Today was my first time at Muku and it definitely won't be the last! I loved the experience. Katie the stylist did what I asked, but also advised expertly. The cut she gave me was fantastic, she was lovely and a joy to chat to. All the staff were friendly and polite. The salon is stylish and clean and they have many vegan and cruelty free products, which is very important to me. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely go back and try other services too. Five stars!

After my original hairdresser of 20 years who straightened my hair, went to live in Edinburgh, I opted to go to Muku for Japanese straightening, Kotone who did my straightening was great. I actually think it might be the best straightening experience I’ve had as I always had a few weeks of waiting to get the effect I wanted but Kotone listened to what I wanted and gave me the best result I could ask for. I’m so happy to have found my new salon! Thank you Kotone.

The only Salon I go to in London - always great service, I've never walked out with a hair cut and colour that I didn't love. Katie consistently communicates what she's doing and why, she explains technique and shares her knowledge which I appreciate. Also a great chat mixed with quiet time and tea.

I regularly attend and have Katie cut my hair. I am quite picky with how it is cut as it is thick and difficult to work with but Katie always does an excellent job. Very happy with her work and confident that she always knows what to do.

Chihiro was great. She was polite and friendly and was very meticulous in cutting my hair. I’ve been to other hairdressers elsewhere and have had rushed services, but Chihiro is patient and takes her time to make sure the end result is great. Will definitely book again
