Iconic is understated. It is a must! When in LA do what the locals do and eat at this institution. My waitress, Evelyn was the hostess from the sky, helpful, patient and made a great recommendation for me - sirloin tips! Wow, blow me out of the sky, I love it. Chunky flavoursome and soft on the bite. The corn and mash were delicious and importantly - I am saying this honestly, the coffee was actually very good.
A visit is must and come on down to downtown LA!!

Service is very friendly and they continue to source quality and unique products.
Gave it 4 starts instead of 5, as I do feel they are very much on the expensive side for most of their items, and wish it were more affordable.

Update, I emailed the owner about an order and she didn’t respond so that was a bit off putting. I also didn’t care for the social media influencer worship on their Instagram, if that’s who they want to focus on it’s not for me.
Wonderful store with excellent customer service. Extremely safe environment. The items available here are first class. Thank you for the strict mask policy and for your cleaning protocols.
