I absolutely LOVED modelFIT Sculpt with Ashley L.!!! I flew from New Orleans to specifically take this class, and it was worth it!! Ashley was super nice. What I love is that she takes the time to really explain the next move from demonstrating the technique to telling you where you should be feeling the exercise. We had a lot of first timers in class, so it was appreciated she took the extra time to demo. Plus, her playlist was on point! I felt sore for 4 days after, so to me, that’s a PHENOMENAL WORKOUT!! The studio is light, airy and clean. Loved that they have showers so you can freshen up after class. Only negative, the receptionist was not very friendly. If I lived in L.A. I would become a member without a doubt!!!

I’m so glad i was able to squeeze in a class here during my short trip to LA! the sculpt class was a fun and kicked my butt. the instructor was amazing. they have also have shower, which is great!
