Beautiful unique engagement and wedding bands. You just can’t find styles like this elsewhere. The boutique is small, but the interaction feels intimate as it’s by appointment with higher chance for walk ins during the week. The service is nice, but for the price point would imagine it being a little more elevated — i.e. serving water and having seats (making it more relaxed) but they don’t do that to my knowledge. So grateful to have a boutique in LA as the unique shapes and styles really make a big impact.

I had an excellent experience working with Irene to design an engagement ring and select a tiara stacking band. My (now) fiance and I first met Irene in the Anna Sheffield LA office during a weekend of meetings with a handful of designers. I chose to work with Anna Sheffield based on Irene's professionalism, the depth of knowledge she was able to share about the process we were about to dive into, her eye for what would and would not meet our preferences, and Anna Sheffield's beautiful selection of engagement rings. I was able to work with Irene to ultimately design a ring that combined my finance's priorities with some special touches that resulted in a wonderful piece. I would highly recommend Anna Sheffield and Irene to anyone looking for both a great experience and a gorgeous engagement ring.

My partner and I recently picked out a ring and got engaged on our 11th anniversary. Meghan was amazing. We actually never meet in person but we had constant and clear communication via email and phones calls. She was so accommodating and patient with me. As I've come to learn, finding the perfect engagement ring is no easy task. The design, availability and budget, among others, were all important factors I had to juggle with. Anna Sheffield made the search process so much easier! In particular, Meaghan patiently helped me refine my options, eventually finding the perfect ring for my fiance! The pick-up and payment processes were very straightforward as well, and there is 1 free re-sizing option in case you mis-guessed your significant other's ring size! Definitely a 5/5!

On a whim last summer my boyfriend and I decided to pop in to see if they had any black diamonds to try on at their Melrose location. While I don’t recommend popping in – definitely use their super easy online system to schedule an appointment to make the most of your time – we were lucky that day and were warmly greeted by Ruthie who we both felt instantly connected to. Ruthie is so genuinely cool and kind that her authenticity eased any sort of anxiety I had around trying on different pieces and asking questions. We later met, Irene, the store manager, whose knowledge and professionalism helped tremendously throughout the process of finalizing the order, selecting the stone, and customizing details. We remain especially grateful to Ruthie and Irene for their patience and kindness in accommodating us - which they expertly provided in a way that was really personal and special while also maintaining a high-level of service. Thank you lovely ladies for everything!

Shopping for an engagement ring and eternity band here was a wonderful experience. Emilie guided us through the process. My wife is now the proud wearer of a magnificent piece of jewelry that is classic and yet unique. Ooohs and aaahs abound when that stone sparkles in the sunlight. First off, she's brilliant and knows her stuff; she has years and years of experience working with clients, designing their dream pieces. Second, she was so good with communication, answering questions but also making sure you felt cared for. I have done a ton of shopping, and she was the best jeweler that I came across. You won't regret it. Plus, the AS collection is to die for!! You're going to spend meaningful money on jewelry that you're going to keep for generations. Irene at AS is going to make sure you are so happy.

My wife and I had been researching jewelry for a few months and discovered AS, and booked an appointment (appointment only so book in advance). Irene was so charming, disarming, and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. Her light hearted approach made us feel welcomed and well-attended to. I didn't find anything I wanted right off away and almost left, but she quickly (and so softly) had me break down what I was thinking, looking for, or not looking for. She spent another 40 minutes talking, sharing, and providing options that honestly I don't know how she had so much patience to do. Irene translated complex gem jargon to clear and precise communication we could process and understand. We found a great option for them to source for us, and I was so pleased with the whole experience. Can't wait to see what they sourced. Highly recommend the shopping experience!

Do yourself a favor and avoid the heartache. I've been dreaming of having an Anna Sheffield ring for years. My fiancé proposed with my dream ring in September, and by November, the shaft was cracked. I take meticulous care of this ring so this was a shock to me. I had a jeweler friend of mine take a quick peek at it, and she was sure there must be a manufacturing issue. I reached out to our sales rep that helped my fiancé through the process of purchasing the ring, and to my surprise, we did not receive an apology and they were unwilling to replace the band. While our warranty covers repairs, it doesn't cover replacements. I'm worried that if the ring is cracking two months in, a repair would only leave the shaft vulnerable to cracking in the same place again in the future. I had to go back and forth with them several times before they offered to have their production team take a look. We just heard back and still they are not willing to replace the band. I'm incredibly disappointed in the customer service we have received. Our rep was plenty helpful when my fiancé was spending thousands of dollars on a ring, but when there is an issue, it appears as you are simply an annoyance to them. I'm still pushing to get the care that we deserve, so I'm hoping that by posting this review I can get the attention of senior management who will HOPEFULLY take better care of us. Although, my trust in the Anna Sheffield team is not very high at this point. It has always been my dream to stack my ring with a wedding band, 1-year anniversary band, and perhaps even a band once we are done having kids. That is 2-3 more rings I planned on purchasing from Anna Sheffield, but after this experience, they may have lost my business for good. The ball is in Anna Sheffield's court now. I will update this review once this issue is resolved, whether it be to my standards or not.

I couldn't be happier with my "new" old engagement ring. It's a delicate, centuries old solitaire that I needed reset, and Anna Sheffield turned it into something better than I have imagined. Irene is the best - super friendly, communicative and patient with the zillion photos of examples of prongs, settings, and other rings I had sent her in advance. I think that detailed back and forth communication probably helped to make sure I got what I wanted, and more. Irene made the whole process fun, and i feel like a newlywed again every time I look at my hand. I cannot wait for our 20th anniversary to go back for more, lol. Do not sleep on Anna Sheffield! : )

This is a long-belated review, because my husband and I had a very long engagement. Meaghan helped us pick out an absolutely stunning engagement ring right before COVID hit, and despite the insanity of those first few months of the pandemic, we still received the ring and it was as stunning as we'd hoped. Our wedding was finally scheduled for this year, so we went back to purchase my wedding band in March and Meaghan helped us again and was wonderful. I absolutely love my rings (Grey Diamond Bea Three Stone and Grey Diamond Tiara Curve) and would highly recommend Anna Sheffield to anyone!

Love the brand, love the people. So unbelievably helpful in making the right piece for me. They kept notes for my now husband and we're absolutely sure to get everything perfect!
