"Belly ham pizza. He could’ve stopped there, but City House Chef Tandy Wilson is known, among other things, for his exquisite charcuterie—think paper-thin salami served with parmesan. To end each weekend right, starting at 5pm every Sunday, he goes off-menu for Sunday Supper: Everything’s family-style, no two weeks are the same.
