I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the clinic. Dr. Michael Moor is such a master of his craft. He worked on my jawline and chin with such precision, the results look completely natural yet make such a difference. He took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable and his eye for balance and detail is exceptional. If you’re considering any aesthetic treatment, I can’t recommend Dr. Moor highly enough, absolute perfection from start to finish.

I wholeheartedly recommend Clinic Dr. Dray for treatment. I was visiting London from the US on a work trip and had received masseter Botox a few days before my arrival — unfortunately, it went very wrong. A part of my jaw began protruding on one side whenever I chewed, and it was only getting worse by the day. It was uncomfortable and constantly on my mind, especially when talking or eating around people. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to around 7 Botox clinics in London and even walked into another one, but they refused to see me. Thankfully, I walked into Clinic Dr. Dray and was immediately greeted by a professional and welcoming staff. Egle at the front desk was incredibly kind and attentive — she listened to my concerns right away and offered me a free consultation with the doctor and he saw me almost immediately. He was warm, knowledgeable, and professional, which put me at ease right away. He explained that the issue was a simple fix and presented all my options — either wait a few more days and come back when the botox has settled more or do a small Botox touch-up now. Given how bothered I was, he kindly offered to do the touch-up and at no cost. Within a few hours, I noticed a visible improvement in my jawline and now a day after, my jaw is back to normal. I no longer feel self-conscious about my appearance and am truly grateful for the care I received. This entire experience was a 100/10 and I'm beyond grateful for the team. I highly recommend Clinic Dr. Dray to anyone looking for a top-notch aesthetic care.

In 2021, I did a treatment for a gummy smile with Maurice, assisted by Benjamin. The result was very bad, my mouth was altered, which disrupted my ability to speak, eat, and drink normally for several months! It turned out that Botox had been injected in excessive amounts and into an inappropriate muscle (the depressor septi nasi). To try to correct this, I was offered three free sessions of radiofrequency as well as injections to restore the volume of my lips, as my upper lips had contracted as a result. Three years after this terrible experience, I decided to redo the same treatment with another doctor. This time, the procedure was executed flawlessly: he identified the injection points with a pen, explained which muscle to target and the amount to inject, and used a self-dosing syringe to ensure even distribution at each point. Everything was comfortable and reassuring, and the result was beautiful. This contrasts sharply with my first experience, which highlights a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I had believed the 5-star reviews and the before/after photos on Instagram!
