Hope So

We stopped by Hopeso and only had one thing—their smash burger with fries—and honestly, that was more than enough to win us over. The burger was absolutely phenomenal: juicy, flavorful, perfectly smashed with crispy edges, and stacked just right. The fries? Golden, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. Simple, but done so well. To top it off, the drinks were amazing—craft cocktails that were clearly made with care and creativity. Every sip was as good as the last. What really tied it all together was the atmosphere and service. The vibe at Hopeso is relaxed yet stylish, with a great energy that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right without hovering. Even though we only tried one dish, it’s clear that Hopeso takes pride in everything they do. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

amazing vibe, cool place

We first visited Hope so last December and we’ve been going back every week since for its amazing service, food, drinks, music and vibes. Truly a gem, always makes us feel welcomed.

Η διακόσμηση πολύ όμορφη και το menu προσφέρει πολλές επιλογές τόσο σε ροφήματα όσο και σε φαγητά/πρωινά. Η γεύση, ειδικά στα πρωινά, ήταν καλή. Ωστόσο οι μερίδες σε κάποια πιάτα (αλμυρά pancakes, poached eggs) ήταν αρκετά μικρές σε σχέση με την τιμή τους. Η εξυπηρέτηση θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Παρόλο που η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενική και φαινόταν να προσπαθεί, χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε επανειλημμένα ποτήρια, μπουκάλι νερό, αναψυκτικά και καφέδες μέχρι να εξυπηρετηθούμε. Επιπλέον, υπήρξαν και λάθη στην παραγγελία (english breakfast αντί για poached eggs) όπως και λάθη σε κάποιους από τους καφέδες μας. Κατανοώ ότι λόγω της ημέρας (Θεοφάνεια) οι συνθήκες δε θα μπορούσαν να είναι ιδανικές, ωστόσο, γνωρίζοντας ότι πρόκειται για αργία, θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει καλύτερη προετοιμασία. Δεν είμαστε σίγουροι αν θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά.
