I came here specifically for an eyewear designer that I love and can't find anywhere, but Specstacular have a HUGE selection of! In addition to this, I had the best eye test I've ever had along with the best customer service. Hala and Keval are passionate, extremely knowledgeable and kind, I instantly trusted Keval's judgement because you can just tell he knows what works! A real stand -out experience, I will definitely be back 😻

I recommend Specstacular to anyone who wants people who listen and deliver real help. I left feeling genuinely grateful. I needed new lenses for computer use because my blue light lenses were unusable. Specstacular gave me an experience that felt genuinely thoughtful. Everything was explained clearly. We talked through the lenses, the time needed, my experience with them, etc. The lenses were ready the same day. Before this I visited eight other shops in the area. None could help. Some dismissed the request and others asked for 10 working days. Keval treated the request with care and solved it quickly and professionally.

I had an amazing experience at the sunglasses shop in Keval and Hala. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about their craft. I came in with a pair of sunglasses I’d bought from another store, which I had unfortunately scratched within the first 24 hours. I wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise, they managed to restore the frame to perfect condition — no signs of damage whatsoever. It looked brand new. Their attention to detail and customer service were top-class. Highly recommend visiting them if you want expert care and great service.

When I got my eyes tested at Moorfields Eye Hospital and mentioned I wanted new specs but something different, I had no idea where it would lead to. I got referred to Specstacular and oh gosh Hala and Keval are just beautiful people. I spent almost 4hrs with them chatting and laughing away while trying different glasses. The passion and patience they both have is surreal for the crazy world we live in. They both know what they are doing and the shortlisted glasses were just a 'nightmare' to choose from, I would have taken them all. I bought prescription glasses and sunglasses and I still fall in love with them every day. Not talking about the many compliments I got. You'd think silly what glasses can do but I got so much more respect for the craftsmanship it is. Damn, I love them.

I am due to collect my third pair of glasses in six years from Specstacular and continues to be my go to place, very friendly, professional, caring. I get plenty of compliments too because the glasses I wear are very special and unique. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed

There is serious history, heritage and expertise in this place. If you're looking for a transformative pair of glasses, look no further! Hala and Keval are absolutely lovely people too. Could not recommend Specstacular more. Second review: They even saved me for my sister's wedding. I lost my prescription sunglasses a week before and Hala helped me pick a beautiful vintage frame which Keval made up for me within 48 hours. This is a real institution — if you need glasses, don't miss out!
