Fire Pot is an absolute must-visit! The food was amazing—the thinly sliced meats, golden-crisp dumplings, and fresh veggies from the refrigerated conveyor belt were all top-tier. The atmosphere is where this place really shines. It’s a superb, high-energy environment with a futuristic vibe. Watching the delivery shuttle zip across the rails and the robot servers (complete with adorable cat faces) navigate the floor makes the meal an interactive experience. High-quality food meets high-tech fun. We had a total blast and will definitely be back!

The hostess was kinda in a bad mood, but our waitress is very nice. The food was pretty decent. I just really did not know what to order. We had a good time. It was a birthday celebration and they don’t seem to do anything for that. It was definitely worth a try and will probably go back.

Fire Pot is easily one of the best Korean BBQ and hot pot spots near Fort Worth. The food was amazing from start to finish — the meats were fresh and high quality, and the variety of options made it hard to choose because everything looked so good. The hot pot broths were flavorful and perfect for cooking all the different meats, noodles, and vegetables. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and really fun for a group or date night. The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Service was quick, and the overall experience felt well worth the price. If you’re in the Fort Worth area and looking for a place to do Korean BBQ or hot pot, Fire Pot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This new Korean BBQ and Hotpot spot in Benbrook is amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so lively and fun — perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff, shoutout to Giselle, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The food? Fantastic! Every bite was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared-by me of course lol. The selection for both the BBQ and hotpot is huge, and everything we tried was delicious. One of the coolest things about this place is the mix of technology and tradition — they have robots and even a train that delivers some of your orders straight to your table! On one side, there’s a conveyor belt loaded with fresh ingredients for your hotpot; you just open your little window and grab what you want. It’s such a fun and interactive experience! Between the amazing service, incredible food, and all the unique tech touches, this restaurant is a total win. If you’re looking for something new, exciting, and absolutely delicious in Benbrook, you’ve got to check this place out. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🔥🍲🍖🤖

Fire Pot was an extremely cool and fun experience, like nothing we have experienced before! Robots bringing appetizers, bigger robots bringing dishes, a constant conveyer belt of sides, noodles, clams, and so much more! It is all you can eat so we wanted to try nearly everything. The Tom Yum soup base was super spicy but I loved it! My kids loved making their own ramen and picking out everything to add to it, cracking fresh eggs into their pots was the highlight for them. Fresh ingredients, tasty sushi, tons of desserts and sides. My son is super into cooking so the process of cooking some meats and creating our own individual soups was perfect good fun for him. They have a game room/arcade and plenty of space so it was not crowded on our visit. Such a futuristic feast!

Sooo happy we have a hot pot restaurant in Ft. Worth! The waitress was sweet, came by often, and helped answer a ton of questions. Other employees came by and removed empty plates and trays, brought napkins. They bring you the meat and seafood from the back on the most adorable robots. Very polite ones. I ordered more food just so they'd come back. Toppings like bok chop, mushrooms, eggs, etc. Swing around on a conveyor belt. I really liked that the food was labeled on the belt. I ordered the hot pot and Korean BBQ. I didn't really use the grill. I was asked multiple times if I was ready for a new cooking surface. It was replaced quickly. The lamb skewers were my favorite thing I ate from the BBQ menu and came already cooked. I also loved the Kimchi and sushi. The spicy hot pot broth was great. I loved all of the seafood I put in the broth. They had specialty mushrooms which I rarely see and loved. The price is pretty high but well worth it. I would definitely try to come at lunch when it's cheaper. I loved how clean the restaurant feels. They have a fun games area where you can try to win stuffed. They also have a neat waiting area with comfortable chairs and small tables. This restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs. Parking in front and a ramp.

You guys have to check this place out! It’s absolutely delicious!! The food, atmosphere & service is outstanding! Service with smiles all around :) Our server Giselle, was so very sweet & super helpful likewise! Plus, their all-you-can-eat special is probably, the best deal around; as it includes their hotpot, sushi & Korean BBQ too! My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our visit yesterday (10/12/25) for the first time & it definitely won’t be the last!!!

TLDR: it was okay, waiting for it to be better. This is White peoples hotpot. Did not scratch the hotpot “itch”. We will see if that changes. Try Happy Lambs hotpot instead CONTEXT: Saturday night, 30 min wait, hotpot only ATMOSPHERE:💯 The robots are a cool little vibe. They have done a great job crafting an environment, it looks and feels nice. SERVICE:👏🏽 Service was very nice but inefficient especially for the larger seating the restaurant is designed for. Finally the food, here’s where the issue is. FOOD: 🥲 The spicy broth, medium spiciness, has very little flavor. You can see in the video, those of you that know hotpot ball know that a spicy broth is full of color, red and vibrant. This tasted extremely watered down and missing the cultural flavor of spicy hotpot on a cold night. The meat was scratchy (reference videos) and had muted taste and an “meh” texture. You can see the fibers of the meat stringing, this is often caused by a slow freezing process which damages the meat instead of a flash freeze/quick freeze Suggestions to the restaurant: - You’ve got the vibe but the food and system are lacking - Freeze your meat properly to prevent damage - Add flavor and culture to your broths. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!! - you have many people new to hotpot in the area, have a laminated “how-to” guide on the table - servers are held up by customers, allow customers to order food on a tablet/write on a paper (they pay for waste), or maybe they can order veggies but servers do meat. The system is slow and places alot on the server as it is but it can be improved It may have just been unlucky, maybe I just happened to get a weak broth and the food just happened to be low quality that day. But, for now I’d recommend Happy Lambs hotpot instead in Grand Prairie 4 stars only bc the people were nice

Fire Pot in Fort Worth is such a fun spot if you're in the mood for an interactive dining experience. It's part hot pot, part Korean BBQ, so you get to cook everything right at your table--which makes it perfect for groups or a casual night out. The ingredients were fresh, with a good variety of meats, veggies, and broths to choose from. I really liked being able to customize everything to my taste. The broths were flavorful, and once you figure out your sauce combo, the food really comes together. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially if it's your first time. That said, there is a bit of a learning curve with the menu and pricing, so I'd recommend asking questions upfront so there are no surprises. The vibe is lively and modern, and the whole experience feels more like an activity than just dinner--which I loved. It's not a place to rush, but if you're looking for something different and interactive, Fire Pot is worth checking out. I'd definitely come back with friends and more time to fully enjoy it.

I was so excited to try this place with my husband. Preface we love Korean and Japanese food so we thought "what could go wrong"... Lordy, were we stupid enough to believe it. Waiter didn't talk above a whisper, we had told him we had never been before so he said ok I'll just bring a little of everything. Cool. The "lobster balls" were whitefish, the "crab" was also whitefish, the "beef balls" were too hard to even eat without attempting to break a tooth.the beef belly -- just thin fat. Zero actual beef meat. There was baseball on the tvs and that was it, no music, no atmosphere better than a dentists office. We love to try everything once but honestly - I'd rather have gone to 5 guys and killed my stomach. My husband barely made it home without destroying a toilet. Thank god we have 3 bathrooms because we were both in them for over an hour. So unless you want to crap your brains out or need a colonoscopy the following day -- I do NOT recommend. It was AWFUL. I won't be back.

I was so excited to finally have a hot pot option close to West Fort Worth! Overall, we had a decent experience, but I think there are some areas where a little extra customer education could really elevate things. When we first arrived, they just opened, WiFi was down and serve hadn't arrived no worries.... our server arrived advised WiFi was down had to take order by paper (this caused a delay our grill stuff didn't come for like 20 mins) however asked if we'd ever had hot pot before, and we said no. This seemed like a great opportunity for them to explain how it all works, but the guidance was very brief. We weren't told about the sauce bar, sushi, or dessert options, and we didn't get much direction on how to actually enjoy the meal. For first-timers, those little details really make a difference in the overall experience. We also ran into an issue with the burner at our table -- it kept shutting off for my spouse. He had to reset it twice and was told if it happened again, they'd need to get a manager. We weren't sure if this was a mechanical issue or if the burners are on some kind of timer, but it was a little distracting, especially since we were new and moving slowly while enjoying a day date. Once we got the hang of it, the hot pot and grill were fun, and the food itself was decent. That said, we probably would go again with friends who already know how to do hot pot, just to make it more enjoyable and less confusing. On our own, it felt a bit overwhelming without much guidance. This place has a lot of potential, and I think with better education for first-time guests, it could go from a decent experience to a truly great one.

This restaurant was a good experience. We had both the hotpot and the Korean bbq. It was only $5 more to have both experiences. They have a robot and train system to deliver food. You can order from your server or pick up items from the conveyor. You can have a taste of the broth for the hot pot before you choose your selection of soup base. The robots were charming and the wait staff was awesome. They also have sushi and fruit by the area where you make your hot pot/dipping sauces.

Only did the KBBQ option for lunch on a weekday. I know this place is new & has stuff to work out but here's my take: Service - Staff is friendly. Food either comes out fast or slow, I guess it depends on what they have ready, pre-cut or prepared. They forgot two or three of our items... out of the two times we placed requests. We were seated quickly as it had multiple guests but wasn't too busy. Good at clearing empty dishes & drink refills. Food Availability - Two things we wanted were not available on the menu even though it was offered, limited banchan, & sushi was seldom stocked at the "bar". It took them 30 minutes to add mediocre sushi to the few options they had. Banchan options were limited too: jalapeños, kimchi, seaweed, & the last one I can't remember. Fruit options & two or three sweets available at the bar as well. Lots of sauce options with guidance/recommendations, that's a plus. The limited availability was surprising because it didn't seem busy - either maybe they were out of it or maybe couldn't make it at the moment. It seems they had a decent amount of wait staff but unsure about kitchen staff. Food quality - tap (not a hit) & miss. Grilled sausage came out cold, while crab wontons (delicious!) & veggie rolls came out pipping hot. Fried rice was GREASY but it had some great flavor. Calamari brought to grill tasted old. Other cuts of meat, we only had about three (due to them forgetting what we ordered), were okay. Skewers were pretty good, gyoza was mushy. I feel like the meat quality could be there but the grill seem to cook unevenly & was super slow, even though it was adjusted shortly after. Seaweed was a side I did get seconds on, it was delicious. It's a snazzy looking place, game area, "cool" looking environment, nice cushioned seating area. Decent price, but I don't know if it's worth it at the moment. We did see the reviews prior to visiting & we are aware they've been open for a short time. I don't feel like we've experienced all the same issues mentioned so I do feel like they are listening & working to improve. I may come back again a few months later if reviews get better & progress is made. Wishing you all luck, with appreciation that you seem to be taking all feedback seriously. This place has potential so I hope it works out.

I went here during their soft opening with my husband and I wasn't really expecting much because I knew they were just testing everything out. I'm just happy there's a kbbq and hot pot on this side of town so for all those people who are hating on this place, I think it's best to give them more critical feedback rather than hate. We want them to stay here, but just improve their service. With that being said, yes, the wait staff and the hosts are very young and could use some more training. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young man and he explained the concept of the restaurant, which was nice. It's good for those who've never been to a kbbq/hot pot spot. The place is massive! Bigger than what it looks like on the outside and it was clean. There were two sides. The side on the left had some arcade games and a bar/lounge area where people can wait. The right side was more restaurant and not as bright. Towards the front is the kitchen. There were cute little Bella cat robots roaming around, taking food to the respective tables. I was excited because we were able to get seated immediately, but the manager then told the hosts that the section they sat us in was actually closed. So they asked us politely and apologetically to go to the waiting area. The hostess looked very nervous and unsure of herself. So I think she just needs to build up her confidence and she'll be great. I've worked as a hostess before at a Japanese restaurant in CA and we always knew prior to opening which areas are open for seating and which were closed. Another thing I noticed was that there were a lot of hosts. I don't think it was necessary because it just looked like a bunch of young kids asking each other what to do. When we finally got seated, we were right next to the condiments/sushi/dessert bar. It was THE perfect spot. The one thing I found lacking was the usual sesame oil and salt that I would use to dip my brisket in. How do you not have that??? It's a staple in kbbq. They also didn't have brisket for kbbq. However, they did have brisket for the hot pot. Our server looked like she was underage and she also seemed very timid and shy. She was, in fact, under 21 so when my husband ordered a beer, she had to have someone else serve it to us. We only ordered kbbq, we didn't do hot pot that day. There was a small selection of meats for kbbq. It was just way too hot for hot pot, but there were items (frog legs, mushrooms, cabbage, etc.) on a refrigerated conveyor belt for hot pot that you can reach in and grab. The meat for the kbbq came by trolley on a track above the conveyor belt. It stops right in front of your table and you can grab it. This is a pretty cool feature because it minimizes the number of carts going around and potentially bumping into each other. It's a good use of vertical space. We ordered pretty much all the red meats. I loved the fact that it was fresh and not frozen meat. I've gone to a bunch of kbbq spots where the meat had icicles forming on them. Not this place. We ordered beef bulgogi, short rib, Hawaiian steak, beef steak. The Hawaiian steak was probably my favorite. Short rib was second, beef bulgogi and then beef steak. Beef steak would've been nice with some sesame oil and salt. Overall, it was a decent first experience during a soft opening. I would go here again to try the hot pot and hope they have brisket for the kbbq.

Service impeccable, food fantastic, not much more to say. If something not right, or not to your liking, let them know. They are never offended, great staff.

This place has potential but there really needs to be better explanation for first time customers. Ended up paying 50$ a person when we beloved it was about 25 a person. Menu is very confusing and whole process wasn't explained well at all. Food was alright, buffet doesn't have a lot of options. Overall, the place was clean and seemed new but the service and experience itself felt overpriced and disorganized.

Fire Pot is a new Hot Pot restaurant in Southwest Fort Worth. They are extremely popular, so prepare to wait (or dine early). Hot Pot is an all you can eat build your own soup experience (for lack of another way to describe it). The service is good, considering how busy they are. You order your meat and veggie selection, and it's delivered to you via a small counter top tram. There's also a conveyor belt with many many food selections that you can add to your soup. They also have sushi and they can do Korean BBQ, however Hot Pot is the big thing. Overall, I'll be back.

Took my son and my granddaughter and grandson yesterday for dinner, they really enjoyed it all. The food is fresh and plentiful. Service was great too. We really enjoy the robots delivering the food.. going again next weekend!! Very clean restaurant and friendly staff.

The food was good, the service was great, we had a waiter that paid attention and helped us order since it was our first time visiting. It's was very clean with an atmosphere that I've seen in other stylish Asian restaurants.

We did mushroom broth & spicy broth (1 chili to 3 peppers). The difference here is you grab veggies / noodies off the sushi conveyor and a train brings your meats or a server will...each person gets 4 meat choices (they have peeled shrimp unlike happy lamb) i don't want to peel my seafood -- The fish cakes, fish fillet & clams were great...I also got beef brisket *you can actually request a different kind of broth after a while *smaller pots than the yin & yang split pots some places do *you can mix broth so now we know next time we're gonna try a miso and then add the spicy broth to it! *Mushroom broth was good but we like spice. There is a buffet area that has all of your chili oils and dipping sauces and then a few pieces of assorted sushi like Maguro and California rolls that are also free with your meal (also desserts) . If you want to do K BBQ plus hot pot it's $5 bucks extra. Fire Pot is extremely clean and a they have beers but working on sake & soju Service was so damn fast & friendly the ambience was so cool

We have been waiting for MONTHS for this place to open & found time to check it out. We have been to many different Hot Pots before. We wait to sit down & get our drinks. Then they come to take our order. My husband & I were just going to do BBQ & our son wanted both BBQ & Hot Pot. She tells us everyone at the table has to do the same thing. So wait you want me to pay $10 extra for food I do not want & will not eat? NOPE!! Walked out & will not be back!

This was our first time trying Hot Pot & Korean BBQ! The food was good! If you aren't the best at creating your own sauces, then cooking your meats for Korean BBQ may taste bland. I know for future references to have a good seasoning that I would use at home! We were served by Miguel, who was AMAZING! Miguel was very knowledgeable about the menu & the flavors of different meats. Miguel also helped guide us on amounts to order so we wouldn't get too full, allowing us to get our moneys worth! The restaurant was very clean & employees were constantly walking around clearing our tables of used/dirty dishes. Overall, food was a solid 3.5/5 & the service was a 5/5! We will definitely be returning!

I believe this is the first Korean bbq and hot pot restaurant in FW so I was very excited to try this out. I went on a double date and let's just say we were very full when we left. Our server was great helping us out on what to order and recommendations. The hot pot in my opinion was not my favorite. It was kind of annoying to deal with and was really not that good. The bbq however was SO yummy. It was fairly easy to cook the meat and once we figured out what meat we preferred it was great ! The buffet is just OK nothing fancy. Only downside is they do not have cocktails or Korean teas and drinks.

The food was okay overall, though we were a little disappointed that there was no sushi sauce dish or ponzu sauce available What stood out most in our experience, however, was the seating process. We were placed at a table away from the conveyor belt, even though we noticed open tables next to it. We honestly wouldn't have minded sitting anywhere, but the explanation we received from the hostess felt a bit confusing. She mentioned it would be "inconvenient" for us to sit by the conveyor because of the need to scoot back and forth, and the sections are full. She was telling us that like we've never been to a hot pot bbq restaurant before and don't know how it works. Later, our server gave a different reason--that tables are assigned by section--which made much more sense. We believe the hostess could benefit from a bit more training on how to communicate seating decisions clearly and in a way that feels respectful to customers. A consistent and thoughtful explanation would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

We used to eat Korean bbq once a week but life's been so busy we haven't had time for the long drives. Fort Worth got a Korean bbq finally and we were excited. Sadly we won't be back. We skipped the hotpot and only did the bbq. The meat selection has a lot of options, but that's the only good thing about the meats. The meats are really fatty and low quality. They bring you small portions of meat (not enough for three people) unlike other places. Every time we ordered, we would ask for at least two portions of the meats we asked for and they would only come back with one every time. I asked for fish cakes multiple times and they would never bring them. I sat my tea at the edge of the table to indicate a refill was needed since they never came and asked or topped off. They took my cup and never brought it back. I had to ask twice. There are no overhead vents at the tables so the smoke goes in everyone's face. Kimchi wasn't good (that disappointed me more than anything) and there's no traditional sides. The train that brings food is fun like at other places, but the robot that brings food lost its novelty very quickly as it passed our table for the second time blasting its loud music. $160 wasted.

My wife and I visit this location once or twice a week. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. Yes, you need to know what you're doing and it may take more than a single visit to discover your perfect combination. But if you put in the effort, you are afforded an experience that you can't really get anywhere else in the area. Our daughter loves the "robots", claw machines, and overall atmosphere. It even got her to try several new foods that she would NEVER attempt under any other circumstance. The flavors are unreal, and the price is completely fair given that you can order as much as you'd like. Put in the "work" and you will be rewarded greatly. It's our favorite restaurant in Fort Worth.

Came here during their soft opening. Let me tell you it's very chaotic. Very unorganized. Service is slow. They didn't explain things at all so we had to guess based on other places we have been. The decor of the place is very kid like. Video game looking. They even have a row of claw machines. The food was good as far as hot pot but not so much on the Korean BBQ side. Limited options. The sushi was blah just so so. We may try it again once they get things figured out it may be a different experience.

We went last Tuesday during their soft opening, service was excellent, food was fresh and tasted so good, we have been to other hot pot places and this one by far has been our favorite. We love the conveyor system as well as the trains that deliver your food! The restaurant was a little chilly when we first sat down but as you started cooking it warmed up nicely. We will definitely be going back

Service was good everyone was super friendly, music and atmosphere was also great but the pricing is pretty steep. Overall for this being one of the few spots in Fort Worth it's a good choice

This is a fun and interactive restaurant and a nice family friendly experience. The food and broth choices are abundant and delirious. The waiters/waitresses are friendly as well.

Nah man I don't care what anybody has to say there's absolutely no reason to have that bad a service and confusion even 7 days after a grand opening. Using this soft opening is not an excuse especially if this is a 2nd or 3rd location it sucks and it was t really the food it was that server that ruined it for me. Little punk needs to find a new job if this one is too much for him to handle. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and he only seemed to take orders from the females but never once asked what us males wanted he'll they sat us down he walks by asked what we wanted to drink and then took one order of water and walked off didn't ask us guys if we wanted a drink. So I figured he's just gonna a bring us all waters and nope 25mins later I'm still waiting to see how exactly this works and I asked him where's my drink and he said "oh sorry it was lost in translation" ???? Huh how can it be lost in translation if you didn't even bother asking! He never brought the hot pots and he never asked what meats I wanted he never came back only to ask the female if she was ok and then would walk off again. The sushi area was trash there's only 5 options to choose from and they weren't good you can tell it's been on that tray for a couple hours. You get a big table for more than 6 people to sit at but you have the grill all the way at the front of the table why? And you have no room to put a baby other than the front table as usual but you have the grill at a kids reach so that was bad but the cherry on top is one of the guys who delivered some meat walks by drops off the plate right next to the child and didn't say anything like dude you gonna drop off a plate of raw meat right in front of the baby? Not gonna be coming here again!

We came during the soft opening, and I'm sure the owners are going to try to work out the kinks that keep getting brought up in reviews. Every worker was friendly, but I think the servers definitely need to start their conversations with asking if the customer has been to a kbbq/hot pot restaurant before. I had not, so it was pretty confusing to me, and we had to ask how the process worked. It seemed chaotic at first, but here's a quick rundown: if you get hot pot, you pick a broth that comes in a pot that sits on a burner that you control. You order raw meats from the menu and then add veggies, rice cakes, mushrooms, noodles, etc from the refrigerated conveyor belt. These items aren't labeled, which would be very helpful, so feel free to be adventurous. If you choose kbbq, there are grilled skewers, or you can choose from a selection of raw meats that you grill yourself, on a grill that you do NOT control. The meats that come grilled have very little flavor, so make sure you visit the bar in the corner for all of the sauce options. I'd also recommend ordering double or even triple the meats for kbbq because the portions are relatively small. The grill has a piece of parchment that is oiled and it starts to burn after a while. You don't want to eat any meat that has burnt parchment on it, so just ask them to replace it as needed. Remember, this is a soft opening, so they need constructive criticism, not just venom. Try to be patient and enjoy yourself.

If I could give it no stars, please belive me I would. It brings me no joy to write this place off as I LOVE asian food, however this place misses the mark all around. Service, terrible, food abysmal, atmosphere, horrible (because of the hordes of flies everywhere). Just not good in Mt humble opinion.

This place is amazing I've read a lot of negative reviews about how long the grand opening was taking but trust me it was worth the wait. So much effort and dedication was put into the ambiance you'll have to see for yourself. The food was delicious and everything is delivered via robots or assembly line. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to take a step into the future

We had a great time. There was lots of variety, the food was fresh and the presentation was excellent. I enjoyed the sauce bar where you could mix and match your dipping sauces. You know, they had soy sauce and fish sauce and chili oil and crushed garlic, about 15 different ingredients in total, that you could mix up for your dipping sauce. They had a recipe chart for sauces that went well with different broths, kind of reminded me of Genghis Grill. I followed one of the recipes, the result was really good. Make sure you get your server to show you how to turn the different heating elements of the table on and off. Our server was friendly and helpful without hovering over our table. They had a little delivery robot to bring out the dishes, which I thought was a little gimmicky but my wife got a kick out of it. The ambiance was kind of Asian nightclubby - slick with dark walls and LED lights; but there was no loud music and conversation was easy. Overall we had a great time and we will be back.

Korean BBQ was very good, the beef bulgogi was a bit thick but overall nice selection of meat. Sauce selection was excellent. Did not try the hot pot. Service was great! Fun and good for kids!

This could have been a wonderful experience. We were a party of 5 seated in a rather large booth. Each place at the table had a hot pot heating unit available. Unfortunately 2 of the 6 units to heat the hot pots didn't work. There was one rather small grill for to cook bbq for our entire table. There are chilled food options (edamame, noodles, shrimp, imitation crab, veggies) moving on a conveyor belt, rotating past each table. You help yourself to these items. Proteins and appetizers are ordered from the server and delivered by a robot with big Blinking eyes. Hawaiian steak and bulgogi were pretty good. Everything else (spring rolls, gyoza, shrimp skewers) were just okay. The server didn't interact much or explain the process at all. A group at the booth behind us leaned over to ask us what to do. Yikes Overall, experience was chaotic and food quality was pretty underwhelming.

Waiters are not friendly. Broths are dirty, too many herbs. Went 4 different times I've tried 5 different broths horrible ever time. Compared to other places they need to work on their broths and making them fresh

Nice little spot to hop in. The food was decent. It was a little loud for me. I thought the ambiance would have been a bit better. We took the kids out so they could try hotpot. They enjoyed themselves. The fact they could control of what ate was a game changer. Because it was busy when we went, the service was ok. In the middle of ordering, our server kept walking off. Got a little bit confused by this. We'll definitely give it another chance.

Drove 45 minutes to get here just to be turned away so they can take a break. Would be nice to know ahead of time that they are closed from 3PM till 5PM. Also why show dinner starts at 3PM if you are closed. Tried to support but I'll be going back to Bros in Carrollton instead.

It was a fun dining experience! The food and service were great. Love the conveyer belt and cat robot that delivered some of the food.

It was soo good. The food was awesome and service was great. My daughter and I loved the experience. It was pricey but worth it. But I will be going back when I have a good pay-check.

The food was fabulous! The service we received from Miguel was the best service I've ever received. The ambiance was top notch; a true experience with your grill, the hot pot, conveyor belts, and the little robotic cart that brings you more food. I love this place. It is now my favorite restaurant in Fort Worth. I can't afford to eat there every day, but I will definitely go at least once a month.

Phillip was our server today for lunch and was extremely helpful and attentive he checked on us very often and made sure we felt taken care of. The food was really good from the sushi to the meats and the restaurant is so clean! We will definitely be coming back to try the dinner menu! Thank you Phillip!

The food was amazing, and the staff were so nice. I wasn't a fan of the first soup base I picked and they were so nice about swapping it for a new one. The portions of meat were generous and anything I missed getting from my server I got from the handy conveyor belt. I will be going back and recommending this to anyone looking for a great new spot! I'm so glad this came to SWFW!!!

This is our second time at Fire Pot and it didn't disappoint either time!! The food was amazing and our waitress was the best (Deymi) she gave us so many tips and suggestions! We will definitely be back. 10/10

Wow, what a delicious experience and right off I 20 and Bryant Irvin in front of Lowe's. The food was excellent, fresh and the wait staff was fantastic. Very Reasonably priced for lunch and dinner. I love that you can have your own pot and put into it whatever you want regardless of what your fellow diners are eating. They have beer and some wine and sake soon.

Went to their first soft opening day on Friday, June 13. They were still busy adjusting to the new business. Some systems are not quite ready yet. They apologized and promised to get better at providing the service. The food (I only get the soups - not the BBQ) is very tasty and fresh. The hotpot soup is my preferred meal. The 'rotating food plates' (really fresh) were placed on the side of our seats, which made it easier for us to reach them. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing. I definitely will revisit the place.

I realize they are on a soft opening but this place REALLY SUX!!!! You cannot get what you want in the way you choose hot pot and/or BBQ. Example...I wanted both the hotpot and bbq but my wife only wanted bbq. They will not allow only one person to get both and the other person just one. The entire table must get all the same. If you get both hotpot and bbq it's $5 extra. The portions are ridicules! Usually only one thin slice of beef or pork on each try. More generous with the chicken. The second order took 30 minutes to reach the table. And I had to order it twice! The service was subpar. Very slow! Lots of employees walking around but nobody seemed to care about the customers. $71 for three people. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Great atmosphere, good music and friendly staff. Enjoyed the food and experience, the claw machine win was an extra plus! Our server terry was amazing, and explained the way everything works very well.

This place is really great. Ate there today everything we ate was delicious. It's all you can eat so come hungry. They have robots that bring you food, it really is a cool experience. Both the hot pot and the Korean bar b q were great. Lee was our server and she did a fantastic job explaining everything and taking care of us. This is definitely a place that you must try.

I attended the soft opening today and while it was just as busy as I suspected, the food was great! Highlights: the waiting lounge is lovely and I love the gaming section. The food was great and I can't wait to come back to try some of the items I missed, specifically the korean bbq and tonkostu broth. I highly recommend the mushroom hot pot broth and the beef brisket, the udon noodles and gyoza were some of my other favorites! Loved the whole ambiance and vibe of this place, super fun! We had some issues with our table being overlooked but the manager/owner was extremely kind about it and made sure we had a good experience. Areas of improvement: the staff is wonderful and so nice but could definitely use more training on informing the guests how it works as the process getting food is a little confusing. I assume this will get better with time since all the staff is new. I also think there could have been more sushi selections given that they advertise all you can eat sushi but it kinda feels like an afterthought. There were also quite a few tables that weren't working for the korean bbq. The wait was long but again, I blame myself for going on opening day. Overall, I think they did a great job considering it was their first day open. I think many of the problems stated above will get fixed the longer they are open. I would recommend this place but probably in a week or two to give them time to work out some kinks. I absolutely will be returning!
