I've always had a good experience coming to muku and this time was no exception to that. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They understood what I'd wanted and were able to achieve this. Chihiro was great. She was polite and friendly and was very meticulous in cutting my hair. I’ve been to other hairdressers elsewhere and have had rushed services, but Chihiro is patient and takes her time to make sure the end result is great. Will definitely book again

Wish I kept a before & after photo Kotone did an amazing job she revived my hair back to life still kept my hair natural a deep brown/black tone that still gives it a shine through light looks healthier and easier to maintain

First time visit here and Katie did a very excellent hair cut for me. She did a precise layer and recommend do/don’t for me. She understands Asian hair very well. This is the best hair cut in London for me. I’m looking for a hair cut like this for 3 years and so glad I found. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to Akane for over 6 years, and she is truly the best! She takes her time with every cut and her expertise really shows—my hair always falls beautifully, even without styling. With over 26 years of experience, she knows exactly what she’s doing and always makes me feel confident walking out of the salon. Akane is not only an incredible hairdresser but also such a wonderful person. I even followed her from the Shoreditch branch because I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. The customer service is always excellent too—the whole team is welcoming, friendly, and creates such a lovely atmosphere.
