--fresh, flavorful Chinese and dim sum with generous portion sizes. The service was always efficient and friendly, making for a pleasant casual dining experience.

Yelp
The people working here was so kind and welcoming. They were working so hard and did it all with a smile. The portions were so big. I definitely think 2 people could share 1 entree. The dining room was clean and the tables were pretty well-spaced so I felt like I had my own area. I'll definitely be coming back.

Yelp
SOOOOO GOOD! I love love love this place. I've never had something here I didn't love. Their dim sum is great and all their dishes are wonderful. The service is efficient and the interior feels like you're in a cabin. On this particular visit, we got their shanghai style dumplings, bean sprout chow fun with beef, their salt and pepper pork chop, and mongolian beef. Everything was super flavorful and delicious (as always). My favorite thing was definitely the shanghai style dumplings!!! Would definitely come here again.

Yelp
Consistently the best Chinese food in town! The everything on the Dim Sum menu is amazing and we strongly recommend the House Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein and Orange Chicken.
google avatar

Yelp
The honey walnut shrimp tasted like nail polish and the chow mein tasted like burnt oil.

Yelp
The portion sizes were the most impressive aspect of this Chinese restaurant while the service and flavors left more to be desired. We were quickly seated and were immediately asked for what we wanted to order. Food came out at different times so we received dessert prior to our dim sum. Strangely every table around us were checked on so our waters and sauces went unfilled. Very poor service. *Dinner Set 3: came with an egg roll, BBQ spare ribs, fried chicken wings, pork fried rice and chow mein. The portion size was massive and could have been shared between 2 people. The egg roll was oily and cold. The BBQ spare ribs could have been more tender but the sweet glaze was enjoyable. The chicken wings were the worst. The batter was unseasoned, thick, heavy, and undercooked. The fried rice was bland. The chow mein was on the saltier side and the vegetables could have benefited from another minute of cook. *Hot Sour Soup: came with the dinner set. Not the most flavorful soup that I've had but I enjoy the umami flavor from the mushrooms. I really liked the chili oil they had on the table and its addition elevated the soup. *Shrimp Steamed Rice Noodle: first dim sum that arrived and it was cold. The shrimp was very small and unseasoned. The rice noodle was on the thicker side but I liked the bouncy texture. More sweet soy was needed to give this dish any flavor. *Mango Pudding: presented in a Styrofoam cup. There was a thin layer of milk separation on top. The mango chunks were sweet and the overall pudding had intense mango flavor. *Egg Custard Bun: fluffy bun with gooey, sweet egg filling. The ratio of bread to filling was ideal although the filling was a bit congealed. The sweet egg paired well with the plainer bread. *Fried Chef's Special Dumpling: very disappointing considering this is my favorite dim sum dish. The filling was tasteless and skimpy. The glutinous exterior needed a better fry as they arrived soggy. *Black Bean Chicken Feet: best dish of the night. The feet were a bit overcooked as the skin was already fallen off but the sauce was richly sweet and savory. The collagen was rendered well. Going bigger isn't always better if the food tastes bad. The portions were good for the price but I didn't particularly find anything tasty except for the chicken feet and desserts. Although I liked the variety, the execution disappointed me.

Yelp
3/19/25 Getting food to go with leftover lunch! I called and ordered their mixed vegetables with tofu. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived. to pick it and greeted by worker. Order was ready and I asked him for fortune cookies and hot oil and he got it for me. Handed over with good day wishes! Appreciated! Restaurant is LARGE. Looks much smaller from the outside. Very nice! Safe and clean. Lunchtime! Order split! Vegetables and tofu was fresh & Really DELICIOUS! Mother said hers was "da bomb! Variety of veggies too! Lots of leftovers also! Great service & GREAT lunch! Highly recommended

Yelp
We came here on a weekday afternoon and the place was still packed even though it was not a weekend. We ordered dim sum and a side of fried rice and everything was enjoyable. The staple dim sum like the shrimp flat rice noodles, sesame balls, siomai, scallion pancakes were all delicious. The other plates like the fried rice had good flavor and the bok choy and spare ribs were good too. The food came out quick and the servers came by to check on us. The ambiance is nice with the wooden panels and high ceilings. We were very impressed and all said we would come back.

Yelp
Ever since my favorite place went out of business been dying to find a place that does great pan fried noodles. I like my noodles to be a mixture of really good crunch and some softer ones. They did a great job on the noodles and tasted great just the way I like them. I'm also a sucker for the Fried cheese wontons but man those suckers come straight from the fryer so don't be me and take a huge bite. My wife got the vegetable pork chow mein and was really happy with it. Really enjoyed coming here and will definitely return. My only complaint was the timing of how the dishes came out. Pot stickers and Fried cheese wantons were last. Most places that would be your starter. Service here I love how everyone helps you. This service style has become my favorite in many places as you never seem to have to wait long for help. Will definitely return as there are so many dishes I didn't get to try.

Yelp
This review is only for takeout! After visiting Yosemite National Park, we stayed in Clovis, CA, and ordered takeout from Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant. We selected four dishes: Mongolian Beef (spicy) HK-style Chow Mein House Special Fried Rice Kung Pao Chicken (spicy). The wait time was about 20 minutes. While the prices were slightly higher than expected, the portions were generous. The HK-style Chow Mein was a standout, as my kids thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the Mongolian Beef dish could benefit from more beef to enhance the balance of the dish.

Yelp
Went with a couple of friends to try The Four Seasons and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is very clean and roomy the location is great very nice. The staff is friendly and courteous as soon as you walk in. Ok so now on to the food, wow they are generous portions and super good flavors my fave is the the chicken salad. This is a place I can definitely recommend as I will definitely be going again.

Yelp
In my quest to find the best Tomato Beef Curry Chow Mein in the Fresno area, Four Seasons definitely stands out near the top of the list. This large Cantonese-style Chinese restaurant has a HUGE menu, with both Dim Sum and pages and pages of traditional Cantonese dishes. The Tomato Beef Curry Chow Mein is great, as is the sizzling rice soup, egg rolls, and everything else. Service is extremely fast, and prices are very reasonable considering how huge the portions are. They have tabes for groups big and small, and this definitely a kid-friendly restaurant. All in all, one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Fresno area!

Di S.

Yelp
Even though it's takes a a little longer to be seated because the food is delicious especially the dim sum, noodle and roast duck. So we usually do the take out instead.
google avatar

Nicole P.

Yelp
Inconspicuous from the outside, we tried Four Seasons per a roommate's recommendation. In his words: it's not Chinatown level, but given the area this is probably the best dim sum. Super reasonable prices. My partner and I ate dim sum until we were stuffed ($44 for six plates before tip), AND we still had leftovers. Love it. Only knock is that there was a large family next to us that somehow ordered after us and received all of their dishes before we received our third plate. Our server came by and they thought we got all our food, so they must have missed/forgotten our table. Got our food eventually!
google avatar

Calvin S.

Yelp
As a potential first time customer I was practically astonished at how impatient the staff was when I was simply just trying to sit down in the waiting area and read the menu. There's more than enough chinese restaurants in the valley for me to even bother coming back here.
google avatar

Breanna K.

Yelp
I ordered some hot and sour soup for pick up in a cold night during the winter. It was ready when I got there and it was delicious! They even gave some fortune cookies to my kids.
google avatar

Melanie Y.

Yelp
I haven't been here in years, but everything was still as delicious as I remembered. I was a little worried that our food would come out one by one, but everything came out fairly fast! Some of our dishes did taste pretty salty, but overall the flavors were still well balanced. For two people it's a good amount of food for a good price!
google avatar

Cynthia W.

Yelp
Been here a couple times. They do dimsum the modern Hong Kong way, where you order and they make it fresh (rather than the traditional way where they push around the carts). Are they as good as what you can get in the San Gabriel Valley? Actually, some of the dishes come close, and they also offer dishes that I haven't seen in the SGV. For example, they have these amazing pumpkin dumplings that seem to be made of glutinous rice, and filled with red bean paste. That is a favorite. They also have made to order sesame balls with red bean paste that are better than what we get in the SGV. And, last time we went, we also got this amazing crispy tofu dish that I could have spent all day eating. The servers can be brusque, but they are always kind, and funny, and bantery! Always a great time.
google avatar

Grace H.

Yelp
I am a picky eater, so I pretty much just get friend rice here. That fried rice, however, is probably my favorite fried rice in the world. A regular foam container full of rice is about $10! My (extended) family comes here often and orders a LOT. They have the tables where the middle part spins around (I apologize, I'm not educated on the term) so everyone shares. Interior has traditional decor and ample seating. Service is really quick as well.
google avatar

Joseph C.

Yelp
I came here several times since my first visit and have reformulated my opinion. Dim sum is freshest in the morning. The eggplant is crispy. Roast duck has a nice crisp skin. Fried rice solid too. Atmosphere has the dim sum vibe you crave.
google avatar

Edward C.

Yelp
I'm always chasing some GOOD Chinese food. I'm a talking CRISPY fresh chicken entry of some sort. A JUICY flavorful chow mein and more. The chicken wasn't that crunchy. It lacked flavor and salt just like the chow mein did as well. I didn't go alone and everyone had the same reaction. Now what I will say saves the entire meal was the Mongolian beef. Now that was packed with so much flavor it's probably the best Mongolian beef I've ever had. I will be going back just for a to to order of that dish only

Anthony J L.

Yelp
Great. My daughter an her boy friend from Hong Kong said to me best had since leaving HK. I personally enjoy it. From now on will b ordering to go there.

Yelp
The dim sum here passes the test for what dim sum is, but I was not really impressed by the food here at all. This is after trying a few dim sum places around the city, and in general, many dim sum restaurants in the US and Canada. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) were quite mushy, though the shrimp inside is fairly fresh, a bit on the smaller size for the price. The chicken feet one of the dishes was good, but the other one had a weird aftertaste, so quality is very inconsistent. I liked the bean curd rolls and the siu mai - the portions are big and the ingredients are consistent. The rice noodle rolls are decent - it was lukewarm at most when served so it has been sitting for a while, but the server gladly reheated. The jellyfish is something I don't really get often, but it was fairly solid. There wasn't much in the half order - it looks a lot but it is served on a heap of vegetables. Service is not the main focus given the focus is more on food for these places, but it was okay, nothing to write home about. They were able to fulfill requests upon flagging the servers, for the most part.
google avatar

Danae L.

Yelp
I came here for dim sum with family and friends. We arrived towards the end of the lunch rush, but I can envision this being a very busy place during peak lunchtimes on the weekend. The offer a variety of dumplings and noodles. A great place for decent sized family and friend gatherings.

Yelp
Came to eat here again! We came around 6pm and saw many people seated in their waiting area, waiting to be called. We didn't mind the wait and we were actually seated within 5 minutes surprisingly. We decided to try different dishes this time. Tonight's dinner included: Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet. Everything tasted so so delicious!! I enjoyed every bite of it and so did my family!! I was FULL and happy !! We also had a fantastic waiter! He remembered us from our last visit (which was over a month ago) and greeted us warmly :) From the dim-sum menu: - Bean Curd w/ Pork, Shrimp, Bamboo, & Mushroom (A5) - Green Tea Dumpling (B8) - Fried Milk with Almond (K14) I loved the bean curd and fried milk items but the green tea dumplings were alright! I still enjoyed it but I didn't really taste the green tea flavor? It tasted like a sesame ball with the red bean filling. Another thing is I love the pictures of each dim sum item on the menu, they're super helpful. However the green tea dumpling looked like mochi to me and it looked soft in the picture but in real life, it's pretty hard/crunchy on the outside. The fried milk with almonds tasted so good and was just a perfect dessert! Without the almonds, it almost tasted like cassava cake, which is a Filipino dessert!

Yelp
My favorite dim sum restaurant in the Clovis/Fresno area. They are always busy but your take out order comes out quickly. I ordered the Sui Mai, onion & chive dumpling, Chinese broccoli & a small Chinese chicken salad. Everything (but the salad) was hot, fresh and delicious! The small salad is huge - enough for 2! The Sui Mai and onion&chive dumplings are fat and full of perfectly seasoned stuffing. Love them! Chinese broccoli is steamed to perfection in a light sauce. Everything is delicious! The lady who took my order is friendly, helpful and outgoing. Definitely recommend and of course, I'll be back!

Yelp
We visited here based on Yelp's reviews and pictures and we figured it was gonna be a typical Chinese family style restaurant, but it was above expectations. We were seated immediately during lunch and the food is family style. We were a little overwhelmed since they have a huge menu selection. Food was really good that you can choose the vegetarian options and smile. The eggplant was soo good. We ordered two kinds of eggplant. We got the shrimp stuffed eggplant and the szechuan style eggplant and those were my favorite items we ordered. We got an item by mistake and now I'll probably order it going forward. It was the rolled noodles... yum. Service felt a little rushed when we got there, but we then found out they close a certain time after lunch to prepare for dinner, so that's understandable. The staff was super friendly otherwise. The place was busy, so that must mean food is fresh. Food was above expectations! We want to come back!
google avatar

George O.

Yelp
I don't understand why you have to fight with them over hot sauce when you're ordering a bunch of food. Hot sauce is free when you dine in but when you order to go they try to sell you hot sauce. It's like a war to get 3 hot sauces and the containers are so small. Never seen anything like it.
google avatar

Wendy F.

Yelp
Been coming here for as long as they've been opened for various reasons. Family parties, casual dim sum, you name it. Food is always delicious and fresh. I love their chicken salad.
google avatar

Yelp
One of our go tos for dim sum in Fresno. Quality is good to curb the cravings. Beef chow fun is excellent and big portion and I think the best in town. Service is always nice and professional. The all wooden interior is unique. Parking can be tough at times but mostly is ok.
google avatar

Polo S.

Yelp
Food was awesome. Service was great. Ambiance was also nice. I love their dim sum. For dining in the evenings. We love to order their Mopa Tufu dish, their steamed whole chicken, the soy sauce fried fish, and their black bean sauce string beans.

Yelp
Wow! Came here with low expectations as there aren't many Chinese grocers locally so thought maybe the dim sum might be lack luster. We were wrong! We didn't have many other dishes besides dim sum items so can't really speak to dinner but what we did order, everything exceeded our expectations. Service from the wait staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly and looks to be happy to be working there. We had such a great time dining here. The dining room/restrooms were all clean. Didn't feel like this is a hole in the wall which might look to be that way from the outside. The decor seemed grand. My favorite, if I had to pick one, would be the taro cakes. They were crispy and thick with great texture and taste. This is something I haven't seen in other dim sum places so I was pleasantly surprised. The fried intestine was delicious, and never seen guilinggao jelly at restaurants before so that was a nice, refreshing touch. The rice porridge was nicely done, just the thickness I like. Some places would be too watery but not at Four Seasons. For a city that doesn't have a ton of Chinese population (compared to SFO or LAX), this really was amazingly delicious! Oh and the shrimp cake with corn? It's the first I've had but so yum! I'd make this the top location to eat when I'm back to Fresno.

Yelp
The best Salt and Pepper Pork Chops!!!! Chinese Chicken salad is great!!! If you can recommend other items that would be greatly appreciated.
google avatar

Lucille S.

Yelp
Service was good, the waiter checked on us periodically making sure our water was good and checked to see how our food was. Ambiance is like a wooden restaurant, pretty different. The food was okay. I wasn't a big fan with how the chow mein was made. I'm a big texture person so I prefer my chow mein moist & not slimy. Everything else was okay.
google avatar

Mischelle D.

Yelp
The food and service were excellent!!! Alot of different things to try. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

Yelp
The go-to place for decent dim-sum and other Chinese food. Friendly staffs, delicious food as always.

Yelp
I must say, food is always 100% every time I stop this restaurant in Clovis. Dim Sum is off the roof! Their Shiu Mai is incredibly filling yet delicious with their signature hot mustard. Trust me, ordering 16 of them is a lot, but every bite I took led to finishing the whole thing (okay including my family too, I didn't finish ALL of them hehe). That's to show how delectable they are. Period. In addition, their other Dim Sum dishes will sure make you full, such as the Shanghai Style dumplings. The servers are really quick with their order most of the time, and of course even with some of the stuff that may take a few minutes to prepare, it is worth the wait! Quality? Checks it off. Service? Checks it off. Left with a happy tummy? Checks it off! :)

Yelp
Second time here and both times the food was fresh and delicious!!! I wish I took pictures of all the colorful dishes. Each dish was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were crisp and not over cooked. We ordered the family meal and had plenty of food leftover to take home. The service was great too. Our drinks were always full, we had plenty of napkins and sauces! I have nothing negative to say except I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this restaurant.

Yelp
Food is always fresh and well seasoned, so far nothing disappoints, this is a safe place for a good eating experience to bring family and friends, staff is friendly and fast to great and sit you, the ambiance is neutral, not too crazy, over all; a great place for a good lunch/dinner.

Yelp
Dim sum was not bad, taste was on point.4/5 but not the best, either Deep Fried spicy pepper tofu - 2/5 sorely disappointing. Elsewhere we eat this dish, it always comes as battered tofu sprinkled with chopped green onion, salt and pepper. But here, it's just plain deep fried tofu no batter. Trust me, this dish is great because the crunchiness of the batter, so when the tofu lacks the batter, it's a no go. Beef flat noodle - had good portion 4/5 Had to order a bowl of rice to accompany the tofu, one bowl cost $2.29 Elsewhere it's between $0.50-$1.00 so $2.29 is excessive. Also my hubby ate one spoonful and spat it back out. The rice tasted horrible. It's american rice, not Asian rice. The texture and smell is just different. Price is pretty high for the experience.

Yelp
Four Seasons serves dim sum at all times which is great when you're craving siu mai at 4 pm. They give you a paper menu with the dim sum options and you mark down the quantity that you'd like. They also have a menu of lunch and dinner entrees as well. The entrees are served family style. Rice comes separate. For the quantity of food per plate, the price is very reasonable.

Yelp
Food menu is very big with pretty good options that other Chinese restaurants in Fresno/Clovis don't offer. I normally do take out often. Love their big dim sum options! Food quality is good for the price point and service is fast. I'm just taking a star off for the automatic gratuity tip they charged for 5 adults and a toddler.
