I've been visiting the Dr Dray clinic for many years and have always had the best experience. From the friendly and attentive reception staff to the skilled nurses and doctors, everyone welcomes you with warmth and kindness. Benjamin is a jewel in the crown of practitioners, highly skilled, treating with precision and care, to give subtle, youthful results that make you look and feel refreshed and rejuvenated. From mesotherapy, botox or the more regenerative treatments such as Opallure, you can be sure you'll get the best results from the highly skilled team which will keep you coming back for more! I've bumped into many a famous face in the clinic but you won't see it splashed over social as discretion is paramount to the team. All in all, a discreet and beautiful clinic with a wonderful team. It's no wonder people fly across the world to get a much sought-after appointment!

I wholeheartedly recommend Clinic Dr. Dray for treatment. I was visiting London from the US on a work trip and had received masseter Botox a few days before my arrival — unfortunately, it went very wrong. A part of my jaw began protruding on one side whenever I chewed, and it was only getting worse by the day. It was uncomfortable and constantly on my mind, especially when talking or eating around people. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to around 7 Botox clinics in London and even walked into another one, but they refused to see me. Thankfully, I walked into Clinic Dr. Dray and was immediately greeted by a professional and welcoming staff. Egle at the front desk was incredibly kind and attentive — she listened to my concerns right away and offered me a free consultation with the doctor and he saw me almost immediately. He was warm, knowledgeable, and professional, which put me at ease right away. He explained that the issue was a simple fix and presented all my options — either wait a few more days and come back when the botox has settled more or do a small Botox touch-up now. Given how bothered I was, he kindly offered to do the touch-up and at no cost. Within a few hours, I noticed a visible improvement in my jawline and now a day after, my jaw is back to normal. I no longer feel self-conscious about my appearance and am truly grateful for the care I received. This entire experience was a 100/10 and I'm beyond grateful for the team. I highly recommend Clinic Dr. Dray to anyone looking for a top-notch aesthetic care.

I rarely write a review but I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Dray's clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and well-cared for. The consultation was thorough, informative, and tailored to my needs, which gave me great confidence in the treatment plan. In 2021, I did a treatment for a gummy smile with Maurice, assisted by Benjamin. The result was very bad, my mouth was altered, which disrupted my ability to speak, eat, and drink normally for several months! It turned out that Botox had been injected in excessive amounts and into an inappropriate muscle (the depressor septi nasi). To try to correct this, I was offered three free sessions of radiofrequency as well as injections to restore the volume of my lips, as my upper lips had contracted as a result. Three years after this terrible experience, I decided to redo the same treatment with another doctor. This time, the procedure was executed flawlessly: he identified the injection points with a pen, explained which muscle to target and the amount to inject, and used a self-dosing syringe to ensure even distribution at each point. Everything was comfortable and reassuring, and the result was beautiful. This contrasts sharply with my first experience, which highlights a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I had believed the 5-star reviews and the before/after photos on Instagram!
